Provided that passports and the required documents are submitted completely, AGENCY will assist with obtaining visas. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the required documents requested for the visa not being submitted completely and on time.
Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be granted. Passport control officers have the authority to deny a person entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since extra beds are provided in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not provide a third bed. For packages involving such hotels, AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale.
Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0–2 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 2 on the tour return date; for the 3–12 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 12 on the tour return date.
AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
In the event that participation in the tour is insufficient, AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
Optional tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. They may not be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
For optional tours to be taken en route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason during the tour will not be carried out. AGENCY is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out for this reason.
In the event of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” shall apply.
Of the dinners you will have during the cruise, 2 are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while ladies are advised to bring at least one evening dress.
During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit in the previously designated places from the first meal to the last meal on board.
During check-in on board, every passenger without exception (only 1 person for couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except in the casino. EUR and credit cards are accepted on board. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your cabins.
It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. on board.
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in designated colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is due to the high volume and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to put your essential items in a small hand luggage bag and keep it with you.
The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS TOUCH AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BEFORE COLLECTING IT.

ALL GUESTS MUST KEEP THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT OUT THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / ONTO THE SHIP.

Day 1 ISTANBUL – TURIN - GENOA
Meeting at 04:30 in front of the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul New Airport. We depart for Turin on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1309 at 07:30. After our arrival at 09:30 local time, we board our waiting bus and head towards Genoa port. After check-in procedures, you will have free time to settle into your cabins. Our ship will depart from the port at 16:30.

Day 2 AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping in duty-free shops. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music, or try your luck in the casino.

Day 3 BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at Barcelona port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish can join the "Barcelona City Tour" organized additionally by our guides. Starting our city tour with our private vehicle from the port, we begin a panoramic tour of Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises. During our city tour, first,
Sagrada Familia is among the places to be seen from the outside. Then La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia street where Gaudi's houses have been converted into a street museum, and his masterpiece Sagrada Familia are among the places we will see. Afterward, after free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00 in the evening.

Day 4 ALICANTE
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish can join the "Alicante City Tour" organized additionally by our guides. Starting our city tour with our private vehicle from the port, after exploring historical and cultural sites, we will have free time for shopping and then return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00 in the evening.

Day 5 GIBRALTAR
Our ship will dock at Gibraltar port, located in the Gulf of Gibraltar at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, at 10:00 in the morning. After breakfast served on board, guests who wish can join the Gibraltar Tour organized additionally. Casemates Square, Upper Rock Nature Reserve, and Siege Tunnels (Great Sieve Tunnels) are among the places we will see. After the tour, there will be free time for shopping before transfer back to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

Day 6 CADIZ
Our ship will dock at Cadiz port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast served on board, guests who wish can join the Cadiz & Sevilla Tour organized additionally. First, we go to Seville, the most important city in Southern Spain and the capital of the Andalusia region. With the panoramic city introduction tour we will do here; the cathedral that began construction in the 15th century on the site of the old Great Mosque from the Muwahhid period, the royal residence Alcazar where Arab Gothic and Renaissance style palaces rise side by side, the Golden Tower, a fortress dating back to the 13th century, many medieval churches, St. Paula Nuns Monastery, and the Town Hall are among the places to be seen. Day 8 LA CORUNA
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast served on board, guests who wish can join the La Coruna Tour organized additionally. Located on a cape at the mouth of a fjord on the Atlantic Ocean coast, it offers visitors magnificent views of the bay and the ocean. This tour gives you the opportunity to explore this pleasant Spanish city and see its main historical structures, such as typical 18th-century buildings designed with glass-covered balconies as a solution to the region's weather conditions. After passing Mendez Núñez Gardens, a photo stop will be made at the Hercules Lighthouse, an ancient lighthouse that has been in continuous service since Roman times, before arriving at the city center for the walking tour. Day 9 BILBAO
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish can join the extra "Bilbao City Tour" organized by our guides. As the largest city in the Basque Region serving as the capital of Bizkaia province, Bilbao has much to offer, from its enthusiastic state-of-the-art architecture and inspiring museums to its friendly residents. Bilbao (Bilbo), stretching along the Río Nervión for approximately 14 km, allows you to always see the green slopes of the mountains on both sides beyond the high-rise buildings in the city center, even though urban sprawl now fills the narrow valley. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

Day 10 LA ROCHELLE
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish can join the extra "La Rochelle City Tour" organized by our guides. Step into this enriching experience in the Charente-Maritime region starting with a scenic bus journey from the pier. Enjoy the serene beauty of the coastline stretching along the Corniche and see the peaceful Allée de Mail Park, which has been a favorite promenade spot for locals since the 18th century. The route also passes in front of St. Louis Cathedral, a graceful example of Neoclassical architecture dating from the 18th century and completed in the 19th century. Upon arrival at the historic city center, we walk through the story-filled streets of the old town. As you proceed on old cobblestone roads and pass under vaulted passages, arcades, and porticos, you will learn about the city's fascinating commercial and military heritage. La Rochelle developed as an important port city in the Middle Ages and played a key role in the Huguenot uprisings of the 17th century. The iconic towers of the old port, which survived from its walled past to the present day, silently witness centuries of maritime activity and international trade. After the guided walk, enjoy 45 minutes of free time in the car-free city center. This lively area hosts numerous cafes, markets, and local boutiques. Take advantage of this opportunity to taste local flavors or simply enjoy the dynamic atmosphere. Our ship will depart from the port at 15:00.

Days 11 and 12 AT SEA
On these days spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping in duty-free shops. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music, or try your luck in the casino.

Day 13 KIEL-HAMBURG-ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at the port at 09:00. After having breakfast on board, we disembark. We head to the airport with our private bus waiting for us at the port. Arrival at Hamburg Airport, after baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1664 at 18:50. Arrival in Istanbul at 23:05 local time.
