We meet with our valued guests at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport approximately 3 hours before the flight. After completing our baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways’ scheduled flight. Following our transfer upon arrival in Doha, we continue to Osaka. Our journey to Osaka will continue throughout the night, and overnight accommodation will be on the plane.
OSAKA
Upon our arrival in Osaka, we complete our passport and baggage procedures, meet our private vehicle waiting for us, and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
OSAKA - OSAKA CASTLE - DOTONBORI - SHINSAIBASHI – OSAKA
After breakfast, we depart by private bus for the Osaka City Tour & Osaka Castle & Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Our first stop will be Osaka Castle, one of the city’s most important historical landmarks. Built by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the 16th century, this magnificent structure is one of the most significant symbols of Japan’s unification period and, together with its extensive park grounds, offers visitors an impressive historical atmosphere. Continuing our tour, we head to Dotonbori, one of Osaka’s liveliest and most iconic districts. In this area, which reflects the spirit of the city with its colorful neon lights, bustling streets, and famous restaurants, we enjoy a pleasant exploration and have the opportunity to get to know Osaka’s character as a “gastronomic center” up close. We then proceed to the Shinsaibashi district, Osaka’s most popular shopping and entertainment area. Our guests will have free time in this district, filled with long shopping arcades, international brands, and local boutiques. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
OSAKA – TODAIJI TEMPLE - NARA DEER PARK – KYOTO
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and depart for our Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed to be the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew over time, the temple also began to influence politics in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji has also made it into the record books as the largest wooden structure in the world. The enormous building is home to one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). We then visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to many of Nara's main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
KYOTO - ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST - KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA – FUSHIMI INARI - KYOTO
Following breakfast, we set off in our private vehicle for Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved centers of its traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens and traditional neighborhoods. After a journey of approximately 1 hour, we begin our city tour. Kyoto is the only place in Japan that was not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is included on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. The bamboo forest welcomes visitors with a 500-meter walking trail. During this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo and will be able to take photographs of the forest. We then continue with our tour of Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are entirely covered in gold leaf, is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Each floor of this impressive structure overlooking a large pond represents a different architectural style. We then depart for Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historic monuments of ancient Tokyo, has been included on the World Heritage List by UNESCO. Otowa Waterfall is located directly beneath the main hall, and its waters flow into a pond through 3 channels. According to belief, these channels respectively symbolize knowledge, health and longevity. We then proceed to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to the temple, which is one of Japan's most famous Shinto shrines and is especially known for its thousands of orange Torii gates, we proceed to Fushimi Inari Taisha, our final stop and a temple included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Following our temple visit, accompanied by a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.
KYOTO - MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE – LAKE ASHI – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA OUTLET – TOKYO
After breakfast, we depart by Shinkansen (high-speed train) to Mount Fuji, located on Honshu Island, southwest of Tokyo, one of the city's symbols and Japan's highest mountain. First, we travel to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, which is famous for its views of Mount Fuji and its natural beauty. Here, we will take a boat tour on Lake Ashi with our guests to enjoy this magnificent scenery. After a photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, a region where melting snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. The water, naturally filtered as it passes through volcanic rocks, gives the pools their crystal-clear appearance. These pools, each of different sizes and depths, offer magnificent reflections of Mount Fuji in their waters. After our tour with our guide, we set off for Gotemba Premium Outlets, one of Japan's largest outlet shopping centers. Following the allotted free time, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to relax.
Transportation between Kyoto and Tokyo will be provided by high-speed train for comfort and to save time. For this day, it will be sufficient for our guests to bring only hand luggage containing their needs for one night. Large suitcases will be collected from the hotel and delivered directly to the accommodation hotel in Kyoto.
