At Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, we meet 3 hours before the flight and, after completing our check-in procedures, take our flight to Hamburg. Upon landing in Hamburg, we transfer to our ship by private vehicle.
At Sea
Our ship is docking at Norway’s former capital. Guests who wish may join the “Bergen City Tour & Mount Floyen by Funicular” tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. Our exploration of this beautiful city, which was a trading and ship stop until 1830 and is now included among UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites, will begin at the German Harbor, captivating you with its beauty. During our tour, you will have the opportunity to ascend Mount Floien by Bergen’s famous cable car and photograph the city from above. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in Bergen city center. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Stavanger | Lyse Fjord Boat Tour & Stavanger Walking TourFlaam | Magnificent Flam Fjord & Gudvangen & Tvinde Waterfall
Following the breakfast we will have aboard the ship, on this tour, during which you will feel as though you are traveling through postcard-like landscapes, we will first visit Tvindefossen, one of Norway’s most famous waterfalls, which can be translated into English as “twin waterfall.” Our next stop will be Skjervsfossen, another famous waterfall in Norway. After our break in the town of Voss, our next stop will be Gudvangen, meaning “the meeting place of the gods,” reached by passing through the famous Neroy Valley. At the end of our tour, during which we photograph magnificent postcard-like landscapes at every stop, we return to Flam. At the end of the tour, before departing from our last port in Norway, you will have plenty of time to shop at stores where you can also receive a tax refund and find very lightweight, famous Norwegian goose-down jackets, fish oils such as Omega-3, and a wide variety of other souvenirs. Maloy | Olden Briksdal Glacier & Stryn Village & Sagastad Museum
After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the “Olden Briksdal Glacier & Stryn Village & Sagastad Museum” tour, which our guide will organize as an optional extra. We will depart from the town of Maloy by bus and, after a journey of approximately 2 hours through enchanting landscapes, arrive in the town of Olden. From here, we will travel by a special Troll Car to the famous Briksdal Glacier. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Nordfjordeid | Lake Hornindal & Geiranger Fjord
We have arrived at one of Norway’s most beautiful fjords. Guests who wish may join the Lake Hornindal & Dalsnibba National Park tour, which our guide will organize as an optional extra. Our tour, accompanied by breathtaking natural scenery, waterfalls, and fjord views, begins early in the morning from Nordfjordeid. We approach Geiranger Fjord, passing by Lake Hornindal, Europe’s deepest mountain lake, and wonderfully picturesque mountain villages. The tour ends aboard our ship waiting for us in Nordfjordeid. Dinner and overnight stay on our ship.
Bergen | Bergen City Tour & Floyen Hill by Funicular
We will spend the entire day sailing at sea. This is a perfect opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. You can have your breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the buffet restaurant, which offers a variety of freshly prepared dishes to suit every taste by special chefs, or at your specially reserved table in the A La Carte restaurant. During the day, in addition to yoga and fitness classes, you can make use of the open-air tennis, volleyball, and basketball facilities, or the gym equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, including bodybuilding equipment. After dinner, if you wish, you can spend time in the ship’s vibrant and entertaining bars and cafés while listening to live music, attend theater performances featuring Broadway-style musicals, or try your luck at the casino. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
At Sea
We will spend the entire day cruising at sea. It is a perfect opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. You can have your breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the buffet restaurant, where a variety of foods suitable for everyone’s taste are freshly prepared by special chefs, or at your reserved seat in the A La Carte restaurant. During the day, in addition to yoga and fitness classes, you can make use of outdoor tennis, volleyball, and basketball, or the gym equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, including body-building machines. After dinner, if you wish, you can spend time in the ship’s colorful and entertaining bars and cafés and listen to live music, or attend theatrical performances of Broadway-style musicals, or try your luck at the casino. Dinner and accommodation are on our ship.

Following breakfast onboard, we will be transferred to Hamburg Airport. Guests who wish may join the Hamburg city tour, which our guide will organize as an optional extra.

The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and the relevant cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the flight times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any change in flight times.
The cruise company reserves the right to make changes to service fees and gratuities. Any possible price increase will be passed on to guests who have purchased the tour.
The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, it may change a flight route announced as Nice/Lyon for a ship departing from Marseille to Marseille, or vice versa.
The documents required for visa applications are provided within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings during transfers to and from airports and ports, as well as between airports and ports. No agency representative, guide, or driver has the right to take custody of luggage, nor can they be held responsible in any way.
Two of the dinners you will have during the cruise are formal dinners, and every male passenger wishing to dine there must bring at least one suit, while female passengers must bring at least one evening dress.
THE CRUISE COMPANY AND THE CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND THE TIMES AT THE PORTS BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.

During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner are generally predetermined and numbered according to names, depending on the cruise company, while on some cruise companies they will be arranged on an open-seating basis. On ships where tables are predetermined, everyone will sit at the assigned tables from the first evening dinner through the final evening dinner, while guests who wish may also dine in other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangement by the ship's authorized personnel.
During check-in on the ship, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person in couples) must present their credit card to the ship's reception or pay a cash deposit when receiving their cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average pre-authorization of 300 euros will be made on each credit card. This is for the expenses you will incur on board after checking in during the voyage. You will be able to make your onboard expenses (for liquor, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) using the magnetic cards provided to you by the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except at the casino. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your cabins.
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the ship's first departure day. This situation is caused by the volume and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to put the essential items you will need on the first day of boarding in a small hand luggage bag and carry it with you.
The ship's departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before its departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the previous night, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the group's luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS IDENTIFY AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING IT.
Despite having remaining validity, passports older than 10 years cannot be used for international travel.
Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or worn.
For each program, the relevant visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can find out which visa is required for the relevant tour from that tour's program.
ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM.
We recommend that our guests enable their mobile phones for use abroad.
On ships, the currency used is generally Euro or USD, depending on the region in which the ship sails. On the first day of the cruise, you can pay a deposit to your cabin account with cash or a credit card at the machines available on the ship.
The minimum number of participants for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the minimum number is not reached. It may offer the guest an alternative program.
Cancellation conditions are stated separately for each program in the content of the relevant program.
The ship's captain has the right to disembark guests who physically assault or insult ship employees during the tour. In such a case, no refund will be made to the passenger.
