  • Agency and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays caused by airlines.
  • Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
  • Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. Passengers who miss the flight are responsible for the cost of new round-trip flight tickets and transportation expenses in the region required to join the tour.
  • Program and Food and Beverage: The excursions specified in the programs may be held on days other than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours, organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
  • Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot take place because weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
  • Optional Tours: Excursions indicated as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
  • Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
  • Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds referred to as folding beds or coach beds. Therefore, for reservations for a third person and/or children, any crowding in the rooms and the type of bed will be deemed accepted. The child prices indicated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
  • Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance documents with them during the trip. Reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications used continuously must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
  • Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the departure date of the tour. If children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required letters of consent with them during the trip.
  • Passport Validity Date: For all passengers traveling abroad, the issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date.

In hotels in Japan, the standard room type is generally a Twin room with two separate single beds. A request for one double bed is subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Since hotel rooms in Japan are limited in size, it is not possible for three adults to stay in the same room (Triple).

Transportation between Kyoto and Tokyo will be provided by high-speed train to save time and ensure comfort. For this day, it is sufficient for our guests to bring only hand luggage containing their needs for one night. Large suitcases will be collected from the hotel and delivered directly to the accommodation hotel in Tokyo.


Korea and Japan Entry Forms;

Approval for K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) is mandatory for travel to South Korea. It is recommended that applications be completed sufficiently in advance of travel through the official website (www.k-eta.go.kr) or the K-ETA mobile application. We meet with our valued guests at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal approximately 3 hours before the flight time. After completing baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we depart for Seoul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Our journey to Seoul will continue throughout the night, and we will spend the night on the aircraft.

Upon our arrival in Seoul, we complete our passport and baggage procedures and meet our private vehicle waiting for us. Welcome to Seoul, the capital of South Korea and one of its fascinating cities where modern life and traditional culture blend together. After leaving the airport, we head to Myeongdong, one of the city’s liveliest and most popular districts. In this area, famous for its cosmetics stores, fashion boutiques, delicious street food and restaurants, we have free time for dinner. Our guests may wish to sample exquisite Korean cuisine, go shopping or enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Myeongdong. After our free time, we meet at the designated time and transfer to our hotel. Following check-in, overnight at our hotel.


Tokyo

Seoul 

Following breakfast, we depart for a Seoul City Tour & Gangnam Square & Gyeongbokgung Palace & Insadong Antique Street & National Folk Museum of Korea & Bukchon Hanok Village & Myeongdong. Our first stop will be Gangnam Square. The area, which gained global fame with PSY’s world-famous song “Gangnam Style,” stands out today with its luxury lifestyle, shopping, and business centers. During our tour, Cheongdam Fashion Street, Gangnam Station, Bongeunsa Temple, and Starfield Library are among the places to be seen panoramically. Our second stop is Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395 and one of the most magnificent structures of the Joseon Dynasty. Also known as the Northern Palace, this magnificent structure is among the most important examples of traditional Korean architecture, and we experience its historical atmosphere up close during our visit to the palace courtyard. We then visit the National Folk Museum of Korea, which reflects the lifestyle and historical development of the Korean people. Continuing our tour, we depart for Bukchon Hanok Village, famous for its Hanok structures, the traditional Korean houses. In this historic area, home to approximately 700 Hanok houses, we closely observe traditional life and culture while walking through the narrow streets. Afterwards, we proceed to Myeongdong Street, one of Seoul’s most vibrant shopping destinations. We enjoy free time in this area, famous for its cosmetics stores, shops, and street food. Following our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.



