Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed at the airport counters or online before the flight. Tour Participation: Ferfergez.com is not responsible if passengers fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the reported time, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or missing the flight entirely. Any round-trip new flight tickets and local transfer costs required for those who miss the flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Tour Cancellation: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct a tour, Ferfergez.com is not liable for the inability to perform these tours. Tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited.
Extra Tours: >Sightseeing listed as extra in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join the roadside extra tours are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: >Personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants joining the tour are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen items are found, any costs incurred to return them to the country or individual are borne by the owner of the item.
Hotel and Accommodation: >Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional bed arrangements may apply in triple rooms, which may include pull-out beds or coach beds referred to as such. Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are accepted. Child prices listed in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: >Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. It is mandatory to have medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously available during tour participation.
Other Notes: >Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests remain under Ferfergez.com's responsibility. During peak periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. Information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date in such cases. For children under 18 years old who do not join the tour with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: >All travelers traveling abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, the validity period must extend at least 6 months beyond the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide updated passport information through the channel they purchased from if they did not provide valid passport details at the time of purchase.

ISTANBUL – CAPE TOWN

We meet our valued guests at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal approximately three hours before departure. We depart for Cape Town on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Upon arrival in Cape Town, we board our private bus and begin our panoramic city tour. The sites to be seen panoramically include Company's Garden & Parliament Building & City Hall & Bo-Kaap & Greenmarket Square & Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Guests who wish may optionally join the additional organized tour: Table Mountain & Welcome to Africa Live Music Dinner (€120 per person). We carry out our iconic Table Mountain tour of Cape Town. (This visit will take place only if weather and local conditions permit.) We then take the cable car to the summit and are given free time to enjoy the panoramic views of Cape Town, the Atlantic Ocean, and the surrounding unique natural beauty. After our tour, we enjoy a pleasant evening with dinner accompanied by live music. Afterwards, we transfer to our hotel, settle into our rooms, and have free time to rest.

After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional Cape Point & African Penguins & Cape Fur Seals Tour with Lunch (€150 per person). We then depart for the Cape Point tour. Traveling along the enchanting coastlines of the Atlantic Ocean, we explore the unique coastal views of Cape Town. Throughout the tour, we visit Hout Bay, Chapman's Peak, Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope, Simon's Town, and Boulders Beach. In the Hout Bay area, we have the opportunity to see Cape fur seals, while at Boulders Beach, we can observe adorable African penguins in their natural habitat. We continue along Chapman's Peak, one of the world's most spectacular coastal roads, enjoying magnificent ocean views. Next, we ascend to the high cliffs and viewpoint of Cape Point to take in panoramic views of the endless ocean and the impressive Cape of Good Hope. After a photo stop at the Cape of Good Hope, one of Africa's most iconic landmarks, we continue our tour. Upon completion, we return to Cape Town, transfer to our hotel, check into our rooms, and enjoy free time to rest.

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Stellenbosch & Giraffe Farm & Franschhoek tour with lunch (150 € per person). We depart for the Stellenbosch & Giraffe Farm & Franschhoek tour. We arrive in the Stellenbosch region, known for its lush vineyards, impressive mountain views, and historic Cape Dutch architecture. As we explore the area with its centuries-old trees, historic buildings, and unique atmosphere, we enjoy the breathtaking landscapes created by endless vineyards. After our visit, we head to Giraffe Farm. At the farm, where we will get up close with Africa's rich wildlife diversity, we have the opportunity to see and learn about various animals such as giraffes, zebras, meerkats, crocodiles, porcupines, and tarantulas. After enjoyable moments immersed in wildlife and photo stops, we proceed to our final stop, Franschhoek. Meaning "French Corner," Franschhoek is one of South Africa's most special regions, thanks to the cultural heritage left by French Huguenots who settled here in the 17th century, its lush vineyards, and stunning mountain scenery. We explore the charming town center nestled in a valley surrounded by mountains, discovering its historic character and buildings that bear traces of both Cape Dutch and French architecture. After some free time to experience Franschhoek's unique atmosphere and explore the surroundings, we head back to Cape Town. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel, settle into our rooms, and are given free time to rest.

