Important Notes.

• A passport valid for at least 6 months is required to cover the minimum tour duration for this tour.
• Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests as no-show fees.
• The city where the plane lands may vary. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for time changes made by airlines or any potential delays.
• In group tickets, airline rules apply; according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also cannot be used.
• The general checked baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights within the destination countries, this weight may drop to 15kg. Rules regarding excess baggage weight/fees are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com.
• If there are insufficient participants for the package tour, cancellation will be communicated to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route, and changes may occur in the actual tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be carried out on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. Tours specified in the programs may be conducted on other days than those specified due to any reason at the guide's discretion.

• Extra tours can only be organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is lower, they may be organized at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with adjusted prices. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for the non-organization of these tours or excursions.
• Extra tours along the route will take place only if at least 10 members of the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be waited at the rest stop.
• Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for the non-conduct of these tours or excursions.
• Museum and historical site entrance fees are not included in the prices.          
• Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.
• All hotel names etc. specified in the programs (and similar) are written to serve as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made in hotels with the specified names.
• In triple rooms, there is an extra bed arrangement; the third bed is smaller than the standard bed and/or is an extra foldable/sleeping bed.
• For children under 18 years of age (minors) who do not participate in the tour with one or both parents, it is mandatory to have the necessary consent letters with them during travel for tour participation.
• In case of cancellation or changes, the "Ferfergez.com Sales Contract" applies.
