Environment and Sustainability Policy

This document is part of our agency's commitment to protecting nature, respecting cultural heritage, and leaving a more livable world for future generations. We commit to implementing the following sustainability principles in all our operations, partnerships, and customer relationships.

1. Support for Sustainable and Green Tourism

·        Eco-Friendly Accommodation: Collaborate with environmentally certified (Green Star, GSTC, etc.) hotels and prioritize sustainable accommodation facilities.

·        Local Employment and Development: Directly support the local economy by preferring local guides, producers, and businesses in tour programs.

·        Protection of Cultural Heritage: Organize controlled and low-capacity group tours that do not damage historical, archaeological, and cultural heritage sites.

2. Transport and Carbon Footprint Management

·        Low-Emission Vehicles: Ensure that buses, minibuses, and other transfer vehicles used in tours comply with high environmental standards (e.g., Euro 6).

·        Promotion of Alternative and Public Transport: In city tours, prefer rail systems, bicycle use, or walking routes as much as possible to reduce carbon emissions.

·        Carbon Offsetting: Offer guests options such as tree planting and supporting green energy projects to offset the carbon emissions generated by their travels.

3. Digital Transformation and Waste Management

·        No-Paper Agency Policy: Share tickets, travel documents, invoices, brochures, and contracts entirely digitally (via email, QR codes, mobile apps).

·        Ban on Single-Use Plastics: Encourage guests to use reusable water bottles instead of plastic bottles during tours; completely eliminate single-use plastic cups, plates, and cutlery from our operations.

·        Zero Waste and Recycling: Mandate waste segregation (plastic, paper, glass, organic) throughout the office and in tour vehicles, and monitor recycling processes.

4. Animal Rights and Protection of Wildlife

·        Ethical Tourism Principles: Do not include any activities involving elephant safaris, dolphin shows, whale pools, or wild animals kept in captivity under unnatural conditions in our tours.

·        Respect for Natural Habitats: Strictly prohibit feeding wildlife in natural parks, protected areas, and corridors, as well as any activities that disturb or stress animals in their natural environments.

5. Awareness, Education, and Development

·        Passenger Information Guides: Provide digital guides to guests before the tour, containing information on environmental rules of the destination, local customs, and tips for water and energy conservation.

·        Continuous Staff Training: Regularly provide training on sustainability, environmental protection, and crisis management to all agency staff, operational teams, and tour leaders.

Our agency regularly reviews and updates its environmental policies for a sustainable future.
