NOTES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  The flights specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any time change.

  The cruise company reserves the right to change service fees and tips. Any potential price increase will be passed on to guests who have purchased the tour.

  The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, a flight route announced as Nice/Lyon for a ship departing from Marseille can be changed to Marseille, or vice versa.

  Documents required for visa applications are obtained within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.

  Guests are responsible for their own luggage during airport and port transfers and round-trip transfers between airports and ports. No agency representative, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage for safekeeping and cannot be held liable under any responsibility.

  Two of the evening meals you will have during the cruise are formal dinners. Every male guest wishing to dine here must have at least one suit with them, and female guests must have at least one evening gown.

  THE CRUISE COMPANY AND CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND PORT TIMES BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.

  During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are generally pre-assigned and numbered according to names by the cruise company, while in some cruise companies it will be open seating. In ships with pre-assigned tables, everyone will sit at their pre-assigned tables from the first evening meal to the last evening meal. Guests who wish may also have the right to take their meals in other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangements made by the ship's authorized personnel.

  At check-in for the ship, without exception, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash when collecting cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average provisional charge of 300 euros will be taken from each credit card. This is for expenses you will incur on board after checking into the ship. You will be able to make your expenses on board (for drinks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) using magnetic cards issued to you by the ship reception. Except for the casino, no cash transactions take place anywhere on the ship. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.

  At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors for all our group's luggage will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket. It is required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.

  Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds, which is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is beneficial to pack essential needs for the first day you board the ship in a small handbag and carry it with you.

  The ship's departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, boarding must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.

  At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags that will be left in your cabins one night earlier, and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS PICK UP THEIR OWN LUGGAGE AND CHECK IT CAREFULLY.

  Passports older than 10 years, even if they are still valid, are not allowed for exit abroad.

  Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the tour end date.

  Your passport must not be torn or worn out.

  For each program, the relevant visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can learn which visa is required for the relevant tour from its program.

  ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. 

  We recommend that our guests activate their mobile phones for international use.

  On ships, Euro or USD currencies are generally used depending on the region sailed. On the first day of the ship, you can deposit cash and credit cards into your room account from the machines available on board.

  For all programs, the minimum participation number is 20 people (10 cabins). If a majority is not achieved, the operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance. An alternative program may be offered to the guest.

  Cancellation conditions are separately communicated in the content of the relevant program for each program. 

  Guests who commit physical violence or insult cruise staff during the tour may be disembarked by the ship captain. In such a case, no refund is made to the passenger.
