Tour Participation: Ferfergez.com is not responsible if participants fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the reported time, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or missing the flight entirely. Participants who miss the flight are responsible for the cost of new round-trip tickets required to join the tour and any transfer expenses incurred in the region.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner meals included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour introductory tours of cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Tour Cancellation: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities prohibit access or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct a tour, Ferfergez.com is not liable for its cancellation. Tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot at locations with road closures or restricted vehicle access.
Extra Tours: >Extra excursions specified in the program may be cancelled if there is insufficient participation. Roadside extra tours will proceed even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join roadside extra tours are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal items, bags, and suitcases of tour participants are under their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen items are found, any costs incurred to return them to the country or individual are borne by the owner.
Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional beds may be used in triple rooms, which may include pull-out beds or coach beds referred to as "coach bed." Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are accepted. Child prices listed apply when the child stays alongside two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. Medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications requiring continuous use must be carried with you during tour participation.

For children under 18 not traveling with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers departing abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must remain valid for at least six months after the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide updated passport information through their purchase channel if they did not supply valid passport details at the time of booking.

After our arrival in Singapore, we complete passport and baggage procedures and meet with our private vehicle waiting for us, then begin our panoramic city tour of Singapore. On the city tour, notable sights include the Singapore River, Parliament Building, Opera House, Judiciary Buildings, and the iconic Merlion Monument. For guests who wish to participate, an additional "Garden Rhapsody Garden by the Bay Light Show" tour will be arranged (60 Euro). Alongside Singapore's modern skyline, this enchanting show brings the giant Supertree Grove trees to life with music and lights, offering an unforgettable evening experience. Gardens by the Bay is one of Singapore's most iconic nature and landscape projects, located in the Marina Bay area and covering approximately 101 hectares.
