  • Intermediation and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft will land. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
  • Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced over the airport public-address systems and displayed on information boards. These announcements and displays must be followed.
  • Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The costs of new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the region required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
  • Program and Meals: The excursions specified in the programs may be held on different days than those specified due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours and organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
  • Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or because of closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot be operated when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. In locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
  • Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have participated in the tour by accepting to wait at the rest stop.
  • Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and suitcases. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred while delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
  • Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds known as folding beds or coach beds. Therefore, for reservations for a third person and/or children, any crowding that may occur in the rooms and the type of bed shall be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
  • Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications used continuously must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
  • Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. Information will be provided 15 days before the departure date of the tour in such cases. If children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the journey.
  • Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the date of first issuance of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to provide their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.

Osaka

ISTANBUL – OSAKA 

We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After completing the baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, we depart for Osaka at 02:10 on Turkish Airlines flight TK86. After arriving at 19:00 local time, we transfer to our hotel by the waiting bus. Free time to relax after checking into the hotel.


Osaka

OSAKA – ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST – KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU-DERA – FUSHIMI INARI – OSAKA

After breakfast, we set off in our private vehicle for Kyoto, the former capital of Japan, renowned for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods, and one of the best-preserved centers of the country’s traditional culture. Following our approximately 1-hour journey, we begin our city tour. Kyoto was the only place in Japan that was not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is included on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. It welcomes visitors with a 500-meter walking trail through the bamboo forest. During this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo and will be able to take photographs of the forest. We then continue with our tour of Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple is a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf and is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Overlooking a large pond, this impressive structure has each floor representing a different architectural style. We then head to Kiyomizu-dera.  Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historical monuments of ancient Tokyo, has been included on the World Heritage List by UNESCO. Otowa Waterfall is located directly beneath the main hall, and its waters flow through three channels into a lake. According to belief, these channels symbolize knowledge, health, and longevity, respectively. We then proceed to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to this temple, which is one of Japan’s most famous Shinto shrines and is especially known for its thousands of orange torii gates, we proceed to Fushimi Inari Taisha, our final stop and a temple included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Following our temple visit accompanied by a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.


Osaka

OSAKA – OSAKA CASTLE - NARA – TEA CEREMONY –  OSAKA

After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our panoramic Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed to become the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew over time, the temple also began to influence politics in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji has also made its mark in the record books as the largest wooden structure in the world. The colossal building houses one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). We then visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to many of Nara's main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji, and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we participate in a traditional Tea Ceremony. Following the pleasant time allocated for the area, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest. After our temple visit, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.


Osaka

OSAKA  - DOTONBORİ- KOBE - OSAKA

After breakfast, we tour the Dotonbori area. Following the free time provided here, we depart by vehicle for Kobe. During our tour of Kobe, whose name means “Gate of God,” we first visit Ikuta Shrine, one of the city’s oldest and most important Shinto shrines. During our tour, Kobe Port Tower, Meriken Park, and Kobe Chinatown (Nankinmachi) are also among the places to be seen panoramically. After our visits, we have free time for shopping and exploring the surroundings. We meet at the designated time and proceed to our hotel. Free time to relax during the remaining hours.



Tokyo

OSAKA– TOKYO 

After breakfast, at the time designated by our guide, we depart from our hotel and head to the train station for our Shinkansen (high-speed train) journey to Tokyo. We take only the items we need for daily use with us. (Our large suitcases will be transferred separately to our Tokyo hotel by the transfer company arranged by our firm.) We arrive in Tokyo after an approximately two-and-a-half-hour journey on the high-speed train, which can reach speeds of approximately 320 km per hour. First

stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo’s most famous and lively districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world’s busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Watching hundreds of people suddenly move with each change of the lights offers a unique experience for feeling Tokyo’s energy. We will see the Hachiko statue, erected in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and also a popular meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. In addition, Ueno Park and Tokyo Tower are among the places we will see panoramically during our tour. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.



Tokyo

TOKYO SENSOJI – YODOBASHI ELECTRIC TOWN AKIHABARA – GINZA – TOKYO

After breakfast, we depart from our hotel in our private vehicle. First, we visit Sensoji Temple, built in 645 and known as Tokyo’s oldest temple, as well as one of Tokyo’s most important religious centers since the Edo period. Following our visit here, we head to Yodobashi Electric Town, where we can find hundreds of electronic brands together at affordable prices. After the time allocated for shopping, we proceed to Ginza, a district that reflects the sophisticated and elegant side of modern Japan. After our visit to this area, home to Tokyo’s largest shopping centers and finest restaurants, where you can find world-famous brands, we will have free time for dinner. At the time advised by our guide, we will transfer to our hotel, followed by free time to relax.


Tokyo

TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE BOAT RIDE – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA PREMIUM OUTLET – TOKYO

After breakfast, we depart for Mount Fuji, located on Honshu Island, southwest of Tokyo, one of the symbols of the city and the highest mountain in Japan. First, we head to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, famous for its views of Mount Fuji and its natural beauty. We take a boat ride on Lake Ashinoko accompanied by a unique view of Mount Fuji, then board the cable cars at the point where we arrive and climb to the Mototsumiya Shrine observation hilltop. After a photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, a region where melting snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. The waters are naturally filtered as they pass through volcanic rocks, creating crystal-clear pools. These pools, each varying in size and depth, offer the opportunity to capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in their waters. After our visit accompanied by our guide, we depart for the Gotemba Premium Outlet Shopping Center, one of the largest outlet shopping centers in Japan. At the time determined by our guide, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.



Istanbul

TOKYO -  ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we check out of the hotel. On this final day, our guests may continue shopping. Following the free time in Shibuya, we will be transferred to the airport at the time determined by the guide, and our flight to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines service will begin. Upon our arrival in Istanbul, our tour comes to an end.
