We meet with our valued guests at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport approximately 3 hours before the flight time. After completing our baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways’ scheduled flight. Following our connection upon arrival in Doha, we take our seats for our flight to Bali. Our journey to Bali will continue throughout the night, and we will spend the night on the plane.
BALI - UBUD
Upon our arrival in Bali, after completing the baggage procedures, we transfer to our hotel in Ubud in the vehicle waiting for us. Overnight at our hotel.
UBUD
After breakfast, we depart for our Handara Gate & Ulun Danu Beratan Temple & Sangeh Monkey Forest & Ubud Local Shopping tour with lunch, to discover Ubud’s unique natural and cultural beauties. Our first stop is the Handara Gate, located amid lush mountain scenery and considered one of Bali’s most iconic photo spots. After our photo break here, we visit Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, located on the shores of Lake Beratan and one of Bali’s most important temples. After exploring the temple accompanied by magnificent lake views, we have a short period of free time. Continuing our tour, we proceed to the Sangeh Monkey Forest area, famous for its sacred forest and natural wildlife. Here, we have the opportunity to closely observe Bali’s natural beauty while enjoying a pleasant walk through the tropical forest, home to hundreds of monkeys. We then head to Ubud, known as the center of art and culture, where we have the opportunity to get to know local life more closely through Ubud local shopping. We have free time for shopping in this colorful market, which is famous for handmade souvenirs, traditional art products and local handicrafts. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. UBUD
After breakfast, we depart for our Kintamani & Batur Volcano & Lake Batur & Goa Gajah & Luwak Coffee Experience tour with lunch to discover Bali’s impressive volcanic landscapes and cultural heritage. Our first stop is Mount Batur, one of the island’s most famous natural landmarks. We have the opportunity to take unforgettable photographs while enjoying the panoramic views of this impressive mountain, which draws attention with its active volcanic structure. We then take a photo break on the shores of Lake Batur, located at the foot of the volcano and renowned for its fascinating beauty. Continuing our tour, we visit Goa Gajah, one of Bali’s oldest and most important sacred sites. Also known as the “Elephant Cave,” this historic temple complex offers the opportunity to experience Bali’s cultural richness up close with its unique rock carvings and mystical atmosphere. In the final part of our tour, we depart to enjoy a Luwak coffee experience and discover Bali’s world-famous coffee culture up close. After learning about the coffee production process, we have the opportunity to taste different coffee varieties. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
UBUD - BALI
After breakfast, we depart to explore Bali’s unique natural beauty on our Tegalalang Rice Terraces and Iconic Swing & Tegenungan Waterfall &Tanah Lot Temple tour with lunch included. Our first stop is the Tegalalang Rice Terrace, one of the island’s most iconic locations, known for its lush scenery and layered agricultural fields. During our photo break at these impressive rice terraces, which reflect traditional Balinese agricultural culture, we enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the area, and guests who wish may take iconic swing photos here. We then visit Tegenungan Waterfall, located amidst tropical nature and regarded as one of Bali’s most popular waterfalls. At this spot, which impresses visitors with its natural beauty, we take a walk, experience the cool atmosphere of the waterfall, and have free time for photography. Continuing our tour, we proceed to Tanah Lot Temple, which has become one of Bali’s most important symbols due to its location rising above the Indian Ocean. At this sacred temple, famous for its impressive view merging with the sea and its mystical atmosphere, we enjoy memorable moments while witnessing one of Bali’s unforgettable sunset views. After breakfast, we depart for Nusa Dua Mengiat Beach, one of Bali’s most enjoyable coastal areas. At this beautiful beach, known for its crystal-clear sea, golden sands, and peaceful atmosphere, we have free time for you to enjoy the sea, sand, and sun. We then depart for the seafood restaurant located at Jimbaran Beach to have dinner. On the oceanfront, accompanied by a unique sunset view, we have the opportunity to taste Bali’s famous seafood. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Following breakfast, we spend the day at leisure. Our guests may relax on Bali’s unique beaches, spend time at local markets and shopping centers, or take the opportunity to explore Bali at their own pace through the various activities the island has to offer. On this day at leisure, which can be enjoyed entirely according to personal preferences, you can savor Bali’s natural beauty and tropical atmosphere. Accommodation continues at our hotel throughout the day, providing our guests with ample time to relax and enjoy their free time.

Accommodation at our hotel continues throughout the day, offering our guests plenty of time to rest and enjoy their free time.
BALI – DUBAI – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. Free time until the transfer time to be announced by our guide. You may relax on Bali’s unique beaches, spend time in local markets and shopping centers, or take the opportunity to explore Bali at your own pace through the various activities the island offers. Afterwards, we transfer to Bali Airport. Following the completion of our baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways’ scheduled flight. Upon our arrival in Doha, after the connection, we take our seats for our flight to Istanbul.

Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays that may be caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
- Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and local transfer expenses required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour shall be borne by the passengers themselves.
- Program and Meals: The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2–3-hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or because of closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted when weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. In places with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there are not enough participants. Optional tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route shall be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and luggage of participants are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred while delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds referred to as fold-away beds and coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or children, any possible lack of space in the rooms and the bed type shall be deemed accepted. The child prices indicated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at the hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. When participating in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications used regularly.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther away than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. If children under 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issuance date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.
