Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the aircraft will land. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
  • Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
  • Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The new round-trip flight tickets and regional transfer costs required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are at their own expense.
  • Program and Food and Beverage: The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those specified due to compelling reasons. Included lunches and dinners may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours, organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
  • Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted because weather conditions make the tour impossible. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
  • Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
  • Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any costs incurred to deliver them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
  • Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds referred to as folding beds and coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or a child, any crowding in the rooms and the type of bed will be deemed to have been accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
  • Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance documents with them during the trip. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications used continuously must be carried during participation in the tour.
  • Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. Information will be provided 15 days before the departure date of the tour in such cases. If children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry consent forms with them during the trip.
  • Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date.

Tokyo

ISTANBUL – TOKYO – SHIBUYA – TOKYO

We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After completing baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, we depart for Tokyo at 15:25 on Turkish Airlines flight TK50. We spend the night on the plane.



Tokyo

TOKYO – SHIBUYA – TOKYO

Upon our arrival in Tokyo at 08:45 local time, after completing passport and baggage procedures, we depart in our private vehicle waiting for us for a city tour of Tokyo. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo’s most famous and vibrant districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world’s busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Watching hundreds of people move all at once with every light change offers a unique experience for feeling the energy of Tokyo. We will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and a popular meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. In addition, Ueno Park and Tokyo Tower are among the places we will see panoramically during our tour. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.


Tokyo

TOKYO SENSOJI – YODOBASHI ELECTRIC TOWN AKIHABARA – GINZA – TOKYO

After breakfast, we depart from our hotel in our private vehicle. First, we visit Sensoji Temple, built in 645, the oldest temple in Tokyo and considered one of Tokyo’s most important religious centers since the Edo period. After our visit here, we head to Yodobashi Electric Town, where we can find hundreds of electronic brands together at affordable prices. Following the time we will set aside for shopping, we proceed to Ginza, a district that reflects the sophisticated side and elegance of modern Japan. After our visit to this area, filled with Tokyo’s largest shopping centers and finest restaurants, where you can find world-famous brands, we will have free time for dinner. At the time indicated by our guide, we will be transferred to our hotel, followed by free time to rest.


Tokyo

TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE BOAT – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA PREMIUM OUTLET – TOKYO

After breakfast, we depart for Mount Fuji, located on Honshu Island, southwest of Tokyo, one of the city's landmarks and the highest mountain in Japan. First, we travel to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, famous for its views of Mount Fuji and its natural beauty. We board cable cars from the point we reach by boat journey on Lake Ashinoko, accompanied by a unique view of Mount Fuji, and climb to the observation point of Mototsumiya Shrine. After a photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, a region where melted snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. The waters, naturally filtered through volcanic rocks, create pools of crystal clarity. These pools, each differing in size and depth, offer the opportunity to capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in their waters. Following our tour accompanied by our guide, we depart for Gotemba Premium Outlet Shopping Center, one of the largest outlet shopping centers in Japan. At the time determined by our guide, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.


Osaka

TOKYO – (SHINKANSEN) – DOTONBORI – OSAKA 

After breakfast, we depart from our hotel at the time determined by our guide and head to the train station for our Shinkansen (bullet train) journey to Osaka. We take only the items we will need for the day with us. (Our large suitcases will be transferred separately to our Osaka hotel by the transfer company arranged by our firm.) We arrive in Osaka after approximately a 2.5-hour journey on the bullet train, which can reach speeds of approximately 320 km per hour. We take a city tour of Osaka, Japan’s second-largest metropolitan area after Tokyo. During our tour, the Umeda Sky Building, consisting of two structures 173 meters in length, is among the sights to be seen. The Umeda Sky Building consists of two 173-meter-high, 40-story towers. These towers are connected at the top by an “observatory platform.” During our tour, we will go up to the observatory on the 39th floor and enjoy panoramic views of Osaka. After the Umeda Sky Building, we proceed to the Dotonbori district, which became famous for its theater stages and performing arts during the Edo Period and has today become a lively and entertaining tourist attraction blending traditional Japanese culture with modern entertainment. Osaka is known as Japan’s culinary capital, and the Dotonbori district is filled with restaurants that confirm this title. After enjoying the time allocated to the district, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to relax.



Osaka

OSAKA – ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST – KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU-DERA – FUSHIMI INARI – OSAKA

After breakfast, we set off in our private vehicle for Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved centers of its traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens and traditional neighborhoods. Following our journey of approximately 1 hour, we begin our city tour. Kyoto is the only place in Japan that was not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. It welcomes visitors with a 500-meter walking trail through the bamboo forest. During this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo and will be able to take photographs of the forest. We then continue with our tour of Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf, is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Overlooking a large pond, this impressive structure represents a different architectural style on each floor. We then head to Kiyomizu-dera.  Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. One of the historic monuments of ancient Tokyo, the temple has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The Otowa Waterfall is located just below the main hall, and its waters flow into a pond through three channels. According to belief, these channels respectively symbolize knowledge, health and longevity. We then proceed to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to this temple, one of Japan’s most famous Shinto shrines, particularly known for its thousands of orange torii gates, we proceed to Fushimi Inari Taisha Temple, our final stop and a site included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Following our temple visit accompanied by a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.


Osaka

OSAKA – NARA – TEA CEREMONY –  OSAKA

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our panoramic Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed with the aim of becoming the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew over time, the temple also began to influence politics in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji has also made its way into the record books as the largest wooden structure in the world. The enormous building is home to one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). We then visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to many of Nara's main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we participate in a traditional Tea Ceremony. After experiencing the traditional Japanese tea preparation firsthand, sipping our tea and enjoying the pleasant time allocated for the area, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest. 



Istanbul

OSAKA – OSAKA CASTLE – OUTLET – ISTANBUL 

After breakfast, we check out of the hotel. Osaka Castle, a five-story castle with a history dating back approximately 450 years, is one of the country’s most visually magnificent creations, as well as a beautiful testament to traditional Japanese architecture, from its subtle balance of colors to the elegant patterns and shapes adorning each floor. After Osaka Castle, we enter the large outlet mall and complete our final shopping. At the time indicated by our guide, we transfer to the airport. Following passport and baggage procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 22:30 on Turkish Airlines flight TK87. Our tour ends upon our arrival at 05:20 local time.
