After check-in and passport procedures at the Fethiye departure port at the designated time, we depart for Rhodes on a fast ferry (catamaran) at 08:25. Upon arrival at Rhodes Port at 09:55, we transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle. After checking into the hotel, you have free time. Guests who wish can spend the rest of the day walking in the Old Town of Rhodes, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, viewing Knights' Street, and spending time around Mandraki Harbor. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast, you have free time throughout the day. Guests who wish can spend the day in the historic center, exploring the area around the Palace of the Grand Masters, strolling through the narrow streets within the city walls, or spending time in local cafes and shops. Those wishing to enjoy the sea can choose beaches near the city center or head to the Kallithea area to swim and enjoy a pleasant day by the coast. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast, you have free time throughout the day. Guests who wish can take a walk along the coast, spend time shopping in the island's center, or enjoy swimming in the sea. For those seeking a different route, you can head to Lindos to discover one of the island's most beautiful spots, featuring white houses, narrow streets, and stunning sea views. Overnight at our hotel.
- Package prices include round-trip ferry tickets, accommodation in the selected hotel category, and port-hotel-port transfers.
- Prices are calculated per person based on double occupancy.
- Hotel check-in times are between 15:00–17:00, and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00.
- If multiple hotel alternatives are offered for the same destination and/or only a hotel category is specified, the hotels to be stayed in will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure date.
- Due to high occupancy, changes may occur in hotels; however, the hotel category will not change.
- Some hotels may provide twin (TWIN) beds. During the hotel stay, requests for room type changes are subject to the hotel's discretion.
- There are no extra tours. The program is prepared on a free-sightseeing basis.
- Ferry schedules may change due to weather conditions or operational reasons. In such cases, adjustments may be made to the program flow.
- City/climate taxes, personal expenses, lunch and dinner meals, and all other expenses outside the package scope are the responsibility of the guests.
- We kindly request that prices be checked prior to the purchase transaction.
- The ferry travel time from Fethiye to Rhodes / from Rhodes to Fethiye is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Door visa / Schengen visa fees are not included in the package.
- Our company does not provide visa consultancy, application tracking, or intermediary services regarding Rhodes door visa/Schengen visa applications.
- Guests requiring a door visa can contact Tilos Travel, the ferry company providing transportation between Fethiye and Rhodes.
- Information regarding required documents, the application process, current fees, and other conditions must be obtained directly from the relevant company.

- Reminder: Guests who do not have a valid Schengen visa and will apply for a door visa must submit their required documents to the relevant application unit / authorized institution at least 10 days before the trip. Issues may arise in the process if applications are made with less time than this. Therefore, we request that guests be informed to pay attention to this deadline.

The ferry times specified in the program are obtained from the respective ferry companies and may change due to weather conditions, port operations, and operational reasons. In such cases, adjustments may be made to the program flow.
The name, surname, and date of birth information provided during reservation must be complete and correct as they appear in the passport. Name confirmation will not be done later.
Hotel vouchers and ferry tickets / reservation documents will be sent to you shortly before the package departure date.
All guests are obliged to carry their round-trip ferry reservation documents and hotel accommodation documents with them.
It is recommended that our guests activate their mobile phones for international use.ACCOMMODATION & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. It is usually in the form of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Additional beds are portable and foldable. This arrangement is considered accepted by the guest.
Child discounts apply only to one child meeting the age criteria staying in the same room with two adults.
Breakfasts served at hotels may be continental style according to the standards of the country visited.
Hotel check-in and check-out times may vary depending on facility occupancy, and the readiness of rooms is subject to the hotel's discretion.OTHER MATTERS
Cancellation, refund, or change terms may differ in promotional and early booking campaign packages.
Our company acts as an intermediary in ferry, hotel, and transfer services, and responsibility for any program changes arising from schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or operational disruptions caused by service provider companies lies with the relevant service provider.
Delays or cancellations in ferry trips may occur due to adverse weather, sea conditions, port congestion, and official authority decisions.VISA & PASSPORT INFORMATION
A door visa or a valid Schengen visa is required for Turkish citizens.
Door visa / Schengen visa fees are not included in the package price.
For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date and all necessary documents must be prepared completely.
It is important for guests holding green passports to check their passport validity periods.
Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The decision to enter is at the discretion of border police.
Our company is not responsible for any issues arising from worn, wet, or damaged passports.
Notarized consent letters are required for guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent.
