  • Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed before the flight at the airport airline counters or online. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
  • Tour Participation: Ferfergez.com is not responsible if passengers fail to board the flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the time announced by Ferfergez.com, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or simply not boarding the aircraft. Any round-trip new flight tickets and local transfer costs required for passengers who miss the flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
  • Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner meals included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight schedules. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
  • Cancellation of Tours: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct these tours, Ferfergez.com is not liable for their cancellation. If roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot.
  • Extra Tours: Tours listed as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Roadside extra tours will proceed even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join roadside extra tours are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
  • Personal Belongings: Personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants are under their own responsibility. In case of lost, forgotten, or stolen items, any costs incurred for locating them or delivering them to the country or individual are borne by the owner of the item.
  • Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional beds may be used in triple rooms, which may include pull-out beds or coach beds referred to as "coach beds." Therefore, crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are considered accepted. Child prices listed in the price list apply only when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
  • Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. During tour registration, reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously must be carried with you.
  • Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Ferfergez.com guests remain under Ferfergez.com's responsibility. During peak periods (trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such situations, information will be provided 15 days prior to the departure date. For children under 18 years old who do not travel with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
  • Passport Validity Date: All travelers traveling abroad must have passports whose first issue date is not older than 10 years. Additionally, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests renewing their passports are obligated to provide current passport information at the time of purchase; if they fail to do so, they must share updated passport details through the channel used for purchase at a later date.

Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 – 17:00 / Check-out times are between 10:00 – 12:00.

In Japan, the standard room type is typically a Twin room with two separate single beds. Requests for double rooms with a single bed depend on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Due to limited room sizes in Japanese hotels, accommodating three adults in the same room (Triple) is not possible.

Transportation between Kyoto and Tokyo will be conducted by high-speed train to save time and ensure comfort. On this day, guests need only bring hand luggage sufficient for one night's needs. Large suitcases will be collected from the hotel and delivered directly to the accommodation hotel in Tokyo.

For travel to South Korea, obtaining K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) approval is mandatory. ISTANBUL - TOKYO

We will meet with our valued guests at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal approximately 3 hours before the flight time. After completing baggage check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Tokyo on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Our journey to Tokyo will continue throughout the night, and we will spend the night on the plane.

After arriving in Tokyo, we complete our passport and luggage procedures, meet our private vehicle waiting for us, and begin our Tokyo city tour. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo's most famous and lively districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world's busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). To feel Tokyo's energy, watching hundreds of people move all at once at every light change offers a unique experience. We will see the Hachiko statue, made in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and also popular as a meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. Our next stop will be Yodobashi Electric Town in Akihabara, where you can find hundreds of electronics brands together at affordable prices. After the free time we will have for shopping, we move on to the Ginza district, which reflects the elegance and sophisticated lifestyle of modern Japan. After our visit in Ginza, home to world-famous brands and some of Tokyo's most exclusive shopping centers and restaurants, we will have free time for dinner. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Tokyo

TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE – LAKE ASHI – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA OUTLET – TOKYO

After breakfast, we set off on Honshu Island to go to Mount Fuji, located southwest of Tokyo, one of the city’s symbols and the highest mountain in Japan. First, we head to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region famous for its Mount Fuji view and natural beauty. Here, together with our guests, we enjoy this magnificent view by taking our boat tour on Lake Ashi. After the photo stop we will give, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, a region where melting snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. As the waters pass through volcanic rocks, they are naturally filtered, which makes the pools crystal clear. In these pools, each varying in size and depth, you can catch a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in the water. After our tour with our guide, we head to Gotemba Premium Shopping Center, one of the largest outlet shopping centers in Japan. After the designated free time, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.

Tokyo

TOKYO – ASAKUSA SENSO-JI TEMPLE – NAKAMISE - GINZA  – TOKYO

After breakfast, we begin our city tour, where we will discover Tokyo’s past and modern life together. Our first stop will be Senso-ji Temple in the Asakusa district, one of the city’s symbols. Considered Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple, this historic structure was built in honor of the Goddess of Mercy Kannon after, according to legend, two fisherman brothers found her statue. Completed in 645 AD, the temple welcomes visitors with the magnificent Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate). After passing through the gate, we enjoy a pleasant walk along the approximately 200-meter-long Nakamise Shopping Street leading to the temple. On this historic street, which brings traditional Japanese atmosphere to the present day, you can browse handmade souvenirs, kimonos, folding fans, and a variety of local products, and guests who wish may experience Asakusa’s famous street food and traditional Japanese flavors. Passing through the Hozomon Gate at the end of the street, we visit Senso-ji Temple. In the continuation of our city tour, we head to Ginza, one of Tokyo’s most popular and prestigious districts. This area, which stands out with its wide boulevards, modern architecture, luxury stores, art galleries, and elegant cafes, offers the opportunity to discover Tokyo’s refined side. After the tour with our guide’s explanations, we give free time for shopping, exploring the area as you wish, and taking a meal break. At the end of the free time, we meet at the designated point and depart for our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.




