Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be followed.
Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and regional transfer expenses required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour belongs to them.
Program and Food and Beverages: The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on days other than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or because of closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot take place when weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
Extra Tours: Excursions specified as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in extra tours along the route shall be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and luggage of participants are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred while delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds. Therefore, in reservations for a third person and/or children, the possibility of limited space and the type of bed in the rooms shall be deemed accepted. The child prices indicated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications in continuous use must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther away than the specified distances. Information will be provided 15 days before the departure date of the tour in such cases. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the original issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date.

We will meet with you, our valued guests, at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal approximately 3 hours before the flight time. After completing our baggage drop-off and passport procedures, our journey to Singapore will continue throughout the night, and we will spend the night on the plane.

Following our arrival in Singapore, we complete our passport and baggage procedures, meet our private vehicle waiting for us, and begin our panoramic Singapore city tour. During our city tour, the Singapore River, Parliament, Opera House and Courthouse buildings, as well as the Merlion Monument, the symbol of the city, are among the sights to be seen. For guests who wish, an optional ‘’Garden Rhapsody Garden by the Bay Light Show’’ tour will be organized. (60 Euros) Accompanied by Singapore’s modern skyline, this fascinating show, in which the giant Supertree Grove trees come to life with music and lights, will offer an unforgettable night experience. Gardens by the Bay is one of Singapore’s most iconic nature and landscaping projects, located in the Marina Bay area and covering an expansive area of approximately 101 hectares. The park consists of three main sections—Bay South, Bay East and Bay Central—and offers visitors a unique atmosphere with its futuristic architecture and tropical gardens. The Flower Dome, located within the park, is considered one of the largest glass greenhouses in the world and is home to plant species brought from different climate regions. After breakfast, free time. For our guests who wish, an optional “Floating Market and Maeklong Railway Market Train Tour” will be organized (60 Euros). (At these traditional markets, which have become one of the important symbols of Thai culture, we have the opportunity to closely observe the dynamic commercial life established along the canals. Local vendors selling goods from wooden boats reflect the unique atmosphere of the region with tropical fruits, fresh vegetables, local delicacies, handmade souvenirs and traditional products. Our guests can browse the products they wish to purchase and have the opportunity to shop here. During our tour, we discover the traditional Thai houses lined along the canals, lively scenes of daily life and the distinctive cultural fabric of the region. Afterwards, we visit the world-famous Maeklong Railway Train Market, with its stalls set up directly over the railway tracks.
