Need to Know
  • Intermediation and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You may obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
  • Flight Procedures: The check-in and boarding procedures of passengers participating in tours with flights are their personal responsibility and must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
  • Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take the flight. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and transportation expenses in the region required for those who miss the aircraft to participate in the tour shall be borne by them.
  • Program and Food and Beverage: The excursions specified in the programs may be held on days other than those specified due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants determined by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be arranged on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary according to the content and number of participants.
  • Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or because of closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot be operated when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
  • Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route shall be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
  • Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and luggage of individuals participating in the tour are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
  • Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds. Therefore, in reservations for a third person and/or children, any possible lack of space in the rooms and the type of bed shall be deemed accepted. The child prices specified in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
  • Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications in continuous use must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
  • Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the departure date of the tour. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they are required to carry consent forms with them during the trip.
  • Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issuance date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date.

Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 and 17:00  / Check-out times are between 10:00 and 12:00.

The standard room type in hotels in Japan is generally Twin rooms with two separate single beds. A request for one double bed is subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

As the room sizes in hotels in Japan are limited, it is not possible for three adults to stay in the same room (Triple).

Transportation between Kyoto and Tokyo will be provided by high-speed train for time savings and comfort. For this day, it is sufficient for our guests to bring only hand luggage containing their necessities for one night. Large suitcases will be collected from the hotel and delivered directly to the accommodation hotel in Tokyo.

For travel to South Korea, obtaining K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) approval is mandatory. Alone

ISTANBUL – DOHA - SEOUL

We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After completing the baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, our flight to Doha departs on a scheduled Qatar Airways service, and we arrive in Doha at the local time. After our short wait here, we fly to Seoul on a scheduled Qatar Airways service. We spend the night on the plane.

Alone

SEOUL

Upon arrival at Seoul Airport and after completing the baggage procedures, we proceed to our hotel and have free time to rest.

Tokyo

SEOUL – BUKCHON VILLAGE - MYEONGDONG - GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE -  INSADONG ANTIQUE STREET

Following breakfast, we begin our tour. During our tour, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong Antique Street, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Myeongdong Street are among the places we will see panoramically. Our first stop, Gyeongbokgung Palace, which was built in 1395, is generally referred to as the Northern Palace because it is located farther north compared to the neighboring palaces, Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (Western Palace). Afterwards, we will take a tour of Bukchon Hanok Village, whose name means Northern Village. Hanok are traditional Korean residences, and there are approximately 700 Hanok in this village. Afterwards, we will proceed to Myeongdong Street, one of Seoul’s liveliest shopping areas. We will enjoy free time in this area, which is famous for its cosmetics stores, shops, and street food. Following our tour, we will be transferred to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Tokyo

SEOUL – OSAKA CASTLE - DOTONBORI - SHINSAIBASHI – OSAKA

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and transfer to Seoul Airport. We fly to Osaka with local airlines. Upon arrival, after completing passport and baggage procedures, we depart in our private bus waiting for us for the Osaka City Tour & Osaka Castle & Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Our first stop will be Osaka Castle, one of the city’s most important historical landmarks. Commissioned by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the 16th century, this magnificent structure is one of the most important symbols of Japan’s unification period and, together with its expansive park grounds, offers visitors an impressive historical atmosphere. Continuing our tour, we proceed to Dotonbori, one of Osaka’s liveliest and most iconic districts. In this area, which reflects the spirit of the city with its colorful neon lights, bustling streets, and famous restaurants, we enjoy a pleasant exploration and have the opportunity to get to know Osaka’s reputation as a “gastronomic hub” up close. We then proceed to the Shinsaibashi area, Osaka’s most popular shopping and lifestyle district. We provide our guests with free time in this area filled with long shopping arcades, international brands, and local boutiques. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.




