We meet you, our valued guests, at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport approximately 3 hours before the flight departure time. After completing our baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we depart for Dubai on a scheduled Emirates Airlines flight. Following our transfer upon arrival in Dubai, we take our seats for our flight to Bali. Our journey to Bali will continue throughout the night, and we will stay overnight on the plane.
BALI - UBUD
Following our arrival in Bali and baggage formalities, we transfer to our hotel in Ubud with our awaiting vehicle. Overnight at our hotel.
UBUD
After breakfast, we depart for our Handara Gate & Ulun Danu Beratan Temple & Sangeh Monkey Forest & Ubud Local Shopping tour with lunch to discover Ubud’s unique natural and cultural beauty. Our first stop is Handara Gate, located amid lush green mountain scenery and considered one of Bali’s most iconic photo spots. After a photo break here, we visit Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, situated on the shores of Lake Beratan and one of Bali’s most important temples. After exploring the temple accompanied by magnificent lake views, we have a short free time. Continuing our tour, we proceed to the Sangeh Monkey Forest area, famous for its sacred forest and natural wildlife. Here, we have the opportunity to observe Bali’s natural beauty up close with a pleasant walk through the tropical forest, home to hundreds of monkeys. We then head to Ubud, known as the center of art and culture, where we have the opportunity to experience local life firsthand through Ubud local shopping. We have free time for shopping in this colorful market, famous for handmade souvenirs, traditional art products, and local handicrafts. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our hotel. UBUD - BALI
After breakfast, we set off for our Kintamani & Mount Batur & Lake Batur & Goa Gajah & Luwak Coffee Experience tour with lunch, to discover Bali’s impressive volcanic landscapes and cultural heritage. Our first stop is Mount Batur, one of the island’s most famous natural landmarks. We have the opportunity to take unforgettable photos while admiring the panoramic view of this impressive mountain, notable for its active volcanic structure. We then take a photo break on the shore of Lake Batur, located at the foot of the volcano and renowned for its fascinating beauty. Continuing our tour, we visit Goa Gajah, one of Bali’s oldest and most important sacred sites. Also known as the “Elephant Cave,” this historic temple complex offers the opportunity to become closely acquainted with Bali’s cultural richness through its unique rock carvings and mystical atmosphere. In the final part of our tour, we set off to experience Luwak coffee and learn more about Bali’s world-famous coffee culture. After receiving information about the coffee production process, we have the opportunity to taste different types of coffee . At the end of our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
BALI
After breakfast, we depart to discover the unique natural beauties of Bali on our tour of the Tegalalang Rice Terraces with lunch, the Iconic Swing & Tegenungan Waterfall & Tanah Lot Temple. Our first stop is the Tegalalang Rice Terrace, one of the island’s most iconic locations with its lush landscape and layered agricultural fields. During our photo stop at these impressive rice terraces, which reflect traditional Balinese farming culture, we enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the area, and guests who wish may take iconic swing photos here. We then visit Tegenungan Waterfall, located amid tropical nature and regarded as one of Bali’s most popular waterfalls. At this spot, which impresses visitors with its natural beauty, we take a walk, experience the waterfall’s refreshing atmosphere, and have free time for photography. Continuing our tour, we proceed to Tanah Lot Temple, which has become one of Bali’s most important landmarks thanks to its location rising above the Indian Ocean. At this sacred temple, famous for its impressive view merging with the sea and its mystical atmosphere, we enjoy memorable moments while witnessing one of Bali’s unforgettable sunset vistas. After our tour, we are transferred to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
BALI
After breakfast, we depart for Nusa Dua Mengiat Beach, one of Bali’s most enjoyable coastal areas. On this beautiful beach, known for its crystal-clear sea, golden sands, and peaceful atmosphere, we have free time to enjoy the sea, sand, and sun. Afterwards, we head to a seafood restaurant located on Jimbaran Beach for dinner. On the oceanfront, accompanied by a unique sunset view, we have the opportunity to taste Bali’s famous seafood. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
BALI - DUBAI - ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. Free time until the transfer time to be announced by our guide. You may relax on Bali’s unique beaches, spend time at local markets and shopping centers, or explore Bali at your own pace through the various activities the island has to offer. Afterwards, we transfer to Bali Airport. Following the completion of our baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we depart for Dubai on Emirates Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival in Dubai, after completing our connection, we take our seats for our flight to Istanbul.
ISTANBUL
Upon our arrival in Istanbul according to local time, our tour comes to an end. We hope to see you again on another tour..
- Intermediation and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for time changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced over the public-address systems at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
- Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible if passengers fail to take their flight because they are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do not board the aircraft. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and local transfer expenses required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour shall be borne by them.
- Program and Dining: The excursions specified in the programs may be held on days other than those indicated due to force majeure. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours, organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place due to local authorities not permitting visits or because of closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot take place when weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. In locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: The excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there are not enough participants. Optional tours along the route will be operated even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route shall be deemed to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and suitcases. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of foldaway beds and beds known as coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or children, any lack of space in the rooms and the type of bed shall be deemed accepted. The child prices specified in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications in continuous use must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During peak periods (fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their current passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date.
