Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed before the flight at the airport airline counters or online. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via loudspeakers at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Ferfergez.com is not responsible if participants fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the announced time, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or simply not boarding the aircraft. Participants who miss the flight are responsible for the cost of new round-trip tickets required to join the tour and any transfer expenses in the region.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities prohibit access or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct these tours, Ferfergez.com is not liable for their cancellation. If roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
Extra Tours: Tours listed as extras in the program may be cancelled if there is insufficient participation. Roadside extra tours will proceed even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join roadside extra tours are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal items, bags, and suitcases of participants are under their own responsibility. In case of lost, forgotten, or stolen items, any costs incurred for returning them to the country or the individual are borne by the owner of the item.
Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. Triple rooms may include rollaway beds, which may be pull-out or coach beds. Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in triple and/or child reservations are considered accepted. Child prices listed apply only when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. During tour registration, medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously must be carried with you.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Ferfergez.com guests remain under Ferfergez.com's responsibility. During peak periods (exhibitions, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. Information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date in such situations. For children under 18 who do not travel with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers traveling abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide updated passport information through the channel they purchased from if they did not provide valid passport details at the time of purchase.

After completing baggage drop and passport procedures, we will take our seats for Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight to Bangkok. Our journey to Bangkok will continue throughout the night, with an overnight flight.

After arriving in Bangkok, we take a local flight to Phuket. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour to explore Phuket Island, one of Thailand's most popular holiday destinations. During the tour, we visit Wat Chalong Temple, one of the island's most important religious centers, offering us the opportunity to closely experience this impressive structure, which is a significant symbol of Thai culture and Buddhist faith. Next, we see Big Buddha Phuket, an iconic landmark of the island that overlooks its enchanting views. With its commanding position over the island's unique natural beauty, this magnificent statue offers visitors unforgettable vistas. Upon arrival in Bangkok, we meet our private car and begin our panoramic city tour to explore Bangkok, the capital of Thailand and one of the most vibrant cities in Southeast Asia. During the panoramic city tour, we will visit the Golden Buddha Temple, Parliament Building, Democracy Monument, and Royal Road. Afterward, we visit Wat Pho Temple, one of Bangkok's most important religious and cultural sites, famous for its massive Reclining Buddha statue. With its impressive architecture and magnificent 46-meter-long Reclining Buddha statue, Wat Pho is among the country's most visited landmarks.
