NOTES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur to the times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any change in flight times.

  The cruise company reserves the right to make changes to service fees and gratuities. Any possible price increase will be reflected in the price paid by guests who purchase the tour.

  The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if it deems necessary. For example, for a ship departing from Marseille, it may change a flight route announced as Nice/Lyon to Marseille, or vice versa.

  The documents required for visa applications are provided within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.

  Guests are responsible for their own belongings during round-trip transfers between the airport and ports and between the airport and port. No agency representative, guide, or driver has the right to take custody of luggage, nor can they be held responsible in any way.

  Of the evening meals you will have during the cruise, 2 are formal dinners, and every male passenger wishing to dine there must have at least one suit, while female passengers must have at least one evening dress.

  THE CRUISE COMPANY AND THE CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND THE TIMES AT PORTS BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.

  The content specified in the program flow is for illustrative purposes. The operating agency reserves the right to change the tour content.

  During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner are generally predetermined and numbered according to names, depending on the cruise company, while on some cruise companies dining will be open seating. On ships where tables are predetermined, everyone will sit at the previously assigned tables from the first evening meal through the last evening meal, while guests who wish may also dine in other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangements by the ship's authorized personnel.

  During check-in on the ship, every passenger without exception (only 1 person in couples) must present their credit card at the ship's reception or pay a cash deposit when receiving their cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average authorization of 300 euros will be charged to each credit card. This is for the expenses you will incur on board after checking in to the ship. You will be able to make your onboard expenses (for alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, or beverages) using the magnetic cards provided to you by the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. You can check all your expenses on the televisions in your cabins.

  At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage belonging to our group will be delivered to you with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.

  Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the ship's first day of departure. This is a situation caused by the heavy traffic and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to put the essentials you will need on your first day boarding the ship in a small hand luggage and carry it with you.

  The ship's departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before its departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.

  At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the previous night, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.

  Travel abroad is not permitted with passports that are more than 10 years old, even if they are still valid.

  Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the tour end date.

  Your passport must not be torn or worn.

  For each program, the relevant visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can learn which visa is required for the relevant tour from that tour's program.

  ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. 

  We recommend that our guests enable their mobile phones for international use.

  On ships, Euro or USD currencies are generally used depending on the region in which the ship sails. On the first day aboard the ship, you can pay a deposit to your cabin account in cash or by credit card using the machines on board.

  The minimum number of participants for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour one month in advance if sufficient participation is not reached. It may offer the guest an alternative program.

  Cancellation conditions are stated separately for each program in the content of the relevant program. 

  During the tour, the ship's captain has the right to remove guests who physically assault or insult ship employees from the ship. In such a case, no refund will be made to the passenger.
