We meet with our valued guests at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal approximately 3 hours before the flight time (one calendar day prior to the departure date). After completing baggage drop and passport procedures, we depart for Seoul on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Our journey to Seoul will continue throughout the night, with an overnight stay on board. Upon arrival in Seoul, we complete passport and baggage procedures and meet our private vehicle waiting for us. Welcome to Seoul, one of the enchanting cities where modern life and traditional culture blend seamlessly as the capital of South Korea. Leaving the airport, we head to Myeongdong, one of the city's most vibrant and popular districts. In this area, famous for its cosmetic stores, fashion boutiques, delicious street food, and restaurants, we allow free time for dinner. Guests who wish can experience the exquisite flavors of Korean cuisine, go shopping, or enjoy the lively atmosphere of Myeongdong. After the free time, we reconvene at the designated time and transfer to our hotel. Following check-in procedures, we spend the night at our hotel.
Seoul
After breakfast, we depart for the Seoul City Tour & Gangnam Square & Gyeongbokgung Palace & Insadong Antique Street & National Folk Museum of Korea & Bukchon Hanok Village & Myeongdong. Our first stop will be Gangnam Square. The area, which gained global fame through PSY's world-renowned song "Gangnam Style," is now known for luxury living, shopping, and business centers. During our tour, Cheongdam Fashion Street, Gangnam Station, Bongeunsa Temple, and Starfield Library will be among the places seen panoramically. Continuing our tour, our second stop is Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395 and one of the most magnificent structures of the Joseon Dynasty. Also known as the Northern Palace, this magnificent building is among the most important examples of traditional Korean architecture, and during our visit to the palace courtyard, we experience the historical atmosphere up close. Next, we visit the National Folk Museum of Korea, which reflects the life culture and historical development of the Korean people. Continuing our tour, we head to Bukchon Hanok Village, famous for its traditional Korean houses called Hanok. In this historic area with approximately 700 Hanok houses, we observe traditional life culture closely while walking through narrow streets. Afterwards, we move to Myeongdong Street, one of Seoul's busiest shopping areas. We enjoy our free time in this area, famous for cosmetic stores, shopping shops, and street foods. SEOUL – TOKYO - SHINKANSEN (HIGH-SPEED TRAIN) – SHIBUYA – AKIHABARA – YODOBASHI – GINZA - TOKYO
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures from the hotel and transfer to Seoul Airport. We fly to Tokyo with local airlines. With our private bus waiting for us, we begin our city tour of Tokyo. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo's most famous and vibrant districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world's busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). For those who wish to feel the energy of Tokyo, the sight of hundreds of people moving at once with every light change offers a unique experience. As a popular meeting point for locals and tourists, we will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a loyal dog, and many famous shopping malls, and enjoy our free time. Our next stop will be Yodobashi Electric Town in Akihabara, where you can find hundreds of electronic brands together at affordable prices. After the free time given for shopping, we move to the Ginza area, which reflects the elegance and sophisticated lifestyle of modern Japan. After the tour we will carry out in Ginza, which hosts world-famous brands and is home to Tokyo's most exclusive shopping centers and restaurants, we are given free time for lunch. TOKYO – MT. FUJI – HAKONE – LAKE ASHI – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA OUTLET – TOKYO
After breakfast, we depart for Mt. Fuji, located in the southwest of Honshu Island, south of Tokyo, and one of the city's iconic symbols as Japan's highest mountain. First, we head to Hakone, a region in Kanagawa Prefecture renowned for its stunning views of Mt. Fuji and natural beauty. Here, our guests will enjoy a boat tour on Lake Ashi to take in this magnificent scenery. After a photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, an area where melting snowmelt combines with underground water to form natural pools. The volcanic rocks naturally filter the water, resulting in crystal-clear pools. These pools, varying in size and depth, offer reflections that beautifully mirror Mt. Fuji. Following our guided tour, we proceed to Gotemba Premium Outlets, one of Japan's largest outlet shopping centers. After the designated free time, we transfer back to our hotel for rest and leisure.
TOKYO – ASAKUSA SENSO-JI TEMPLE – NAKAMISE - GINZA – TOKYO
After breakfast, we begin our city tour to explore Tokyo's past and modern life together. Our first stop will be Senso-ji Temple, one of the city's symbols located in the Asakusa district. Recognized as Tokyo's oldest Buddhist temple, this historic structure was built in honor of Kannon, the Goddess of Mercy, after two fishermen reportedly discovered her statue according to legend. Completed in 645 AD, the temple welcomes visitors with its magnificent Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate). After passing through the gate, we enjoy a pleasant walk along Nakamise Shopping Street, approximately 200 meters long, leading to the temple. This historic street brings the traditional Japanese atmosphere to the present day; here you can examine handmade souvenirs, kimonos, folding fans, and various local products. Guests who wish may also experience Asakusa's famous street foods and traditional Japanese flavors. Passing through Hozomon Gate at the end of the street, we visit Senso-ji Temple. Continuing our city tour, we move to Ginza, one of Tokyo's most popular and prestigious districts. Known for its wide boulevards, modern architecture, luxury shops, art galleries, and exclusive cafes, this area offers an opportunity to discover Tokyo's elegant side. After the guided tour led by our guide, we are given free time to shop, explore the area at your leisure, and take a meal break. At the end of the free time, we meet at the designated point and proceed to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
TOKYO – ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST – KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU-DERA – FUSHIMI INARI – KYOTO
After breakfast, we travel to Kyoto by Shinkansen (bullet train). We begin with our private bus. With our private vehicle, we set off for Kyoto, Japan's former capital and one of the best-preserved centers of traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods. After approximately one hour of travel, we start our city tour. During World War II, Kyoto was the only place in Japan that was not bombed. The city of Kyoto is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Our city tour begins at Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Visitors are welcomed by a 500-meter walking path. Along this route, you will enjoy pleasant moments listening to the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo and take photos of the forest. Next, we continue with our visit to Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion, is a Zen temple whose top two floors are entirely covered with gold leaf. The impressive structure overlooking a large pond features each floor representing a different architectural style. Then, we proceed to Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. As one of the historic monuments of ancient Tokyo, the temple has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Just below the main hall is the Otowa Waterfall, whose waters flow into a pond through three channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize wisdom, health, and longevity, respectively. Next, we move to another important temple in the city, Fushimi Inari. Famous as one of Japan's most renowned Shinto shrines, particularly known for its thousands of orange Torii gates, after visiting this shrine, we proceed to our final stop: Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After our temple visit with a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest.
KYOTO – TODAIJI TEMPLE – NARA DEER PARK – OSAKA
After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out procedures and depart for our Nara tour. Our tour begins with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752 to serve as the head of all Buddhist temples, the temple gradually grew in influence and began to affect politics by the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji is recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's largest wooden structure. This massive building houses one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Next, we visit Nara Park, a large park located in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to most of Nara's major attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji, and the Nara National Museum. It also hosts hundreds of freely roaming deer. After taking photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
OSAKA CASTLE - DOTONBORI - SHINSAIBASHI – OSAKA
After breakfast, we depart by our private bus for the Osaka City Tour & Osaka Castle & Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Our first stop will be Osaka Castle, one of the city's most important historical landmarks. Built in the 16th century by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, this magnificent structure is one of the key symbols of Japan's unification period and offers visitors an impressive historical atmosphere along with its expansive park grounds. Continuing our tour, we move to Dotonbori, one of Osaka's liveliest and most iconic districts. We enjoy a pleasant exploration of this area, which reflects the spirit of the city with its colorful neon lights, bustling streets, and famous restaurants, giving us the opportunity to closely experience Osaka's reputation as its "culinary capital." Next, we proceed to Shinsaibashi, Osaka's most popular shopping and lifestyle street. Here, filled with long shopping arcades, international brands, and local boutiques, we provide our guests with free time. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
OSAKA - ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out procedures. We are transferred to the airport at the time determined by our guide, and after completing baggage and ticket procedures there, our flight with Turkish Airlines to Istanbul begins. Upon our arrival in Istanbul according to local time, our tour concludes. We hope to see you again on another of our tours.

The cost of new round-trip flight tickets required for those who miss the flight to join the tour, as well as transfer costs in the region, shall be borne by them.
- Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner meals included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
- Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct these tours, Ferfergez.com is not liable for their cancellation. If roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
- Extra Tours: Tours listed as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join the extra tours along the route are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
- Personal Belongings: Personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants joining the tour are under their own responsibility. In case of lost, forgotten, or stolen items, any costs incurred to locate them or deliver them to the country or person belong to the owner of the item.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional bed arrangements may apply in triple rooms, which may consist of pull-out beds or coach beds referred to as such. Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are considered accepted. Child prices listed in the price list are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. During tour participation, reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously must be carried with you.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests remain under Ferfergez.com's responsibility. During peak periods (exhibitions, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date. For children under 18 years old who do not join the tour with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity Date: All travelers traveling abroad must ensure that their currently valid passports were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, the validity period must extend at least 6 months beyond the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide updated passport information through the channel used for purchase if they did not provide valid passport details at the time of purchase.

Transportation between Kyoto and Tokyo will be conducted by high-speed train to save time and ensure comfort. On this day, guests need only bring hand luggage sufficient for one night's needs. Large suitcases will be collected from the hotel and delivered directly to the accommodation hotel in Tokyo.

For trips to South Korea, obtaining K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) approval is mandatory.
