Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed before the flight at the airport airline counters or online. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Ferfergez.com is not liable if a participant fails to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the time announced by Ferfergez.com, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or simply not boarding the aircraft. Participants who miss the flight are responsible for the cost of new round-trip tickets required to join the tour and any transfer expenses in the region.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing tours listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner meals included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight schedules. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and number of participants may vary.
Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit access or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct these tours, Ferfergez.com is not liable for their cancellation. If roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
Extra Tours: Tours listed as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will proceed even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join extra tours along the route are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants are their own responsibility. In case of lost, forgotten, or stolen items, any costs incurred for returning them to the country or individual are borne by the owner of the item.
Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional beds may be used in triple rooms, which may include pull-out beds or coach beds known as "coach bed." Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are accepted as standard. Child prices listed in the price list apply when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. During tour registration, reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously must be carried with you.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Ferfergez.com guests remain under Ferfergez.com's responsibility. During peak periods (exhibitions, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such situations, information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date. For children under 18 years old not traveling with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers departing abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least six months from the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide current passport information at the time of purchase; if they fail to do so, they must share updated passport details through the channel used for purchase at a later date.

ISTANBUL – CAPE TOWN

We meet our valued guests at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal approximately three hours before departure. We depart for Cape Town on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Upon arrival in Cape Town, we board our private bus and begin our panoramic city tour. Places to be seen panoramically include Company's Garden, Parliament Building, City Hall, Bo-Kaap, Greenmarket Square, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Guests who wish may optionally join the additional tour: Table Mountain & Live Music Dinner with Welcome to Africa (€120 per person). We carry out our iconic Table Mountain tour of Cape Town. (This visit will take place subject to favorable weather and local conditions.) We ascend to the summit via cable car and are given free time to enjoy the panoramic views of Cape Town, the Atlantic Ocean, and the surrounding unique natural landscapes. After our tour, we enjoy a pleasant evening with dinner accompanied by live music. Then we transfer to our hotel, settle into our rooms, and have free time to rest.

After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional Lunch-included Cape of Good Hope & African Penguins & Cape Fur Seals Tour (€150 per person). We then depart for the Cape of Good Hope tour. Traveling along the enchanting coastlines of the Atlantic Ocean, we explore the unique coastal views of Cape Town. Along our tour, Hout Bay, Chapman's Peak, Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope, Simon's Town, and Boulders Beach are among the places to visit. In the Hout Bay area, we have the opportunity to see Cape fur seals, while at Boulders Beach, we can spot adorable African penguins in their natural habitat. We continue along Chapman's Peak, one of the world's most spectacular coastal roads, enjoying magnificent ocean views. Next, we ascend to the high cliffs and viewpoint of Cape Point, where we take in panoramic views of the endless ocean and the impressive Cape of Good Hope. After a photo stop at the iconic Cape of Good Hope on the African continent, we continue our tour. Upon completion, we return to Cape Town, transfer to our hotel, check into our rooms, and enjoy free time to rest.

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the additional lunch-included Stellenbosch & Giraffe Farm & Franschhoek tour (€150 per person). We depart for the Stellenbosch & Giraffe Farm & Franschhoek Tour. We arrive in the Stellenbosch region, known for its lush vineyards, impressive mountain views, and historic Cape Dutch architecture. As we explore the area with its centuries-old trees-lined streets, historic buildings, and unique atmosphere, we enjoy the breathtaking scenery created by the endless vineyards. After our visit, we head to Giraffe Farm. At the farm, where we will get up close with Africa’s rich wildlife diversity, we have the opportunity to see a variety of animals such as giraffes, zebras, meerkats, crocodiles, porcupines, and tarantulas, and learn about their natural habitats. After enjoyable moments immersed in wildlife and photo stops, we proceed to our final stop, Franschhoek. Meaning “French Corner,” Franschhoek is one of South Africa’s most special regions, thanks to the cultural heritage left by French Huguenots who settled here in the 17th century, its verdant vineyards, and stunning mountain vistas. We explore the charming town center nestled in a valley surrounded by mountains, discovering its historic character and buildings that bear traces of both Cape Dutch and French architecture. After some free time to experience Franschhoek’s unique atmosphere and explore the surroundings, we head back to Cape Town. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel, settle into our rooms, and are given free time to rest.

