Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed before the flight at the airport airline counters or online. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Ferfergez.com is not liable if passengers fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the reported time, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or simply not boarding the aircraft. Any costs for new round-trip flight tickets and local transfers required for those who miss the flight to join the tour are borne by the individuals themselves.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing tours listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner meals included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight schedules. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if access is prohibited by local authorities or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct a tour, Ferfergez.com is not liable for the cancellation of these tours. If roads are closed or vehicle access is denied, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
Extra Tours: Extra tours listed in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join the extra tours along the route are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants joining the tour are under their own responsibility. In case of lost, misplaced, or stolen items, any costs incurred for locating them or delivering them to the country or individual are borne by the owner of the item.
Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional bed arrangements may apply in triple rooms, which may consist of roll-away beds or coach beds referred to as "coach beds." Therefore, potential crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are considered accepted. Child prices listed in the price list are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance documents during the trip. At the time of tour participation, medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously are mandatory to be carried with you.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Ferfergez.com guests remain under Ferfergez.com's responsibility. During peak periods (trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. Information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date in such situations. For children under 18 years old who do not travel with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers traveling abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide current passport information at the time of purchase; if they fail to do so, they must share updated passport details through the channel used for purchase at a later date.

Istanbul – Paris

We will meet at the Istanbul Airport international departures terminal three hours before departure to complete our ticket and baggage procedures. We will depart for Paris on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Upon arrival, we begin exploring Paris, one of the world's most important metropolises, where you can see traces of its history in every corner. Undoubtedly, what gives Paris this characteristic is that neoclassical architecture shapes the entire city, making it one of the first symbols that come to mind when romance is mentioned. Paris, which adorns everything from Haussmann buildings to its wide boulevards and narrow side streets, welcomes visitors as if they were in an open-air museum, offering a broad range of experiences from art to culture, fashion to gastronomy. Our first stop on the Paris city tour is the Champs Elysees avenue, the first place that comes to mind when shopping is mentioned. After free time for dining and shopping, we will meet at the time set by our guide and proceed to our hotel for accommodation, followed by free time to rest.

Paris - Eiffel Tower - Seine River

After breakfast, we join the Eiffel Tower - Seine River tour. Enjoy a delightful experience on our boat cruise along the Seine River, where you will see Paris's iconic landmarks. During the river tour, you will have panoramic views of several notable sites including the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Louvre Museum, the Alexandre III Bridge, the Orsay Museum, and the Institut de France. While enjoying your time on the river, you will have the opportunity to view the city from a different perspective and create a memorable travel experience by spending time on this famous river. After the river cruise, we will ascend to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Paris. Designed for the 1889 Paris World Fair, the tower has gradually become the symbol of Paris and one of the most magnificent structures in the world. It remains one of the most visited tourist attractions globally, welcoming millions of visitors each year. Following our visit, we will head back to our hotel. Next, we will ascend Montmartre Hill. Located in northern Paris, Montmartre (Hill of Artists) is the city's most artistic and bohemian district and will be our first stop. By vehicle, we will first pass through the Pigalle area, renowned worldwide for its vibrant nightlife and colorful atmosphere, which is also home to the famous cabaret show Moulin Rouge. Taking the funicular up to the Hill of Artists, we will arrive at the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Once the center of religious life, construction of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica began in 1875 to symbolize France's spiritual renewal, but it was only opened for worship after World War I. Following its spiritual transformation, the Montmartre area evolved into an artistic hub, hosting many renowned artists such as Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí, and Émile Zola. You will greatly enjoy strolling through its bohemian streets filled with art galleries. After the allotted free time, we will return to our hotel for free hours to rest.

After breakfast, we head to Disneyland Park. Even before reaching the entrance gate, the pink and magnificent Disneyland Hotel welcomes us. Once we pass through the gate and step inside via the turnstiles, the nostalgic atmosphere of Main Street, U.S.A., along with Disney music rising from all around, instantly draws us into a magical world. As we walk past warm waffle scents and colorful shops, Sleeping Beauty's Castle rises before us in all its splendor. After spending fun times with your family and participating in many activities inside, we will move to our hotel at the time given by our guide, followed by free hours to rest.
