Agency and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays that may be caused by airlines.
Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take the flight. Passengers who miss the flight are responsible for the cost of new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the region required for them to join the tour.
Program and Dining: Excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those stated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours, organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary according to the content and number of participants.
Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot take place when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
Optional Tours: Excursions indicated as optional in the program may not take place if there are insufficient participants. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of foldaway beds or beds referred to as coach beds. Therefore, for reservations for a third person and/or children, any lack of space and the type of bed that may occur in the rooms shall be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. When participating in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications used continuously.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. If children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required parental consent documents with them during the trip.
Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the date of initial issuance of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, the passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.

We meet at the international departures terminal of İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport three hours before the flight. After completing the baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, we depart for Madrid at 15:20 on SunExpress Airlines’ scheduled flight XQ920. Upon arriving in Madrid at 18:45 local time, we board our private bus waiting for us at the airport and transfer to our hotel. Free time after checking in at the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Madrid

MADRID (All-Day Madrid City Tour)

After breakfast, we begin our panoramic city tour of Madrid. Our first stop will be Plaza Mayor, famous for its impressive architecture and historic character. Then, we will spend time at Puerta del Sol, one of the liveliest points in the city, and discover the social and cultural heart of Madrid. Here, we will have the opportunity to observe how the city’s history and modern life intertwine. We continue our tour along Gran Vía, considered the city’s center of fashion and entertainment, famous for its shops, restaurants, and theaters. Following our city tour, we have free time for personal activities. We will meet at the place and time determined by our guide and proceed to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Madrid.

Seville

MADRID - TOLEDO - CORDOBA - SEVILLE

After breakfast, we set off towards Seville. In Toledo, our first stop, we explore its architecture preserved from the Middle Ages to the present day, with its narrow streets and cathedral. After the photo breaks we take in this fascinating city, we complete our panoramic tour. Afterwards, we depart for Cordoba and take a walk through the city, which offers us traces of Andalusian history with its old town streets and magnificent Roman Bridge, and visit the Cordoba Mosque, one of the city’s most important landmarks. After having the opportunity to see the city’s historic fabric up close, we continue our journey and arrive at our hotel in Seville. Free time after check-in. Overnight at our hotel.

Granada

SEVILLE - ALHAMBRA PALACE - GRANADA

After breakfast, we set off towards the Alhambra Palace, which can be considered the most important structure in the Andalusia region. Located at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, offering breathtaking views of Granada, we begin our visit to this magnificent structure by viewing the Alcazaba from the outside. This historic fortress was the defensive section of the palace and stands out with its impressive walls and striking towers. We begin our tour with the Generalife Gardens, located right next to the palace. These enchanting gardens are known for their elegant pools, flower-filled courtyards and tranquil green spaces. As you stroll through the gardens, you can imagine how the sultans of Andalusia spent their time in their areas of relaxation and entertainment.

After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and depart for Valencia. Upon our arrival in Valencia, we set out to explore the city and see its important landmarks. Located on Spain's eastern coast, Valencia is a dynamic and historic region known for its grand squares such as Plaza del Ayuntamiento, historic buildings, and lively shopping streets. La Lonja de la Seda is a building famous for its Gothic architecture and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Valencia Cathedral stands out for both its history and Gothic style, while its bell tower, El Miguelete, offers beautiful views of the city. Modern structures such as the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias reflect the city's architectural diversity. In addition, the city center is a lively area filled with various cafés, restaurants, and cultural events. Following the free time after our city tour, we meet at the time determined by our guide and depart for our hotel. After checking in at the hotel, free time to relax.

Barcelona

VALENCIA - BARCELONA

After breakfast, we depart for Barcelona. As we explore Barcelona, the largest city and also the capital of the autonomous region of Catalonia, we will have the opportunity to see many important architectural works. The Andalusia Arena, Montjuïc Hill, the Port of Barcelona, the Christopher Columbus Statue (Columbus Square), Spain Square, Catalonia Square, and Gaudí's houses (Casa Batlló and Casa Milà) are among the places to be seen during our panoramic tour. La Rambla, the city's most important avenue where its heart beats, is also among the places to be seen during our panoramic tour. After the free time provided by our guide, we will meet at the designated time and depart for our hotel. After checking into the hotel, free time to rest.

Barcelona

BARCELONA (All-Day Barcelona City Tour)

After breakfast, we depart from the hotel for our city tour. Our first stop will be the Gothic Quarter, which evokes the atmosphere of the Middle Ages with its narrow streets, cathedrals, and hidden squares. Here, in addition to the historic texture, we will discover the area’s unique lively atmosphere. We then enjoy a pleasant walk along La Rambla, the street where the heart of the city beats with its shops, cafés, and street performers. Our tour continues in the Old Barcelona area, which stands out with its historic squares and local life. In this area, we will see both architectural details and traces of the city’s daily life. Later, we will enjoy a panoramic exterior view of the Sagrada Familia Basilica, Gaudí’s masterpiece and the symbol of the city. From the afternoon until the evening, after free time for shopping, discovering local delicacies, and personal activities, we return to our hotel at the place and time determined by our guide.

Izmir

BARCELONA (Free Day)

After breakfast at the hotel, the day will be free. Guests who wish may go shopping at La Roca Village, Barcelona's popular outlet where they can find stores of famous brands all in one place, while those who prefer may explore the city's historical and tourist areas, spend time along the seafront, or engage in personal activities. After free time throughout the day, accommodation at our hotel.

Istanbul

BARCELONA - IZMIR

Following breakfast at the hotel, we will be transferred to the airport at the scheduled time. We will depart for Izmir at 10:50 on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ895.