Johannesburg

CAPE TOWN – JOHANNESBURG – SUN CITY

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and transfer to Cape Town Airport. Following our baggage and ticket processes, we depart for Johannesburg with local airlines. Upon arrival in Johannesburg, we board our private bus and head to Sun City, one of South Africa's most famous holiday and entertainment centers. After arriving at Sun City, we transfer to our hotel, settle into our rooms, and are given free time to rest. Sun City, which brings together Africa's natural beauty with a modern holiday concept, is virtually a resort city in itself with its lush tropical gardens, grand architecture, entertainment areas, restaurants, shopping points, and extensive recreational facilities. One of the facility's most striking features, Valley of Waves, stands among Sun City's iconic landmarks with its tropical atmosphere, artificial beach, and water amusement areas. The large wave pool here, with its artificially generated waves at regular intervals, brings the joy of the sea to the interior of Africa; while water slides, pools, and surrounding relaxation areas offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy their time. Guests who wish can spend their free time exploring Sun City's colorful atmosphere, enjoying the wave pool and water amusement areas, or spending time at shopping and entertainment spots.

SUN CITY – PRETORIA – JOHANNESBURG

Early in the morning, guests who wish to do so can join an additional Sunrise Safari: In Pursuit of the Big Five tour (€150 per person). With the first light of day, we enter the natural habitat in our special safari vehicles and witness the awakening of the African savannah. Guided by our guide, throughout the safari we have the opportunity to closely observe the region's rich wildlife and spot Africa's legendary "Big Five" — lion, leopard, elephant, rhinoceros, and Cape buffalo — in their natural habitats. Additionally, on this safari tour where we may encounter giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and other unique animal species of the region, we experience the wild nature of Africa in its most impressive form. After the safari tour, we return to our hotel for breakfast. Following breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures from the hotel and head to Pretoria. Upon arrival, during the panoramic Pretoria City Tour, Union Buildings & Church Square & Paul Kruger Statue & Voortrekker Monument will be seen panoramically among the places visited. After our tour, we proceed to Johannesburg. Upon arrival, we begin the panoramic Johannesburg City Tour. One of the important stops of our tour is Nelson Mandela Square, which reflects the modern and vibrant side of the city. We view the majestic Nelson Mandela Statue, which has become the symbol of the square, and are given free time to explore the square, one of Johannesburg's most popular meeting points with its restaurants, cafes, shops, and lively atmosphere. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel, settle into our rooms, and are given free time to rest.

Sun City

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the additional Lion Park & Lesedi Cultural Village Tour (€190 per person). We depart for the Lion Park & Lesedi Cultural Village Tour. Our first stop is Lion Park, where we can observe some of Africa's most majestic predators up close. During our guided safari tour, we have the opportunity to see lions roaming in vast natural areas, observe their behavior, and learn about their lives. Especially during feeding times, we witness the natural behaviors of these impressive animals and feel the excitement of African wildlife firsthand. Under the park's facilities and with the supervision of expert staff, we may also have the chance to see lion cubs up close and experience interactive encounters. While learning about conservation efforts aimed at protecting wildlife and passing them on to future generations, we create unforgettable memories with lions, one of Africa's iconic animals. After visiting Lion Park, we head to Lesedi Cultural Village to explore South Africa's cultural richness. Here, we have the opportunity to get to know the traditional lifestyles, architecture, clothing, music, dances, and daily life cultures of various local communities in South Africa. During our walk among traditional village houses, we listen to stories that stretch back to the region's deep past and experience the rhythm of African culture up close through traditional dance and music performances accompanied by colorful costumes. After this tour, which allows us to discover both South Africa's wild nature and its cultural heritage in a single day, we return to Johannesburg, transfer to our hotel, and are given free time to rest.

After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out procedures. We have free time until our flight departure. Guests who wish may use this time for shopping or exploring the central areas of Johannesburg. We meet at the time set by our guide and transfer to Johannesburg Airport via our private bus. After completing baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Arrival at Istanbul Airport (local time) and conclusion of our tour.