After breakfast, guests who wish to do so can join the additional Buffelsfontein Safari & Waterfront Tour with lunch (€120 per person). We depart for the Buffelsfontein Safari Tour. We arrive at Buffelsfontein Game & Nature Reserve, located in the northern part of Cape Town amidst the stunning natural landscapes of the Western Cape. During our tour in our dedicated safari vehicles, we travel through vast plains and natural habitats, offering us the opportunity to closely observe Africa's rich wildlife diversity. While on safari, we have the chance to encounter iconic African animals such as buffalo, zebra, and rhinoceros in their natural environments, and we gain knowledge about the region's wildlife and ecosystem alongside our guide's commentary. In this unique safari experience set in the heart of the African wilderness, we witness unforgettable views and capture memorable photo moments. After the safari tour, we head to V&A Waterfront, one of Cape Town's most vibrant and popular spots. Upon arrival at the Waterfront area, which blends its historic port character with modern city life along the Atlantic Ocean coast, we enjoy a seafood lunch at a restaurant by the sea. After lunch, we are given free time to shop and explore the surroundings at V&A Waterfront, one of Cape Town's most enjoyable areas, featuring restaurants, cafes, shops, souvenir stores, and a lively harbor atmosphere. After our free time, we meet again at the time specified by our guide, proceed to our hotel, check into our rooms, and are given free time to relax.

Sun City

CAPE TOWN – JOHANNESBURG – SUN CITY

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures from the hotel and transfer to Cape Town Airport. Following baggage and ticket processing, we depart for Johannesburg with local airlines. Upon arrival in Johannesburg, we board our private bus and head to Sun City, one of South Africa's most famous holiday and entertainment centers. After arriving at Sun City, we transfer to our hotel, settle into our rooms, and are given free time to rest. Sun City, which combines Africa's natural beauty with a modern holiday concept, is virtually a resort city in its own right, featuring lush tropical gardens, grand architecture, entertainment areas, restaurants, shopping points, and extensive recreational facilities. One of the facility's most striking attractions, Valley of Waves, stands among Sun City's iconic landmarks with its tropical atmosphere, artificial beach, and water entertainment areas. The large wave pool here brings the joy of the sea to the African interior with artificially generated waves at regular intervals; water slides, pools, and surrounding relaxation areas offer visitors an enjoyable experience. Guests who wish may spend their free time exploring Sun City's colorful atmosphere, enjoying the wave pool and water entertainment areas, or spending time at shopping and entertainment venues.

SUN CITY – PRETORIA – JOHANNESBURG

Early in the morning, guests who wish to do so can join an additional Sunrise Safari: In Pursuit of the Big Five tour (€150 per person). With the first light of day, we enter the natural habitat in our special safari vehicles and witness the awakening of the African savannah. Guided by our guide, throughout the safari we have the opportunity to closely observe the region's rich wildlife and spot Africa's legendary "Big Five" — lion, leopard, elephant, rhinoceros, and African buffalo — in their natural habitats. Additionally, on this safari tour where we may encounter giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and other unique animal species of the region, we experience the wild nature of Africa in its most impressive form. After the safari tour, we return to our hotel for breakfast. Following breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures from the hotel and head to Pretoria. Upon arrival, during our panoramic Pretoria City Tour, Union Buildings & Church Square & Paul Kruger Statue & Voortrekker Monument will be seen panoramically among the places to visit. After our tour, we proceed to Johannesburg. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic Johannesburg City Tour. One of the important stops of our tour is Nelson Mandela Square, which reflects the modern and vibrant side of the city. We view the majestic Nelson Mandela Statue, which has become the symbol of the square, and are given free time to explore the square, one of Johannesburg's most popular meeting points with its restaurants, cafes, shops, and lively atmosphere. After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the additional Lion Park & Lesedi Cultural Village Tour (€190 per person). We depart for the Lion Park & Lesedi Cultural Village Tour. Our first stop is Lion Park, where we can observe some of Africa's most majestic predators up close. During our guided safari tour, we have the opportunity to see lions roaming in vast natural areas, observe their behavior, and learn about their lives. Especially during feeding times, we witness the natural behaviors of these impressive creatures and feel the excitement of African wildlife firsthand. Under the park's facilities and with the supervision of expert staff, we may also have the chance to get close to lion cubs and experience interactive encounters. While learning about conservation efforts aimed at protecting wildlife and passing them on to future generations, we create unforgettable memories with lions, one of Africa's iconic animals. After visiting Lion Park, we head to Lesedi Cultural Village to explore South Africa's cultural richness. Here, we have the opportunity to closely discover the traditional lifestyles, architecture, clothing, music, dances, and daily life cultures of various local communities in South Africa. During our walk among traditional village houses, we listen to stories rooted in the region's deep history and experience the rhythm of African culture up close through traditional dance and music performances accompanied by colorful costumes. After this tour, which allows us to explore both South Africa's wild nature and its cultural heritage in a single day, we return to Johannesburg, transfer to our hotel, and are given free time to rest.

After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out procedures. We are given free time until our flight departure. Guests who wish may use this time for shopping or exploring the central areas of Johannesburg. At the time set by our guide, we gather and transfer to Johannesburg Airport via our private bus. After completing baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Arrival at Istanbul Airport (local time) marks the end of our tour.
