You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays made by the airlines.
Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed at the airport counters or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Ferfergez.com is not responsible if participants fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the time indicated by Ferfergez.com, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or simply not boarding the aircraft. Any costs for new round-trip flight tickets and local transfers required for those who miss the flight to join the tour are borne by the individuals themselves.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight schedules. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if access is denied by local authorities or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct a tour, Ferfergez.com is not liable for the cancellation of these tours. If roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
Extra Tours: Tours listed as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join the extra tours along the route are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants joining the tour are under their own responsibility. In case of lost, misplaced, or stolen items, any costs incurred for returning them to the country or individual are borne by the owner of the item.
Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional beds may be used in triple rooms, which may consist of rollaway beds or coach beds referred to as "coach bed." Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are accepted. Child prices listed in the price list are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance documents during the trip. It is mandatory to have medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously when joining the tour.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Ferfergez.com guests remain under Ferfergez.com's responsibility. During peak periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. Information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date in such situations. For children under 18 years old not traveling with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers traveling abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide updated passport information through the channel they purchased from if they did not provide valid passport details at the time of purchase.

We meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport’s international departure terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Casablanca begins with Pegasus Airlines scheduled service. Upon arrival at Casablanca airport, transfer to our hotel with our private bus waiting for us at the airport and overnight stay at our hotel.

CASABLANCA – RABAT – FES

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. We depart for the capital, Rabat. The city of Rabat is located on the banks of the Rabat Bou Regreg River, surrounded by eucalyptus and cork oak forests. Since the exiled king announced his return to the country from this city, Rabat has served as the capital of the country. After visiting Kasbah Oudaya, the Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, we set off for Fes. Upon our arrival in Fes, we depart with our guests who wish to join the extra Fes Medina Tour (35 Euro). We begin exploring Fes Medina. After a walk in the Jewish quarter, Mellah, surrounding the monumental gate of the royal palace, Bab-el Makhzen, in Fes, we continue our tour through the maze-like streets of the historic Medina. Known as Morocco’s Little Switzerland, Ifrane is an attractive tourist center notable for its ski resort and Swiss-style architecture. After free time here, we take a lunch break at a local restaurant in the town of Midelt, which is on our route. Then we arrive at our camp where we will stay in the desert and settle in. We watch the magnificent sunset at our facility overlooking the sand dunes. After dinner, we enjoy unforgettable moments accompanied by stars illuminating the sky. We recommend that you do not miss the sunrise in the morning and capture the beautiful moments in photos. Accommodation at our camps. Departure for our Sahara Desert Sunset or Sunrise Activity Camel Safari (30 Euro) tour. We head to the sand dunes where we will go on a desert safari. After the tour, we begin our journey to Marrakech. Upon arrival, we visit the Koutoubia Minaret and Jmaa el Fna, the largest square in Africa, which brings together all the colors of Africa and is lively with street performances, snake charmers, and open-air restaurants. Afterwards, we depart for our optional Bahia Palace & Marrakech Medina Shopping tour (40 Euro), which will be arranged for guests who wish to join.
