ISTANBUL – BALI - UBUD
We meet with our valued guests at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight time. (1 calendar day before the flight date) Following our baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport procedures, we depart for Bali on a Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, after completing the baggage procedures, we transfer to our hotel in the vehicle waiting for us and have free time to rest.
UBUD
After breakfast, we set off for our Handara Gate & Ulun Danu Beratan Temple & Sangeh Monkey Forest & Ubud Local Shopping tour with lunch to discover Ubud’s unique natural and cultural beauty. Our first stop is Handara Gate, located amidst lush mountain scenery and regarded as one of Bali’s most iconic photo spots. After a photo break here, we visit Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, situated on the shores of Lake Beratan and one of Bali’s most important temples. After exploring the temple accompanied by magnificent lake views, we have a short free time. Continuing our tour, we proceed to the Sangeh Monkey Forest area, famous for its sacred forest and natural wildlife. Here, we have the opportunity to closely observe Bali’s natural beauty by taking a pleasant walk through the tropical forest inhabited by hundreds of monkeys. We then head to Ubud, known as the center of art and culture, where we have the opportunity to experience local life up close with Ubud local shopping. We have free time for shopping in this colorful market, famous for handmade souvenirs, traditional art products, and local handicrafts, followed by a transfer to our hotel and free time to relax.
UBUD
After breakfast, we set off for our Kintamani & Mount Batur & Lake Batur & Goa Gajah & Luwak Coffee Experience tour with lunch, to discover Bali’s impressive volcanic landscapes and cultural heritage. Our first stop is Mount Batur, one of the island’s most famous natural landmarks. We have the opportunity to take unforgettable photographs while admiring the panoramic view of this impressive mountain, which draws attention with its active volcanic structure. Then, we take a photo break on the shores of Lake Batur, located at the foot of the volcano and standing out with its fascinating beauty. Continuing our tour, we visit Goa Gajah, one of Bali’s oldest and most important sacred sites. Also known as the “Elephant Cave,” this historic temple complex offers the opportunity to closely experience Bali’s cultural richness with its unique rock carvings and mystical atmosphere. In the final part of our tour, we set off to experience Luwak coffee and learn more about Bali’s world-famous coffee culture. After learning about the coffee production process, we have the opportunity to taste different coffee varieties. Following our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to relax
UBUD - BALI
After breakfast, we set off to discover Bali’s unique natural beauty on our Tegalalang Rice Terraces and Iconic Swing & Tegenungan Waterfall & Tanah Lot Temple tour with lunch. Our first stop is the Tegalalang Rice Terrace, one of the island’s most iconic sites with its lush scenery and layered agricultural fields. During our photo break at these impressive rice terraces, which reflect traditional Balinese farming culture, we enjoy the area’s enchanting atmosphere, and guests who wish may take iconic swing photos here. We then visit Tegenungan Waterfall, located amidst tropical nature and regarded as one of Bali’s most popular waterfalls. At this spot, which impresses visitors with its natural beauty, we take a walk, experience the refreshing atmosphere of the waterfall, and have free time for photography. Continuing our tour, we proceed to Tanah Lot Temple, which has become one of Bali’s most important symbols due to its location rising above the Indian Ocean. At this sacred temple, famous for its impressive view merging with the sea and its mystical atmosphere, we enjoy memorable moments while witnessing one of Bali’s unforgettable sunset views. Following our tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to relax.
BALI
After breakfast, we depart for Nusa Dua Mengiat Beach, one of Bali’s most enjoyable coastal areas. We provide free time on this beautiful beach, known for its clear sea, golden sandy shores, and peaceful atmosphere, so you can enjoy the sea, sand, and sun. Afterwards, we head to the seafood restaurant located at Jimbaran Beach for dinner. By the ocean, accompanied by a unique sunset view, we have the opportunity to taste Bali’s famous seafood. At the end of our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
BALI
After breakfast, we spend the day at leisure. Our guests may relax on Bali’s unique beaches, spend time at local markets and shopping centers, or have the opportunity to explore Bali at their own pace through the various activities the island offers. On this day at leisure, which can be enjoyed entirely according to personal preferences, you can savor Bali’s natural beauty and tropical atmosphere. Accommodation continues at our hotel throughout the day, offering our guests ample time to relax and enjoy their free time.
BALI
After breakfast, we spend the day at leisure. Our guests may relax on Bali’s unique beaches, spend time at local markets and shopping centers, or explore Bali at their own pace through the various activities the island has to offer. On this day at leisure, which can be enjoyed entirely according to personal preferences, you can savor Bali’s natural beauty and tropical atmosphere. Accommodation continues at our hotel throughout the day, offering our guests ample time to rest and enjoy their free time.
BALI - ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we depart from the hotel and have free time until the time provided by our guide. At the time given by our guide, we transfer to the airport, and after completing the baggage and ticket procedures here, our flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines begins. Upon our arrival in Istanbul at local time, our tour comes to an end. We hope to see you again on another one of our tours.
- Intermediation and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
- Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The new round-trip flight tickets and regional transfer costs required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are at their own expense.
- Program and Dining: Excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on different days than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2-3 hours and organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be arranged on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible when these tours cannot be conducted because weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions indicated as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route shall be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds referred to as folding beds and coach beds. Therefore, in reservations for a third person and/or child, any crowding that may occur in the rooms and the bed type shall be deemed accepted. The child prices indicated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. During participation in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications taken regularly.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they are required to carry the consent forms with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity Date: For all passengers traveling abroad, the original issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests renewing their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date.
