Day 1: Istanbul – Skopje

Gathering in front of the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Airport departure terminal. Departure to Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, with Turkish Airlines flight TK1003 at 08:55. After a comfortable and relaxing flight, we arrive at 08:25 local time and begin our city tour of Skopje with our private vehicle after completing entry procedures. In Skopje, the birthplace of our famous poet Yahya Kemal Beyatlı, we will visit Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Murat Pasha Mosque, Kapan Han, Sulu Han, and Stone Bridge. We continue our walk along the Vardar River, viewing the Turkish and Jewish neighborhoods on the opposite bank. During this walk, we will see Macedonia Square, the Ottoman Bridge, and Davut Pasha Hamam from the outside. Entering the Turkish Bazaar, we will view one of Skopje's symbolic monuments, the Clock Tower built in the 16th century, the early Ottoman mosque Sultan Murat Mosque from the 14th century, and Isa Bey Mosque from the same century. We then have free time in the Turkish Bazaar. After free time, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Skopje. Guests who wish may join the optional tours organized.

Day 2: Skopje - Ohrid

After breakfast, we set off to explore Macedonia's unique nature and cultural treasures. Our first stop is Tetovo (Kalkandelen), one of Macedonia's stunning towns. Here, we will visit Alaca Mosque, one of the most colorful and impressive mosques in the Balkans. Built in the 15th century, this mosque will captivate you with its vibrant colors and detailed decorations on the exterior facade. As we explore this rare example of Ottoman architecture, we will embark on a journey into the depths of history. After our visit in Tetovo, we head towards Ohrid amidst lush green mountains and crystal-clear blue lakes. Along the way, breathtaking views of Macedonia will accompany us. Upon arrival in Ohrid, we will conduct a tour introducing the historic city of Ohrid, which was once an important base of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans. Among the places we will see during our tour are: the Monument to Saints Cyril and Methodius, 9th-century Byzantine monks believed to have developed the Cyrillic alphabet, and important structures like the Hagia Sophia Church. Additionally, we will stroll through City Center Square (Cinar Meydanı), the heart of the city, and have the opportunity to visit the Turkish Bazaar dating back to the old Ottoman period. Here, you can visit the Halveti Tekke and feel the city's cultural fabric up close. Then, you will witness the daily life of the local people by visiting Yeni Çarşı and Ohrid Market. Finally, the famous lake of Ohrid and its enchanting views will accompany our tour. After the tour, we have free time and transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay and dinner at our hotel. Day 3: Ohrid

After breakfast, we depart for the Resne-Bitola tour. With our special buses, we first move to Resne. On our way, we visit the palace of Niazi of Resne, one of the three most famous figures of the Committee of Union and Progress. Then we proceed to Bitola (Manastır). During our city tour of Bitola; we visit the Turkish Bazaar, Bedesten, Ishak Mosque, Yeni Mosque, and Atatürk's Military High School (from the outside) where Atatürk graduated, as well as the Atatürk Museum, which will provide the most emotional moments of the tour. After our tour, we return to Ohrid. Overnight stay at our hotel.

This tour begins with a departure to Resne via special bus. Along the way, we will see the panoramic view of the palace of Niazi of Resne, one of the three most famous names of the Committee of Union and Progress, known for his contributions to the Turkish-Greek War. Upon arrival, we begin our city tour of Bitola (Manastır). First, we will explore the Turkish Bazaar and Bedesten. Then we will visit Ishak Mosque and Yeni Mosque. The Military High School where Atatürk graduated and the Atatürk Museum, where you will experience the most emotional moments of the tour, will be the highlights of this trip. After completing this impressive and educational tour, we return to Ohrid.

After breakfast, rooms are vacated and we depart for Skopje. Upon arrival in Skopje, our city tour begins.
