Upon arrival at 09:55 local time, our city tour of Porto begins with our vehicle waiting for us in the area. Porto is the country's second-largest city and is famous for its unique architecture, colorful houses and narrow streets. During our city tour here, our first stop will be Boavista, known as a modern commercial and business center. Then our next stop will be the Queijo fortress located on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. From there, passing through the old fishing village of Foz neighborhood where the Douro River meets the ocean, we proceed towards Porto center along the river banks. Our route will start from Carmo Square. We will pass by the historic Lello Bookstore and Clerigos Church and descend to Aliados Square. This place, where the Virgin Mary appeared to three young shepherds in 1917 and gave them three secrets, is one of the largest pilgrimage and worship centers of Christianity. Our next stop is Obidos. When you arrive in Obidos, you will feel as if you are traveling back centuries. In this small town, some residents still walk around in traditional clothing on certain days of the week, bringing history to life again. During our enjoyable walking tour in the city, its narrow streets, small churches, beautiful houses and shops will make this small town memorable. After our tour, we move on to Lisbon. Lisbon is the capital and largest city of Portugal and one of the oldest capitals in Europe. Located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, this historic city stands out with its impressive views, colorful neighborhoods and rich cultural heritage. During our city tour along the banks of the Guadalquivir River, we will first visit Maria Luisa Park and Plaza America, which include the Plaza de Espana. We will also see the Seville Cathedral (exterior view), the third largest cathedral in the world where Christopher Columbus's tomb is located; right next to the cathedral stands the Giralda Minaret, the last remaining part of the mosque upon which the cathedral was built, commemorating the Umayyad Caliphate of Andalusia, and the Alcazar (exterior view), the palace of the Castilian kings. Afterwards, passing through the Archive of the Indies, where records of all sea voyages to the Americas up to the 19th century are kept, we will reach the narrow old streets of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, known as "old" Seville. Entering the Great Mosque of Cordoba, we will witness the grandeur of this magnificent work with our guide and receive impressive information.
