Intermediation and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft will land. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays that may be caused by airlines.
Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be followed.
Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. Passengers who miss their flight are responsible for the cost of the new round-trip flight tickets and transportation expenses in the region required for them to join the tour.
Program and Meals: The excursions specified in the programs may, due to compelling reasons, be held on days other than those specified. Included lunches and dinners may, when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times, be served at restaurants designated by the agency. Panoramic city tours are 2–3-hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be arranged on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot be operated because weather conditions make them impossible. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there are insufficient participants. Optional tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the relevant country or person shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of foldaway beds or beds known as coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or a child, any possible crowding in the rooms and the type of bed shall be deemed accepted. The child prices specified in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. When participating in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications in continuous use.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther away than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. If children under the age of 18 are not participating in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the necessary consent forms with them during the trip.
Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.

The standard room type at hotels in Japan is generally a Twin room with two separate single beds. A request for one double bed is subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

As the room sizes at hotels in Japan are limited, it is not possible for three adults to stay in the same room (Triple).

ISTANBUL – DOHA - TOKYO

We meet you, our valued guests, at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport approximately 3 hours before the flight departure time. After completing baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways’ scheduled flight. Following our transfer upon arrival in Doha, we depart for Tokyo. Our journey to Tokyo will continue throughout the night, and we will stay overnight on the plane.

Upon our arrival in Tokyo, we will complete passport and baggage procedures and transfer to our hotel by private bus waiting at the airport. Overnight at our hotel.

Tokyo

TOKYO – ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST - KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA – FUSHIMI INARI - KYOTO

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. We take only the belongings we will need for the day in a small bag. (Our large suitcases will be transferred separately to our Kyoto hotel by the transfer company arranged by our company.) We then depart for the train station. We travel to Kyoto by high-speed train (Shinkansen). Upon our arrival in Kyoto, we depart in our private vehicle for our Kyoto city tour, a former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved centers of its traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens and traditional neighborhoods. Kyoto was the only place in Japan that was not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. The bamboo forest welcomes visitors with a 500-meter walking trail. During this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo and will be able to take photographs of the forest. We then continue with our tour of Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf, is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Each floor of this impressive structure overlooking a large pond represents a different architectural style. We then depart for Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historic monuments of ancient Tokyo, has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Otowa Waterfall is located directly below the main hall, and its waters flow into a pond through three channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize knowledge, health and longevity, respectively. We then proceed to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to the temple, one of Japan’s most famous Shinto shrines, particularly known for its thousands of orange torii gates, we proceed to our final stop, Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After our temple visit accompanied by beautiful views of Kyoto, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to relax.

KYOTO – TODAIJI TEMPLE - NARA DEER PARK – OSAKA

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and depart for our Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed to serve as the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew over time, the temple also began to influence politics in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji has also made its way into the record books as the world's largest wooden structure. The enormous building is home to one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Afterwards, we visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to many of Nara's main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of deer roaming freely. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

OSAKA - OSAKA CASTLE - DOTONBORI - SHINSAIBASHI – OSAKA

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and depart by private bus for the Osaka City Tour & Osaka Castle & Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Our first stop will be Osaka Castle, one of the city’s most important historical landmarks. Commissioned by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the 16th century, this magnificent structure is one of the most significant symbols of Japan’s unification period and, together with its expansive park grounds, offers visitors an impressive historical atmosphere. Continuing our tour, we proceed to Dotonbori, one of Osaka’s liveliest and most iconic districts. In this area, which reflects the spirit of the city with its colorful neon lights, bustling streets, and famous restaurants, we enjoy a pleasant exploration and have the opportunity to experience firsthand Osaka’s reputation as a “gastronomic center.” We then proceed to the Shinsaibashi district, Osaka’s most popular shopping and lifestyle area. Guests will have free time in this district, filled with long shopping arcades, international brands, and local boutiques. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

OSAKA – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE – LAKE ASHI – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA OUTLET – TOKYO

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. We take only the items we will need for the day in a small bag. We set off by high-speed train (Shinkansen) to Mount Fuji, located on Honshu Island, southwest of Tokyo, one of the city's landmarks and the highest mountain in Japan. First, we travel to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, which is famous for its views of Mount Fuji and its natural beauty. Here, we enjoy a boat tour on Lake Ashi with our guests to take in this magnificent scenery. Following a photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, a region where melting snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. Water naturally filtered through volcanic rocks ensures that the pools are crystal clear. These pools, each of different sizes and depths, are formed by these waters, and you can capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in their reflections. After our guided tour, we set off for Gotemba Premium Outlet, one of Japan's largest outlet shopping centers. Following our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Following breakfast, we begin our city tour, during which we will discover Tokyo's past and modern way of life together. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as a center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo's most famous and lively districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world's busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Watching hundreds of people move simultaneously with each change of the lights offers a unique experience for feeling Tokyo's energy. We will see the Hachiko statue, erected in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and also a popular meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. Our next stop will be Yodobashi Electric Town, located in Akihabara, where you can find hundreds of electronics brands together at affordable prices. After the free time we will have for shopping, we will proceed to the Ginza district, which reflects the elegance and sophisticated lifestyle of modern Japan. After our visit to Ginza, home to world-famous brands and Tokyo's most exclusive shopping centers and restaurants, we will have free time for dinner. Following our tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel and, at the time determined by our guide, transfer to the airport. After completing the baggage and ticket procedures here, we take our flight to Doha with Qatar Airways. Following our transfer in Doha, our flight to Istanbul departs.
