Important Notes;
- A passport valid for at least 6 months is required to cover the minimum tour duration for this tour.
- Atlas International acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
- During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests as no-show fees.
- The city where the plane lands may vary. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for time changes made by airlines or any potential delays.
- In group tickets, airline rules apply; according to group ticket regulations, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also cannot be used.
- For most flights departing from Turkey, checked baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights within the destination countries, this allowance may drop to 15 kg. Rules and prices for excess baggage are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Atlas International.
- If there are insufficient participants for the package tour, cancellation will be communicated to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
- The tour route specified in the program is an example route, and changes may occur in the actual tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. Tours specified in the programs may be carried out on a different day(s) than indicated, at the guide's discretion due to any reason.

- Extra tours can only be organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is lower, they may still be organized at the guide's discretion, and if necessary, with adjusted prices. - Extra tours along the route will take place only if at least 10 members of the group participate. Guests who do not wish to join will be waited for at the rest stop.
- Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for the non-occurrence of these tours or excursions.
- Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the price.
- Atlas International reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.
- All hotel names etc. (and similar) mentioned in the programs are examples intended to indicate star category and distance; they do not imply that accommodation will be made at the named hotels.
- In triple rooms, an extra bed is provided; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is a foldable/expandable extra bed.
- Children under 18 years of age who are not considered legal adults must have the required consent letters from one or both parents with them during travel if they are not participating in the tour with their mother or father.
- In case of cancellation or changes, the "Atlas International Sales Contract" applies.
