Need to Know
- Intermediation and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays that may be caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours involving flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
- Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who fail to be present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. Passengers who miss their flight are responsible for the cost of the new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the region required for them to join the tour.
- Program and Meals: The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours, organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible when these tours cannot take place because weather conditions make them impossible. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there are not enough participants. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any costs incurred while delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an additional bed may be provided, which may consist of beds referred to as fold-away beds or coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or children, any possible lack of space in the rooms and the type of bed will be deemed accepted. The child prices specified in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications in continuous use must be carried during participation in the tour.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests remain under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther away than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they are required to carry the necessary consent forms with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity Date: For all passengers traveling abroad, the date of first issue of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests renewing their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date.
