ISTANBUL – DOHA - TOKYO
We meet you, our valued guests, at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport approximately 3 hours before the flight departure time. After completing baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways’ scheduled flight. Following our transfer upon arrival in Doha, we depart for Tokyo. Our journey to Tokyo will continue throughout the night, and overnight accommodation will be on the aircraft.
TOKYO
Upon our arrival in Tokyo, after completing our passport and baggage procedures, we begin our Tokyo city tour with our private bus waiting at the airport. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as a center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo’s most famous and vibrant districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world’s busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Watching hundreds of people move all at once every time the lights change offers a unique experience for feeling Tokyo’s energy. We will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and also a popular meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. Our next stop will be Yodobashi Electric Town, located in Akihabara, where you can find hundreds of electronic brands together at affordable prices. After the free time we will allow for shopping, we will proceed to the Ginza district, which reflects the elegance and sophisticated lifestyle of modern Japan. After our tour of Ginza, home to world-famous brands and some of Tokyo’s most distinguished shopping centers and restaurants, we will have free time for dinner.
TOKYO – ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST - KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA – FUSHIMI INARI - KYOTO
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. We take only the belongings we will need for the day in a small bag. (Our large suitcases will be transferred separately to our Kyoto hotel by the transfer company arranged by our company.) We then depart for the train station. We travel to Kyoto by high-speed train (Shinkansen). Upon our arrival in Kyoto, we depart in our private vehicle for our city tour of Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved centers of its traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods. Kyoto was the only place in Japan that was not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. The bamboo forest welcomes visitors with a 500-meter walking trail. During this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the sound of the wind moving through the bamboo and will have the opportunity to take photographs of the forest. We then continue with our tour of Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple is a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf and is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Overlooking a large pond, this impressive structure represents a different architectural style on each floor. We then depart for Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historic monuments of ancient Tokyo, has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Otowa Waterfall is located directly beneath the main hall, and its waters flow into a pond through three channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize knowledge, health, and longevity, respectively. We then proceed to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to the temple, which is one of Japan's most famous Shinto shrines and is especially known for its thousands of orange Torii gates, we proceed to our final stop, Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After our temple visit, accompanied by a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.
*Transportation between Tokyo and Kyoto will be provided by high-speed train for time savings and comfort. For this day, it will be sufficient for our guests to bring only hand luggage containing the necessities for one night. The large suitcases will be collected from the hotel and delivered directly to the accommodation hotel in Kyoto.
KYOTO – TODAIJI TEMPLE - NARA DEER PARK – OSAKA
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and depart for our Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed with the aim of becoming the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew over time, the temple also began to affect politics in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji has also made its mark in the record books as the largest wooden structure in the world. The enormous building is home to one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Afterwards, we visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to most of Nara's major attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
OSAKA - OSAKA CASTLE - DOTONBORI - SHINSAIBASHI – OSAKA
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and depart by private bus for the Osaka City Tour & Osaka Castle & Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Our first stop will be Osaka Castle, one of the city’s most important historical landmarks. Commissioned by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the 16th century, this magnificent structure is one of the most important symbols of Japan’s unification period and, together with its extensive park grounds, offers visitors an impressive historical atmosphere. Continuing our tour, we proceed to Dotonbori, one of Osaka’s liveliest and most iconic areas. In this district, which reflects the spirit of the city with its colorful neon lights, bustling streets, and famous restaurants, we enjoy a pleasant exploration and have the opportunity to get to know Osaka’s character as a “gastronomic center” up close. We then proceed to the Shinsaibashi area, Osaka’s most popular shopping and lifestyle district. Free time is provided for our guests in this area, filled with long shopping arcades, international brands, and local boutiques. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
OSAKA – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE – LAKE ASHI – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA OUTLET – TOKYO
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. We take only the belongings we will use for the day in a small bag. (Our large suitcases will be transferred separately to our Tokyo hotel by the transfer company arranged by our company.) We then depart for the train station. We set off by high-speed train (Shinkansen) to Mount Fuji, located on Honshu Island, southwest of Tokyo, one of the symbols of the city and the highest mountain in Japan. First, we travel to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, famous for its views of Mount Fuji and its natural beauty. Here, together with our guests, we take a boat tour on Lake Ashi to enjoy this magnificent scenery. After a photo stop, we travel by bus to Oshino Hakkai, a region where melting snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. The waters, naturally filtered as they pass through volcanic rocks, create crystal-clear pools. In these pools, each of which varies in size and depth, you can capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in the reflections on the water. Following our tour accompanied by our guide, we set off for Gotemba Premium Outlet, one of Japan's largest outlet shopping centers. After the designated free time, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.

TOKYO – ASAKUSA SENSO - JI TEMPLE – NAKAMISE - GINZA – TOKYO
Following breakfast, we begin our city tour, during which we will discover Tokyo's past and modern life side by side. Our first stop will be Senso-ji Temple, one of the city's landmarks, located in the Asakusa district. This historic structure, regarded as Tokyo's oldest Buddhist temple, was reportedly built in honor of the Goddess of Mercy Kannon after two fisherman brothers found her statue. Completed in AD 645, the temple welcomes visitors with the magnificent Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate). After passing through the gate, we take a pleasant walk along Nakamise Shopping Street, which stretches approximately 200 meters toward the temple. On this historic street, which carries the traditional Japanese atmosphere into the present day, you can browse handmade souvenirs, kimonos, folding fans and a variety of local products, while guests who wish may sample Asakusa's famous street foods and traditional Japanese flavors. We visit Senso-ji Temple by passing through the Hozomon Gate at the end of the street. Continuing our city tour, we proceed to Ginza, one of Tokyo's most popular and prestigious districts. Known for its wide boulevards, modern architecture, luxury stores, art galleries and elegant cafés, this area offers the opportunity to discover Tokyo's refined side. Following our tour accompanied by our guide's explanations, we have free time for shopping, exploring the area at your leisure and taking a meal break. At the end of the free time, we meet at the designated point and depart for our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
TOKYO – DOHA - ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and have free time until the transfer time determined by our guide. We then transfer to the airport and, after completing the baggage and ticket procedures here, take our flight to Doha with Qatar Airways. Following our connection in Doha, our flight to Istanbul begins.

Upon our arrival in Istanbul according to local time, our tour ends. We hope to see you again on another tour..

Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be followed.
- Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible if persons who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft are unable to take their flight. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and regional transfer expenses required for passengers who miss their flight to participate in the tour shall be borne by them.
- Program and Food and Beverages: The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on different days than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Included lunches and dinners may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours and organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or because of closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted when weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. In locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route shall be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and luggage of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotels and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 persons, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds referred to as folding beds or coach beds. Therefore, for reservations including a third person and/or children, any cramped conditions and bed type that may occur in the rooms shall be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications used continuously must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the departure date of the tour. If children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the original issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.

Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 – 17:00 / Check-out times are between 10:00 – 12:00.
The standard room type in hotels in Japan is generally a Twin room with two separate single beds. A request for one double bed depends on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Since hotel room sizes in Japan are limited, it is not possible for three adults to stay in the same room (Triple).
