With its fairy-tale-like nature and historical structures, wooden houses, medieval churches, cathedrals, and many works of art, it is a place well worth seeing. Additionally, Strasbourg holds historical importance as the place where the French national anthem "La Marseillaise" was written, presenting itself as a city where French architecture blends with Alsace culture.