Tokyo

TOKYO –  ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST - KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA –FUSHIMI INARI  - KYOTO 

After breakfast, we travel to Kyoto by Shinkansen (high-speed train). We start with our private bus waiting for us. With our private vehicle, we set off for Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved centers of traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods. After a journey of approximately 1 hour, we begin our city tour. During World War II, Kyoto was the only place in Japan that was not bombed. The city of Kyoto is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Visitors to the bamboo forest are welcomed by a 500-meter walking trail. On this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments with the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo and you will be able to take photos of the forest. Then, we continue with our Kinkakuji Temple tour. Located in northern Kyoto, the Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are entirely covered in gold leaf, is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Overlooking a large pond, each floor of the impressive structure represents a different architectural style. Then we move on to Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historical monuments of ancient Tokyo, has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Just below the main hall is Otowa Waterfall, and the waters flow into a lake through 3 channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize knowledge, health, and long life, respectively. Then we proceed to another important temple in the city, Fushimi Inari. After our visit to the temple, which is one of Japan's most famous Shinto shrines and is especially known for its thousands of orange Torii gates, we go to our final stop, Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After our temple visit accompanied by a beautiful view of Kyoto city, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.

Osaka

KYOTO  – TODAIJI TEMPLE - NARA DEER PARK – OSAKA

After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out and set off for our Nara tour. We start our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed with the aim of being the head of all Buddhist temples. The temple, whose influence grew over time, also began to affect politics in the 8th century. Todaiji's main hall has also entered the record books as the largest wooden structure in the world. The massive building is home to one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Then, we visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to most of Nara's main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji, and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Osaka

OSAKA - OSAKA CASTLE - DOTONBORI - SHINSAIBASHI – OSAKA

After breakfast, we depart with our private bus for Osaka City Tour & Osaka Castle & Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi . Our first stop will be Osaka Castle, one of the city's most important historical symbols. Built in the 16th century by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, this magnificent structure is one of the most important symbols of Japan's unification period and, together with its large park area, offers visitors an impressive historical atmosphere. In the continuation of our tour, we move on to Dotonbori, one of Osaka's most vibrant and iconic districts. In this area, which reflects the spirit of the city with its colorful neon lights, lively streets, and famous restaurants, we enjoy a pleasant exploration and have the opportunity to closely get to know Osaka's structure known as the "gastronomy center." Then we move on to the Shinsaibashi area, Osaka's most popular shopping and lifestyle street. We give our guests free time in this area filled with long shopping arcades, international brands, and local boutiques. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.


Osaka

OSAKA - SEOUL

After breakfast, transfer to Osaka Airport. We are flying to Seoul with a local airline. After arrival in Seoul, we complete our passport and baggage procedures and meet with our private vehicle waiting for us. Welcome to Seoul, the capital of South Korea and one of its fascinating cities where modern life and traditional culture intertwine. Then we set off for our Seoul city tour. Our first stop will be Gangnam Square. The region, which gained worldwide fame with PSY’s globally famous “Gangnam Style” song, today stands out with luxury living, shopping, and business centers. During our tour, Cheongdam Fashion Street, Gangnam Station, Bongeunsa Temple and Starfield Library will be among the places seen panoramically. Afterwards, we head to Myeongdong, one of the city’s most lively and popular districts. In this area, famous for its cosmetic shops, fashion boutiques, as well as delicious street food and restaurants, we provide free time for dinner. Guests who wish may experience selected flavors of Korean cuisine, go shopping, or enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Myeongdong. After the free time, we meet at the designated time and transfer to our hotel. After check-in, overnight at our hotel.


Istanbul

SEOUL - ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures from the hotel. Then we depart for our Gyeongbokgung Palace & Insadong Antique Street & National Folk Museum of Korea & Bukchon Hanok Village tour. Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395 and one of the most magnificent structures of the Joseon Dynasty. Also known as the Northern Palace, this magnificent structure is among the most important examples of traditional Korean architecture, and with our visit in the palace courtyard, we feel the historical atmosphere up close. Then, we visit the National Folk Museum of Korea, which reflects the living culture and historical development of the Korean people. In the continuation of our tour, we head to Bukchon Hanok Village, famous for its Hanok structures, which are traditional Korean houses. In this historic area, where there are approximately 700 Hanok houses, we walk through the narrow streets and observe the traditional way of life up close. Afterwards, we move on to Myeongdong Street, one of Seoul’s liveliest shopping spots. We enjoy free time in this area, famous for its cosmetic stores, shopping boutiques, and street food. After our tour, at the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport, and after the baggage and ticket procedures here, our flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines begins.