Tokyo

SEOUL –  TOKYO - SHINKANSEN (BULLET TRAIN) – SHIBUYA – AKIHABARA – YODOBASHI – GINZA - TOKYO  

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and transfer to Seoul Airport. We fly to Tokyo with local airlines. We begin our Tokyo city tour with our private bus waiting for us. Upon arrival in Tokyo, after completing passport and baggage procedures, we set off for a Tokyo city tour in our private vehicle waiting for us. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo’s most famous and vibrant districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world’s busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Seeing hundreds of people move at once with every light change offers a unique experience for feeling the energy of Tokyo. We will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and also a popular meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. Our next stop will be Yodobashi Electric Town, located in Akihabara, where you can find hundreds of electronics brands together at affordable prices. After the free time we will provide for shopping, we will move on to the Ginza district, which reflects the elegance and sophisticated lifestyle of modern Japan. After our tour in Ginza, home to world-famous brands and Tokyo’s most prestigious shopping centers and restaurants, we will have free time for dinner. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Tokyo

Tokyo – Mount Fuji – Hakone – Lake Ashi – Oshino Hakkai – Gotemba Outlet – Tokyo

After breakfast, we set off for Mount Fuji, located on Honshu Island, southwest of Tokyo, one of the city's symbols and Japan’s highest mountain. First, we travel to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, famous for its views of Mount Fuji and its natural beauty. Here, together with our guests, we take a boat tour on Lake Ashi to enjoy this magnificent scenery. After a photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, an area where melting snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. The pools are crystal clear because the waters are naturally filtered as they pass through volcanic rocks. These pools, each different in size and depth, offer magnificent reflections of Mount Fuji in their waters. After our guided visit, we set off for Gotemba Premium Outlets, one of Japan's largest outlet shopping centers. At the time specified by our guide, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.

Osaka

Day 6 TOKYO –  ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST - KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA –FUSHIMI INARI  - KYOTO 

After breakfast, we take the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Kyoto. We begin with our private bus waiting for us. With our private vehicle, we set off toward Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved centers of its traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods. Following our approximately 1-hour journey, we begin our city tour. Kyoto was the only place in Japan that was not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is included on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. It welcomes visitors with a 500-meter walking trail through the bamboo forest. During this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo and will have the opportunity to take photographs of the forest. We then continue with our tour of Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf, is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Each floor of this impressive structure overlooking a large pond represents a different architectural style. We then depart for Kiyomizu-dera.  Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. One of the historic monuments of ancient Tokyo, the temple has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Otowa Waterfall is located directly beneath the main hall, and its waters flow into a pond through three channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize knowledge, health, and longevity, respectively. We then proceed to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to this temple, one of Japan's most famous Shinto shrines, particularly known for its thousands of orange torii gates, we proceed to Fushimi Inari Taisha, our final stop and a temple included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Following our temple visit, accompanied by a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.


Osaka

KYOTO  – TODAIJI TEMPLE - NARA DEER PARK – OSAKA

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and depart for our Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed with the aim of becoming the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew over time, the temple also began to influence politics in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji has also entered the record books as the world's largest wooden structure. The enormous building is home to one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Afterwards, we visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to many of Nara's main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of deer that roam freely. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.



Osaka

OSAKA CASTLE - DOTONBORI - SHINSAIBASHI – OSAKA


After breakfast, we depart with our private bus for the Osaka City Tour & Osaka Castle & Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Our first stop will be Osaka Castle, one of the city's most important historical landmarks. Built in the 16th century by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, this magnificent structure is one of the most significant symbols of Japan's unification period and offers visitors an impressive historical atmosphere along with its expansive park grounds. Continuing our tour, we move to Dotonbori, one of Osaka's liveliest and most iconic districts. We enjoy a pleasant exploration of this area, which reflects the spirit of the city with its colorful neon lights, bustling streets, and famous restaurants, giving us the opportunity to closely experience Osaka's reputation as the "culinary capital." Next, we proceed to Shinsaibashi, Osaka's most popular shopping and lifestyle street. Here, filled with long shopping arcades, international brands, and local boutiques, we provide guests with free time. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Istanbul

OSAKA  – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out procedures. We are transferred to the airport at the time set by our guide, and after completing baggage and ticket procedures there, our flight with Turkish Airlines to Istanbul begins.
