NOTES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedules. For this reason, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any schedule changes.
The cruise company reserves the right to change service fees and gratuities. Any potential price increase will be passed on to the guests who have purchased the tour.
Depending on operational needs, the operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route. For example, a flight route announced as Nice/Lyon for a ship departing from Marseille can be changed to Marseille, or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications are obtained within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from our agency at least 4 days before your application.
Guests are responsible for their own luggage during airport and port transfers, including round-trip transfers between airports and ports. No agency representative, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage custody and cannot be held liable for it.
Two of the evening meals you will have during the cruise are formal dinners. All male guests wishing to dine here must have at least one suit, and female guests must have at least one evening gown.
THE CRUISE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND PORT TIMES BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.
The contents specified in the program flow are for illustrative purposes only. The operating agency reserves the right to change the tour content.
During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are generally pre-assigned based on names by the cruise company, though some cruise companies operate with open seating. On ships with pre-assigned tables, everyone will sit at their designated table from the first evening meal until the last. Guests who wish may also have their meals at other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangement by the ship's authorized personnel.
At check-in, every passenger (only one person per couple) must surrender their cabin key card and present a credit card to the cruise reception or deposit cash. As a result, an average authorization hold of approximately 300 euros will be placed on each credit card. This is to cover expenses incurred during the voyage after check-in. You will be able to make all onboard expenses (for drinks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) using magnetic cards provided by the cruise reception. Except for the casino, no cash transactions are accepted anywhere on the ship. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket for all your suitcases. These tags must be attached to your suitcases at the cruise port.
On the first day of departure, your suitcases may not reach your cabins until late evening. This is due to congestion and crowding and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items for your first day on board into a small handbag to carry with you.
Punctuality regarding the ship's departure times is strictly required. Boarding must be completed at the latest 60 minutes before the ship's departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags that will be left in your cabins one night prior, and place them outside your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
Passports older than 10 years, even if still valid, are not accepted for international travel.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or worn out.
For each program, the relevant visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can find out which visa is required for the specific tour from its program.
ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIR TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM.
We recommend that our guests activate their mobile phones for international use.
Cruise ships generally use either Euro or USD currency depending on the region they sail in. On the first day of the cruise, you can deposit cash or pay by credit card into your cabin account using the automated machines available on board.
All programs require a minimum participation of 20 people (10 cabins). If this quota is not met, the operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 1 month in advance. An alternative program may be offered to the guest.
Cancellation conditions are communicated separately in the content of each relevant program.
During the tour, the ship captain has the right to disembark any guests who physically assault or insult the ship staff. In such cases, no refund will be issued to the passenger.
WE WISH YOU A WONDERFUL TRIP FILLED WITH BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES
