Need to Know
  • Intermediary and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be made by airlines.
  • Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
  • Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and regional transfer expenses required for passengers who miss their flight to participate in the tour belongs to them.
  • Program and Meals: The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those stated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2–3-hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
  • Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible when these tours cannot take place because weather conditions make them impossible. In locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot.
  • Extra Tours: Excursions specified as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in extra tours along the route will be considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the rest stop.
  • Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen items are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned belong to the owner of the items.
  • Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of foldable beds or beds referred to as coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a 3rd person and/or children, any potential lack of space in the rooms and the type of bed will be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at the hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
  • Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications taken regularly must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
  • Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
  • Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the date of first issuance of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase in the following days.

Osaka

ISTANBUL – OSAKA 

We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After completing the baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, we depart for Osaka at 02:10 on Turkish Airlines flight TK86. Upon our arrival at 19:00 local time, we transfer to our hotel by the waiting bus. After checking in, free time to relax.


Osaka

OSAKA – ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST – KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU-DERA – FUSHIMI INARI – OSAKA

After breakfast, we set off in our private vehicle for Kyoto, Japan’s former capital and one of the best-preserved centers of its traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods. Following our approximately 1-hour journey, we begin our city tour. Kyoto is the only place in Japan that was not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is included on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. It welcomes visitors to the bamboo forest with a 500-meter walking trail. During this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo and will be able to take photographs of the forest. We then continue with our tour of Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered with gold leaf, is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Overlooking a large pond, this impressive structure represents a different architectural style on each floor. We then proceed to Kiyomizu-dera.  Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historical monuments of Ancient Tokyo, has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Otowa Waterfall is located directly beneath the main hall, and its waters flow into a pond through three channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize knowledge, health, and longevity, respectively. We then proceed to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to this temple, which is one of Japan’s most famous Shinto shrines and is particularly known for its thousands of orange torii gates, we proceed to our final stop, Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Following our temple visit accompanied by a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.


Osaka

OSAKA – OSAKA CASTLE - NARA – TEA CEREMONY –  OSAKA

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our panoramic tour of Nara. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed with the aim of making it the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew over time, the temple also began to influence politics in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji has also earned a place in the record books as the largest wooden structure in the world. The enormous building houses one of Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). We then visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to many of Nara’s main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji, and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of deer roaming freely. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we take part in a traditional Tea Ceremony. Following the enjoyable time allocated for the area, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to relax. After our temple visit, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to relax.


Osaka

OSAKA  - DOTONBORİ- KOBE - OSAKA

After breakfast, we tour the Dotonbori area. Following the free time here, we depart by vehicle for Kobe. During our tour of Kobe, whose name means “Gate of God,” we first visit Ikuta Shrine, one of the city’s oldest and most important Shinto shrines. During our tour, Kobe Port Tower, Meriken Park, and Kobe Chinatown (Nankinmachi) are also among the places to be seen panoramically. After our visits, we have free time for shopping and exploring the surroundings. We meet at the designated time and proceed to our hotel. Free time to rest for the remainder of the day.



Tokyo

OSAKA– TOKYO 

After breakfast, at the time determined by our guide, we depart from our hotel and head to the train station for our Shinkansen (high-speed train) journey to Tokyo. We take only the items we need for daily use with us. (Our large suitcases will be transferred separately to our Tokyo hotel by the transfer company arranged by our company.) We arrive in Tokyo after approximately a 2.5-hour journey by high-speed train, which can reach speeds of approximately 320 km per hour. Our first

stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo’s most famous and lively districts, Shibuya is home to one of the busiest pedestrian crossings in the world (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Watching hundreds of people suddenly move with every light change offers a unique experience for feeling Tokyo’s energy. We will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and popular as a meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. In addition, Ueno Park and Tokyo Tower are among the places we will see panoramically during our tour. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.



Tokyo

TOKYO SENSOJI – YODOBASHI ELECTRIC TOWN AKIHABARA– GINZA – TOKYO

After breakfast, we depart from our hotel in our private vehicle. First, we visit Sensoji Temple, built in 645 and the oldest temple in Tokyo, which has been considered one of Tokyo’s most important religious centers since the Edo period. After our tour here, we proceed to Yodobashi Electric Town, where we can find hundreds of electronics brands together at affordable prices. Following the time allocated for shopping, we head to Ginza, a district that reflects the sophisticated and elegant side of modern Japan. After our tour of this area, filled with Tokyo’s largest shopping centers and finest restaurants, where you can find world-famous brands, we will have free time for dinner. At the time indicated by our guide, we will transfer to our hotel, followed by free time to rest.


Tokyo

TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE BOAT RIDE – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA PREMIUM OUTLET – TOKYO

After breakfast, we set off for Mount Fuji, located on Honshu Island, southwest of Tokyo, one of the symbols of the city and the highest mountain in Japan. First, we travel to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, famous for its views of Mount Fuji and its natural beauty. We take a boat ride on Lake Ashinoko accompanied by a unique view of Mount Fuji, then board the cable cars from the point where we arrive and climb to the viewing point at Mototsumiya Shrine. After a photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, a region where melted snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. The waters, naturally filtered as they pass through volcanic rocks, make the pools crystal clear. These pools, each of different size and depth, offer the opportunity to capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in their waters. After our visit accompanied by our guide, we set off for Gotemba Premium Outlet, one of Japan’s largest outlet shopping centers. At the time specified by our guide, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.



Istanbul

TOKYO -  ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we check out of the hotel. On this final day, our guests may continue shopping. Following the free time in Shibuya, we transfer to the airport at the time designated by the guide, and our flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines’ scheduled service begins. Our tour ends upon arrival in Istanbul.