Tokyo

OSAKA  – TODAIJI TEMPLE - NARA DEER PARK – KYOTO

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and depart for our Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed with the aim of becoming the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew over time, the temple also began to influence politics in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji has also made it into the record books as the world's largest wooden structure. The enormous building is home to one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). We then visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to many of Nara's main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of deer roaming freely. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Osaka

KYOTO - ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST - KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA – FUSHIMI INARI  - KYOTO 

Following breakfast, we set off in our private vehicle towards Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved centers of its traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens and traditional neighborhoods. Following our journey, which will take approximately 1 hour, we begin our city tour. Kyoto is the only place in Japan that was not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. It welcomes visitors to the bamboo forest with a 500-meter walking trail. During this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the sound of the wind coming through the bamboo and will be able to take pictures of the forest. We then continue with our tour of Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered with gold leaf, is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Each floor of the impressive structure overlooking a large pond represents a different architectural style. We then depart for Kiyomizu-dera.  Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historic monuments of ancient Tokyo, has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Otowa Waterfall is located just below the main hall, and its waters flow into a pond through three channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize knowledge, health and longevity, respectively. We then proceed to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to the temple, which is one of Japan's most famous Shinto temples and is especially known for its thousands of orange torii gates, we proceed to our final stop, Fushimi Inari Taisha Temple, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Following our temple visit accompanied by a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.

Osaka

KYOTO - MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE – LAKE ASHI – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA OUTLET – TOKYO

After breakfast, we set off by Shinkansen (bullet train) to Mount Fuji, located on Honshu Island, southwest of Tokyo, and one of the symbols of the city, as well as the highest mountain in Japan. First, we proceed to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, which is famous for its views of Mount Fuji and its natural beauty. Here, we take a boat tour on Lake Ashi with our guests to enjoy this magnificent scenery. Following a photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, a region where melting snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. The water, naturally filtered as it passes through volcanic rocks, forms crystal-clear pools. Among these pools, each of which differs in size and depth, you can capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in the reflections on the water. Following our tour accompanied by our guide, we set off for Gotemba Premium Outlets, one of Japan's largest outlet shopping centers. After the designated free time, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.

Osaka

TOKYO – SHIBUYA – SHINJUKU - AKIHABARA – YODOBASHI ELECTRIC TOWN - GINZA

After breakfast, we begin our Tokyo city tour with our private vehicle. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as a center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo’s most famous and vibrant districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world's busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Watching hundreds of people move at once with every change of the lights offers a unique experience for feeling Tokyo’s energy. We will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and popular as a meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. Our next stop will be Yodobashi Electric Town, located in Akihabara, where you can find hundreds of electronics brands together at affordable prices. After the free time we will provide for shopping, we proceed to the Ginza district, which reflects the elegance and sophisticated lifestyle of modern Japan. After our tour of Ginza, home to world-famous brands and Tokyo’s most exclusive shopping centers and restaurants, we will have free time for lunch. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.


Istanbul

TOKYO – ASAKUSA SENSO-JI TEMPLE – NAKAMISE - GINZA  – DOHA - ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. We then begin our city tour, during which we will discover Tokyo’s history and modern life side by side. Our first stop will be Senso-ji Temple, one of the city’s landmarks, located in the Asakusa district. Considered Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple, this historic structure was built in honor of the Goddess of Mercy, Kannon, after two fisherman brothers supposedly found her statue. Completed in 645 AD, the temple welcomes visitors with the magnificent Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate). After passing through the gate, we enjoy a pleasant walk along Nakamise Shopping Street, which stretches approximately 200 meters toward the temple. On this historic street, which carries the traditional Japanese atmosphere into the present day, you can browse handmade souvenirs, kimonos, folding fans, and a variety of local products, while guests who wish may sample Asakusa’s famous street foods and traditional Japanese flavors. We pass through Hozomon Gate at the end of the street and visit Senso-ji Temple. Continuing our city tour, we proceed to Ginza, one of Tokyo’s most popular and prestigious districts. This area, known for its wide boulevards, modern architecture, luxury stores, art galleries, and elegant cafés, offers the opportunity to discover Tokyo’s refined side. Following our tour accompanied by our guide’s explanations, we have free time for shopping, exploring the area at your leisure, and taking a meal break. At the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport and, after completing the baggage and ticket procedures, take our flight to Doha with Qatar Airways. Following our connection in Doha, our flight to Istanbul begins.
