Istanbul – Amsterdam
We will meet at the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport international departures terminal three hours before departure to complete our ticket and baggage procedures. Our scheduled flight with Pegasus Airlines to Amsterdam will take approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes. Upon arrival in Amsterdam, we begin exploring the city. Known for its history, cultural richness, canals, museums, and vibrant atmosphere, Amsterdam is among Europe's most cosmopolitan cities and stands out for its liberal lifestyle compared to other European capitals. In this youthful city, numerous events, festivals, and concerts are held throughout the year, and it is also filled with galleries, museums, and exhibitions showcasing both classical and modern art. During our Amsterdam tour, we will visit Damrak, the city's most popular square; the Royal Palace, one of the official residences of the Dutch royal family; and Oude Kerk (Old Church), Amsterdam's oldest church. After free time for shopping and dining, we will head to our hotel in the evening and have free time to rest.
Amsterdam - Marken & Volendam – Amsterdam
After breakfast, we begin our tour of Marken & Volendam. While exploring these charming villages, you will be captivated by their natural beauty and the rows of colorful houses that best showcase traditional Dutch life. Originally a fishing village, Marken transformed into a tourist destination after being connected to the mainland by a bridge; today, its residents are known for producing handicrafts and traditional costumes. The houses, built on wooden piles to prevent flooding, are still preserved as heritage sites. We will take a short boat ride across the bridge to reach Volendam, which is much larger than Marken. Along the way, we will visit local cheese producers and tasting workshops, where you can learn about cheese-making processes. After some free time for shopping, we will head toward Volendam. This picturesque town was once visited briefly by famous artists such as Picasso and Renoir in the 20th century. Here, you can see many locals dressed in traditional attire. As we explore the town, where fishing still continues in part, you will have the opportunity to visit historic fishermen's houses, museums, and workshops and shops dedicated to handicrafts. Volendam is also renowned for its traditional cuisine, and you will have time for lunch here. After the free time allocated for lunch, we will return to Amsterdam. Following another period of free time before dinner in the city, we will meet at the time specified by our guide. Then, we will proceed to our hotel for accommodation, followed by free time to rest.
Amsterdam – Bruges – Brussels
After breakfast, we will complete our check-out procedures from the hotel and head to Brussels. After our journey, we will arrive in Bruges, known as the Venice of the North. With its historical fabric, well-preserved medieval architecture, narrow streets, colorful historic buildings, canals, and significant landmarks, this city protected by UNESCO offers visitors a journey through time. Bruges, with its green parks and nature, carries the scent of history and will captivate you with its romantic atmosphere. During our walking city tour, we will visit Grote Markt, the Town Hall with its striking Gothic architecture, the Belfry Bell Tower, the Basilica of the Holy Blood, and Minnewater (Lake of Love), which offers one of the most beautiful views of the city. During the free time given to explore the city, you can spend time in its charming cafes and have your lunch at local restaurants. After our journey, we will arrive in Brussels. We can define Brussels, also the capital of the European Union, as one of the centers of international diplomacy. During our city tour in Brussels, which successfully preserves its heritage from the Middle Ages while developing as a modern metropolis, we will see the Royal Palace, Grand Place (city square), St. Michael's Church, and the Stock Exchange Building. At the end of the tour, you will have free time to explore the city. In the evening, we will set off towards our hotel, and after completing the room check-in procedures, you will have free hours.
Luxembourg - Trier
After breakfast, we set off in the morning towards Luxembourg. On our way, we will visit Trier, one of Germany's oldest cities, located in southwestern Germany on the banks of the Rhine River. Known as Augusta Treverorum during the Roman Empire, Trier is a captivating city with rich history and architecture. Trier's history dates back to the Roman era; the city was built by the Romans in the 1st century BC. As a result, many remains and structures from ancient Rome are still accessible for visitors today. Among these are Porta Nigra (Black Gate), Kaiserthermen (Imperial Baths), and the Roman Bridge (Römerbrücke), all listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After our tour here, we will head towards Luxembourg. Strategically located at the heart of Europe, Luxembourg is among the world's most economically developed countries. Founded in 963, the city lies at the intersection of Roman and Germanic cultures and has been influenced by both civilizations. After the Treaty of London, it attained its current borders, and the country's official name is the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, which shares its name with its capital. In addition to its natural beauty, Luxembourg has won the admiration of visitors with its historic character. Places we will see include the old town of Casemates du Bock, featuring UNESCO-listed historic ramparts and underground tunnels; Place Guillaume, one of the city's main squares; and Chemin de la Corniche, regarded as one of Europe's most beautiful balconies. During the free time in the old town, you will have the opportunity to find time for dinner. In the evening, we will depart from the city and head towards our hotel. After settling into our rooms, you will have free time to rest.
Luxembourg – Metz - Paris
After breakfast, we will check out of our rooms early in the morning and depart for Paris, visiting the city of Metz. One of France's oldest cities, Metz has changed hands repeatedly throughout history due to wars between France and Germany; its historic atmosphere reflects both cultures, and its stunning nature will surely impress you. As one of France's greenest cities, Metz boasts a captivating natural setting with the Moselle and Seille rivers and lakes. Within Metz's boundaries are the "Porte des Allemands" (German Gate), a medieval structure built by German workers on the Moselle River; the dazzling Saint-Etienne Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture; Place d'Armes Square; the famous Metz Covered Market; and the opera and theater building, one of France's oldest structures. After our tour here, we will head towards Paris. Upon arrival, we begin exploring Paris, one of the world's most important metropolises, where traces of history can be seen in every corner.
