While exploring Strasbourg, you will feel as if you are traveling through history in one of Europe's largest medieval cobblestone districts. With its fairy-tale-like nature and historical structures, wooden houses, medieval churches, cathedrals, and numerous works of art, it is a place well worth seeing. Additionally, Strasbourg holds historical importance as the birthplace of the French national anthem "La Marseillaise" and presents itself as a city where French architecture blends with Alsatian culture. During our city tour, Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France district adorned with traditional Alsatian houses will be among the places visited. After our tour, guests who wish may join the Fairytale Villages of Grand Alsace (Eguisheim & Colmar & Kaysersberg & Riquewihr) tour. In 2013, Eguisheim was awarded the title of "Favorite French Village," a village where history and nature dance together. Its colorful houses reflecting the typical architecture of the Alsace region create Eguisheim's postcard view. After our tour, we head to Colmar, famous for its medieval historic buildings, Gothic-style churches, and colorful houses. While strolling through Colmar's streets that have been remarkably well preserved to this day, St. Martin Cathedral built entirely of pink stone, Petite Venice with its small canals reminiscent of Italy's Venice, Maison Pfister among Colmar's oldest houses, and Maison des Têtes, a Renaissance building adorned with faces, will be among the places visited. Our third stop on the tour is Kaysersberg. Kaysersberg is a charming part of the Alsace region as a medieval town from France. It is famous for its colorful houses, narrow streets, and historic character. Especially the Château de Kaysersberg castle dating back to the 13th century is one of the most prominent symbols of the town. Located in the center of the city, Sainte-Croix Church stands out with its Gothic architecture. After our tour, we move to our final stop, Riquewihr, one of the most enchanting cities of Alsace, known for its many half-timbered houses that give the town its charm. This historic village enchants visitors with its old houses decorated with colorful flowers, narrow streets, and a medieval atmosphere surrounded by walls.
