• Intermediation and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for time changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
• Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced over the public-address systems at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
• Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible if passengers fail to take their flight because they are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do not board the aircraft. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and local transfer expenses required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour shall be borne by them.
• Program and Dining: The excursions specified in the programs may be held on days other than those indicated due to force majeure. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours, organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
• Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place due to local authorities not permitting visits or because of closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot take place when weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. In locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
• Optional Tours: The excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there are not enough participants. Optional tours along the route will be operated even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route shall be deemed to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the rest stop.
• Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and suitcases. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
• Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of foldaway beds and beds known as coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or children, any lack of space in the rooms and the type of bed shall be deemed accepted. The child prices specified in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications in continuous use must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
• Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During peak periods (fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
• Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their current passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date.