TOKYO – SHIBUYA – SHINJUKU- AKIHABARA – YODOBASHI ELECTRIC TOWN - GINZA
Following our arrival in Tokyo, we complete our passport and baggage procedures, meet our private vehicle waiting for us, and begin our Tokyo city tour. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo’s most famous and lively districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world’s busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Watching hundreds of people move all at once every time the lights change offers a unique experience for feeling Tokyo’s energy. We will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and popular as a meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping malls, and enjoy our free time. Our next stop will be Yodobashi Electric Town, located in Akihabara, where you can find hundreds of electronics brands together at affordable prices. After the free time we will provide for shopping, we head to the Ginza district, which reflects the elegance and sophisticated lifestyle of modern Japan. Following our visit to Ginza, home to world-famous brands and Tokyo’s most exclusive shopping centers and restaurants, we will have free time for dinner. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
TOKYO – ASAKUSA SENSO-JI TEMPLE – NAKAMISE - GINZA – TOKYO
After breakfast, we begin our city tour, during which we will discover Tokyo's past and modern life side by side. Our first stop will be Senso-ji Temple, one of the city's landmarks, located in the Asakusa district. Considered Tokyo's oldest Buddhist temple, this historic structure was built in honor of the Goddess of Mercy, Kannon, after two fisherman brothers found her statue, according to legend. Completed in AD 645, the temple welcomes visitors with the magnificent Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate). After passing through the gate, we take a pleasant walk along Nakamise Shopping Street, which stretches approximately 200 meters toward the temple. On this historic street, which brings the traditional Japanese atmosphere into the present day, you can browse handmade souvenirs, kimonos, folding fans, and a variety of local products, while guests who wish may sample Asakusa's famous street foods and traditional Japanese flavors. Passing through the Hozomon Gate at the end of the street, we visit Senso-ji Temple. Continuing our city tour, we proceed to Ginza, one of Tokyo's most popular and prestigious districts. With its wide boulevards, modern architecture, luxury stores, art galleries, and elegant cafés, this area offers the opportunity to discover Tokyo's sophisticated side. After our tour accompanied by our guide's explanations, we have free time to shop, explore the area at your leisure, and take a meal break. At the end of the free time, we meet at the designated point and proceed to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
TOKYO – SEOUL
After breakfast, transfer to Tokyo Airport. We fly to Seoul with local airlines. Upon arrival in Seoul, we complete passport and baggage procedures and meet our private vehicle waiting for us. Welcome to Seoul, the capital of South Korea and one of its fascinating cities where modern life and traditional culture intertwine. We then depart for our Seoul city tour. Our first stop will be Gangnam Square. The area, which gained worldwide fame through PSY’s globally renowned song “Gangnam Style,” stands out today with its luxurious lifestyle, shopping, and business centers. During our tour, Cheongdam Fashion Street, Gangnam Station, Bongeunsa Temple, and Starfield Library will be among the places viewed panoramically. Afterwards, we head to Myeongdong, one of the city’s liveliest and most popular districts. In this area, famous for its cosmetics stores, fashion boutiques, delicious street food, and restaurants, we have free time for dinner. Guests who wish may sample exquisite Korean cuisine, go shopping, or enjoy Myeongdong’s vibrant atmosphere. Following our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
SEOUL - DOHA - ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. Afterwards, we depart for our tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace & Insadong Antique Street & the National Folk Museum of Korea & Bukchon Hanok Village. Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung Palace is one of the most magnificent structures of the Joseon Dynasty. Also known as the Northern Palace, this splendid structure is among the most important examples of traditional Korean architecture, and during our visit to the palace courtyard, we experience its historical atmosphere up close. Then, we visit the National Folk Museum of Korea, which reflects the lifestyle and historical development of the Korean people. Continuing our tour, we head to Bukchon Hanok Village, famous for its traditional Korean houses known as Hanok. In this historic area, which is home to approximately 700 Hanok houses, we walk through the narrow streets and observe traditional Korean life up close. Afterwards, we proceed to Myeongdong Street, one of Seoul’s liveliest shopping destinations. We enjoy free time in this area, famous for its cosmetics stores, shops, and street food. At the time designated by our guide, we transfer to the airport, and after completing the baggage and ticket procedures here, we fly to Doha with Qatar Airways. Following our transfer in Doha, our flight to Istanbul begins.

- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted when weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Extra Tours: Excursions indicated as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in extra tours along the route are considered to have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred while delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of fold-away beds or beds known as coach beds. Therefore, in reservations for a third person and/or children, any limited space and bed type in the rooms shall be deemed accepted. The child prices specified in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. During participation in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and regularly used medications.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours organized by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. Information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date in such cases. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required parental consent forms with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date.
