Istanbul – Seoul
We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After completing our baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, we depart for Dubai on a scheduled Emirates flight and arrive in Dubai local time. Following our short wait here, we fly to Seoul on a scheduled Emirates flight. We spend the night on the plane.

Upon our arrival at Seoul Airport and after completing the baggage procedures, we proceed to our hotel and have free time to rest.
SEOUL – BUKCHON VILLAGE - MYEONGDONG - GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE - INSADONG ANTIQUE STREET
After breakfast, we begin our tour. During our tour, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong Antique Street, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Myeongdong Street are among the places we will see panoramically. Our first stop, Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395, is generally referred to as the Northern Palace because it is located farther north compared to the neighboring palaces, Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (Western Palace). Afterwards, we will take a tour of Bukchon Hanok Village, whose name means Northern Village. Hanok are Korea's traditional residences, and there are approximately 700 Hanok in this village. Then, transfer to Myeongdong, Korea's most famous shopping and fashion district. On this street, which is home to shopping and cosmetics stores and many restaurants, you can do any shopping you wish before leaving the country and taste local delicacies. After the designated free time, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
OSAKA - DOTONBORI - SHINSAIBASHI – OSAKA
After breakfast at the hotel, we fly to Osaka with a local airline. Upon arrival, after completing passport and baggage procedures, we begin our Osaka city tour with our private bus waiting for us. Osaka, Japan’s second-largest metropolis after Tokyo, offers visitors an unforgettable experience with its energetic urban life and distinctive atmosphere. Our first stop on the tour will be Dotonbori, one of Osaka’s liveliest and most iconic districts. We enjoy a pleasant exploration of this area, which reflects the spirit of Osaka with its colorful neon lights, bustling streets, and famous restaurants. In Dotonbori, known as the city’s “gastronomic center,” we will have the opportunity to get to know the local flavors and street culture up close. Afterwards, we proceed to the Shinsaibashi district, Osaka’s most popular shopping and entertainment area. In this district, filled with long shopping arcades, international brands, and local boutiques, our guests will have free time for shopping. Following the designated free time, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
OSAKA – ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST - KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA – FUSHIMI INARI – OSAKA
After breakfast, we depart in our private vehicle for Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved centers of its traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens and traditional neighborhoods. Following our approximately 1-hour journey, we begin our city tour. Kyoto was the only place in Japan that was not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. It welcomes visitors to the bamboo forest with a 500-meter walking trail. During this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo and will be able to take photographs of the forest. We then continue with our tour of Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple is a Zen temple whose top two floors are entirely covered in gold leaf and is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Overlooking a large pond, the impressive structure’s three floors each represent a different architectural style. We then head to Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historic monuments of ancient Tokyo, has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Otowa Waterfall is located just below the main hall, and its waters flow into a pond through three channels. According to popular belief, these channels symbolize knowledge, health and longevity, respectively. We then proceed to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to this temple, one of Japan’s most famous Shinto shrines and particularly known for its thousands of orange torii gates, we proceed to Fushimi Inari Taisha, our final stop, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Following our temple visit, accompanied by a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.
OSAKA – OSAKA CASTLE – TODAIJI TEMPLE - NARA DEER PARK – OSAKA
After breakfast at the hotel, we visit Osaka Castle panoramically. Afterwards, we depart for our Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed with the aim of becoming the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew over time, the temple also began to influence politics in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji has also earned a place in the record books as the world's largest wooden structure. The enormous building houses one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Afterwards, we visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to many of Nara's main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to relax.
OSAKA – SHİNKANSEN (HIGH-SPEED TRAIN) - TOKYO
After breakfast, we travel to Tokyo by Shinkansen (high-speed train). We begin our Tokyo city tour with our private bus waiting for us. Upon our arrival in Tokyo, after passport and baggage procedures, we depart in our private vehicle waiting for us for a city tour of Tokyo. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo’s most famous and lively districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world’s busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Watching hundreds of people move at once with every change of the lights offers a unique experience for feeling the energy of Tokyo. We will see the Hachiko statue, erected in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and also a popular meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. In addition, Ueno Park and Tokyo Tower are among the places we will see panoramically during our tour. After the designated free time, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE – LAKE ASHI – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA OUTLET – TOKYO
After breakfast, we set off for Mount Fuji, located on Honshu Island, southwest of Tokyo, one of the city's landmarks and the highest mountain in Japan. First, we travel to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, famous for its views of Mount Fuji and its natural beauty. Here, we take a boat tour on Lake Ashi with our guests to enjoy this magnificent scenery. Following a photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, an area where melting snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. The waters, naturally filtered as they pass through volcanic rocks, make the pools crystal clear. In these pools, each of which varies in size and depth, you can capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in the reflections on the water. After our guided tour, we set off for Gotemba Premium Outlets, one of the largest outlet shopping centers in Japan. After the designated free time, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.
TOKYO – SENSOJI TEMPLE - AKIHABARA – GINZA - ISTANBUL
Following breakfast, we depart from our hotel by private vehicle. First, we visit Sensoji Temple, built in 645 and Tokyo’s oldest temple, which has been regarded as one of Tokyo’s most important religious centers since the Edo period. After our visit here, we go to Yodobashi Electric Town in Akihabara, where we can find hundreds of electronic brands together at affordable prices. Following the time allocated for shopping, we continue to Ginza, a district that reflects the sophisticated side and elegance of Modern Japan. After our visit to this area, filled with Tokyo’s largest shopping centers and finest restaurants, where you can find world-famous brands, we will have free time for dinner. Following the designated free time, we transfer to the airport and fly to Dubai on a scheduled Emirates Airlines flight. After a short wait, our scheduled Emirates Airlines flight from Dubai to Istanbul begins.

- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for their check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced over the airport public-address systems and displayed on information boards. This information must be followed.
- Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the region required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour is their own responsibility.
- Program and Food and Beverage: The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours and organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible when these tours cannot be conducted because weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and luggage of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen items are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the items.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of fold-away beds or beds referred to as coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or children, any lack of space and the type of bed that may occur in the rooms shall be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the journey. When participating in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications taken continuously.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours organized by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther away than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the departure date of the tour. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the journey.
- Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date.
