Need to Know

IMPORTANT NOTES
•   If passports and required documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist with visa applications. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
•   The AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of required documents for visas.
•   Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. Passport control officers have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, responsibility lies with the traveler.
•   In hotels, triple rooms often use an extra bed arrangement; therefore, the third bed may be smaller than standard beds. Some hotels do not offer a third bed option. The AGENCY will inform guests during sales regarding packages operated with such hotels.
•   Child prices are valid only on the condition that children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0-2 years age policy, the child must not have turned 2 years old by the tour return date. For the 3-12 years age policy, the child must not have turned 12 years old by the tour return date.
•   Due to external reasons, the AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program.
•   In case of insufficient participation, the AGENCY will notify guests of cancellation or changes 21 days prior to the tour departure.
•   The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol dated 28.09. It is possible that flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure date. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
•   Domestic low-cost flights include a 20 kg baggage allowance.
•   The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided the category remains the same.
•   Optional tours are organized based on a minimum participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they cannot be held. In cases where the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide, and a new arrangement may be made.
•   For optional tours along the route, guests who will not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas located before city entrances.
•   Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
•   In case of cancellation or changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" applies.
•   During the cruise, two of your evening meals are formal dinners. It is recommended that every male guest wishing to dine there brings at least one suit, and female guests bring at least one evening gown.
•   During the cruise, the restaurants and tables for our group's evening meals will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit at their predetermined locations from the first meal to the last meal on board.
•   During check-in for the ship, every passenger (only one person per couple) must surrender their cabin key card and present a credit card to the ship's reception or deposit cash. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. On board, the currency is EUR and credit cards are valid. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
•   Bringing alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
•   At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors will be sent to you along with your cruise tickets for all our group's luggage. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port.
•   Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds, which is definitely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items for your first day on the ship into a small handbag and carry them with you.
•   Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. At ports, boarding must be completed no later than 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board. The agency will not be responsible for such situations.
•   At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags previously left in your cabins, and place them outside your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST PERSONALLY PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
•   ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED COPIES OF THE TICKETS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/SHIP.

1. Day ISTANBUL – MARSEILLE
Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter in front of the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 06:00. Departure to Marseille on Turkish Airlines flight TK1365 at 08:40. Upon arrival at 10:05 local time, we board our waiting bus and head towards the port of Marseille. Guests who wish may join the extra "Marseille Panoramic City Tour & Aix En Provance" tour organized by our guide. After our tour, we board our bus again and head towards the port of Marseille. After check-in procedures on our ship, we settle into our cabins and have free time. Our ship will depart at 18:30.

2. Day BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at the port of Barcelona at 09:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the extra "Barcelona City Tour" organized by our guides. From the port, with our private vehicle, we begin our panoramic city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises. During our city tour, first Sagrada Familia will be seen from outside among the places to visit. Then La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia street where Gaudi's houses have been converted into a street museum, and his masterpiece Sagrada Familia are among the places we will see. Afterward, after free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 19:00 in the evening.

3. Day PALMA DE MALLORCA
Our ship will dock at the port at 07:30 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the extra "Palma de Mallorca City Tour" organized by our guides. After our free time in the city center, we will return to our ship. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 17:00.

4. Day AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities like fitness and sauna, or shopping in duty-free shops. Additionally, you can enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music, or try your luck in the casino.

5. Day PALERMO
Our ship will dock at the port of Palermo at 08:00. Guests who wish may join the extra Palermo City Tour organized by our guide. In our tour, Cappella Palatina, San Giovanni Cathedral, Politeama Square, Normanni Palace, Quattro Canti Square, Via Roma and Via Liberta streets are among the places to be visited. After the tour, return to Palermo port. Our ship will leave the port at 16:30.

6. Day CIVITAVECCHIA
Our ship will dock at the port of Civitavecchia at 08:30 in the morning. After breakfast on board, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra 'Rome City Tour' organized by our guide. In our city tour, St. Peter's Square and Basilica, considered the center of Christianity, Castel Sant'Angelo where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the people, the monument of II. Vittorio Emmauele, the Colosseum which hosted gladiator fights, the Fountain of Lovers famous with the film 'La Dolce Vita', the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps, and the Spanish Steps containing the sunken ship fountain are among the places to be visited. Free time after the tour. Then return to the ship. Our ship will leave the port at 19:00 in the evening.

7. Day SAVONA
Our ship will dock at the port of Savona at 08:30. Guests who wish may join the extra 'Genoa City Tour & Portofino Tour' organized by our guide. Exploring this port city, one of Italy's historical and cultural cities, will be a special pleasure. Our ship will leave the port at 17:30.

8. Day MARSEILLE – ISTANBUL
After breakfast on board in the morning, we head to Marseille Airport. After baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1368 at 17:55. Arrival in Istanbul at 23:10 local time. See you again on another enjoyable trip!
