04:30 We meet in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport.
07:05 We depart for Madrid on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1857.
10:25 After our arrival in Madrid local time, we board our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport and set off for our city tour.
11:00-13.30 Among the places we will see during our tour are the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza de España, Puerta de Alcalá and Paseo del Prado.
13:30-15.00 We have lunch at A’barra restaurant.
15:00-17:00 During the continuation of our city tour, we will see Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol and Cibeles Square.
17:30 After the tour, we arrive at the hotel, check in to our rooms and have free time.
19:30 Transfer from our hotel to the restaurant for dinner.
20:00 Welcome Dinner – at El Campero Restaurant.
22:00 At the end of the dinner, we transfer to our hotel.

Breakfast at our hotel.
09:00 – 14:00 Following breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our vineyard and wine tasting tour in Ribera del Duero DO, including lunch.
We will have lunch at Wine Yard with the chef’s special menu.
13:00 – 15:00 We return to Madrid.
15:00 – 17:00 We take our tour of the Prado Museum and have free time for shopping.
17:00 Departure for our hotel transfer and free time to rest.
19:30 Transfer from our hotel to the restaurant for dinner.
20:00- 22:30 Dinner – at Tatel Restaurant
22:30 At the end of dinner, we transfer to our hotel.

09:00 -12:30 Departure from the hotel for our Toledo Tour. The Toledo Mosque, historic square, Jewish neighborhood, stone streets, and old city atmosphere are among the places we will see.

Departure for the restaurant where we will have lunch.
13:00-15:00 We have lunch at Cigarral Del Angel Restaurant.
15:00- 17:00 Free time for shopping after lunch.
17:00 Departure for transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
19:30 Departure from the hotel for the restaurant where we will have dinner.
20:00 – 22:30 Dinner – Flamenco Show at Corral De La Moreria Restaurant
22:30 After dinner, we transfer to our hotel.

07:00 - 08:30 Breakfast at our hotel. Then, check-out from the rooms. Free time until the transfer time to be announced by our guide.
08:30 -09:00 After breakfast, transfer to the airport and arrival at Madrid Airport. We complete our passport control and check-in procedures.

- Intermediary Role and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the aircraft will land. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio announcements at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
- Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The costs of new round-trip flight tickets and local transfers required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
- Program and Meals: The excursions specified in the programs may be held on other days than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted when weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, the costs incurred to deliver them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds referred to as folding beds and coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or children, any lack of space and bed type that may occur in the rooms shall be deemed accepted. The child prices indicated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. When participating in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications used continuously.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the date of first issuance of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase in the following days.
At the Start of the Journey We remind you that it is prohibited to place any liquid substance, etc., exceeding 100 ml in hand luggage, and that these substances and items will be confiscated during the police check after the customs area. We recommend that you do not place valuables or money in your suitcase. Your passport and boarding pass will be requested when passing through the final checkpoint before boarding the aircraft; please keep them ready. Smoking is not permitted on flights. During the Journey Please check the suitcase tags on your luggage after the flight. We kindly ask you to pay attention to the departure times indicated by your guide so that your program can be completed with minimal time loss throughout your journey. As on every journey, we recommend keeping your valuables and money in the hotel safe. On the Return Journey Make sure you have taken all your valuables left in the hotel safe and all your personal belongings with you. To ensure a comfortable journey, we kindly ask you to place your belongings, except for a small hand luggage item (excluding valuables and money), in your suitcase. Please check that your suitcases have been loaded onto the vehicle before leaving the hotel.
