• Intermediary Services and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays that may be caused by airlines.
• Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
• Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take the flight. Passengers who miss the flight are responsible for the costs of the new round-trip flight tickets and local transfers required to join the tour.
• Program and Meals: The excursions specified in the programs may, due to compelling reasons, be conducted on days other than those indicated. Lunches and dinners included in the program may, when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times, be served at restaurants determined by the agency. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours and organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
• Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot be operated because weather conditions make the tour impossible. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
• Optional Tours: Excursions indicated as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
• Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and luggage of tour participants are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen items are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the items.
• Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds referred to as folding beds and coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or children, any possible crowding in the rooms and the type of bed shall be deemed accepted. The child prices indicated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. During participation in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications taken on a regular basis.
• Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
• Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the original issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are required to provide their updated passport details through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.
