Need to Know
  • Intermediation and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays caused by airlines.
  • Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
  • Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The cost of the new round-trip flight tickets and regional transfer expenses required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour shall be borne by them.
  • Program and Food and Beverage: The excursions specified in the programs may, due to compelling reasons, be held on days other than those specified. Lunches and dinners included in the program may, when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times, be served at restaurants designated by the agency. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours and organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
  • Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place due to roads that local authorities do not permit to be visited or that are closed. Ferfergez.com is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted because weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. In cases of closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot.
  • Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there are not enough participants. Optional tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route shall be deemed to have participated in the tour by accepting to wait at the rest stop.
  • Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred while delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
  • Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds. Therefore, in reservations for a third person and/or children, any possible lack of space in the rooms and the bed type shall be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
  • Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. When participating in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications used regularly.
  • Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During peak periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
  • Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to provide their updated passport details through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.

In hotels in Japan, the standard room type is generally a Twin room with two separate single beds. A request for one double bed is subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

As room sizes in hotels in Japan are limited, accommodation for three adults in the same room (Triple) is not possible.

Transportation between Kyoto and Tokyo will be provided by high-speed train to save time and ensure comfort. For this day, it is sufficient for our guests to take only hand luggage containing the necessities for one night. Large suitcases will be collected from the hotel and delivered directly to the accommodation hotel in Kyoto.

For travel to South Korea, obtaining K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) approval is mandatory. ISTANBUL – DOHA - TOKYO

We meet you, our valued guests, at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport approximately 3 hours before the flight departure time. After completing baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways’ scheduled flight. Following our transfer upon arrival in Doha, we depart for Tokyo. Our journey to Tokyo will continue throughout the night, and overnight accommodation will be on the aircraft.

After arriving in Tokyo, we will complete passport and baggage procedures and transfer to our hotel by our private bus waiting at the airport. Overnight at our hotel.

Tokyo

TOKYO - SEOUL 

After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and transfer to Tokyo Airport. We take our flight to Seoul with a local airline. Upon arrival, we depart with our private vehicle waiting at the airport for our Seoul city tour. Our first stop will be Gangnam Square. Having gained global fame with PSY’s world-renowned song “Gangnam Style,” the area is now distinguished by its luxury lifestyle, shopping, and business centers. During our tour, Cheongdam Fashion Street, Gangnam Station, Bongeunsa Temple, and Starfield Library will be among the places seen panoramically. Afterwards, we head to Myeongdong, one of the liveliest and most popular areas of the city. In this area, famous for its cosmetics stores, fashion boutiques, delicious street food, and restaurants, we will have free time for dinner. Our guests may wish to try exquisite Korean cuisine, go shopping, or enjoy Myeongdong’s vibrant atmosphere. After the free time, we meet at the designated time and transfer to our hotel. Following check-in, overnight at our hotel.

Tokyo

SEOUL 

After breakfast, we depart for our tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace & Insadong Antique Street & the National Folk Museum of Korea & Bukchon Hanok Village. Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395, is one of the most magnificent structures of the Joseon Dynasty. Also known as the Northern Palace, this grand structure is among the most important examples of traditional Korean architecture, and we experience its historical atmosphere up close during our visit to the palace courtyard. We then visit the National Folk Museum of Korea, which reflects the lifestyle and historical development of the Korean people. Continuing our tour, we head to Bukchon Hanok Village, famous for its traditional Korean Hanok houses. In this historic area, home to approximately 700 Hanok houses, we walk through the narrow streets and closely observe traditional Korean culture. Afterwards, we proceed to Myeongdong Street, one of Seoul’s liveliest shopping destinations. We enjoy free time in this area, famous for its cosmetics stores, shops, and street food.




Tokyo

SEUL - OSAKA  

After breakfast, we complete our checkout procedures at the hotel and transfer to Seoul Airport. We take our flight to Osaka with a local airline. Upon arrival, we depart in our private vehicle waiting at the airport for the Osaka City Tour & Osaka Castle & Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Our first stop will be Osaka Castle, one of the city’s most important historical landmarks. Commissioned by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the 16th century, this magnificent structure is one of the most important symbols of Japan’s unification period and, together with its expansive park grounds, offers visitors an impressive historical atmosphere. Continuing our tour, we proceed to Dotonbori, one of Osaka’s liveliest and most iconic districts. In this area, which reflects the spirit of the city with its colorful neon lights, bustling streets, and famous restaurants, we enjoy a pleasant exploration and have the opportunity to get to know Osaka’s character as a “gastronomic center” up close. We then proceed to the Shinsaibashi district, Osaka’s most popular shopping and lifestyle area. Guests will have free time in this area, filled with extensive shopping arcades, international brands, and local boutiques. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Osaka

OSAKA – TODAIJI TEMPLE - NARA DEER PARK – OSAKA

After breakfast  in the morning, we depart for our Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed with the aim of becoming the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew over time, the temple also began to influence politics in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji has also made it into the record books as the largest wooden structure in the world. The massive building is home to one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). We then visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to many of Nara's main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Osaka

OSAKA– ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST - KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA – FUSHIMI INARI  - KYOTO 

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. Then, we set off in our private vehicle for Kyoto, the former capital of Japan, famous for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods, and one of the best-preserved centers of traditional Japanese culture. Following our approximately 1-hour journey, we begin our city tour. Kyoto was the only place in Japan that was not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is included on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. The bamboo forest welcomes visitors with a 500-meter walking trail. During this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo and will be able to take photographs of the forest. Then, we continue with our tour of Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple is a Zen temple whose top two floors are entirely covered in gold leaf and is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Each floor of this impressive structure overlooking a large pond represents a different architectural style. Then, we proceed to Kiyomizu-dera.  Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historic monuments of ancient Tokyo, has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Otowa Waterfall is located directly below the main hall, and its waters flow into a pond through three channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize knowledge, health, and longevity, respectively. Then, we proceed to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to this temple, one of Japan's most famous Shinto shrines, particularly known for its thousands of orange torii gates, we proceed to Fushimi Inari Taisha Temple, our final stop, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Following our temple visit, accompanied by a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.


Osaka

KYOTO – SHINKANSEN (BULLET TRAIN) – SHIBUYA – AKIHABARA – YODOBASHI – GINZA - TOKYO  

After breakfast, we travel to Tokyo by Shinkansen (bullet train). We begin our Tokyo city tour with our private bus waiting for us. Upon our arrival in Tokyo, after passport and baggage procedures, we depart for a Tokyo city tour in our private vehicle waiting for us. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo’s most famous and lively districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world’s busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Every time the lights change, hundreds of people moving at once offers a unique experience for feeling the energy of Tokyo. We will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and also popular as a meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. Our next stop will be Yodobashi Electric Town, located in Akihabara, where you can find hundreds of electronic brands together at affordable prices. After the free time we will provide for shopping, we continue to the Ginza district, which reflects the elegance and sophisticated lifestyle of modern Japan. After our visit to Ginza, home to world-famous brands and Tokyo’s most exclusive shopping centers and restaurants, we will have free time for dinner. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

For this day, it is sufficient for our guests to bring only hand luggage containing their overnight necessities. Istanbul

TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE – LAKE ASHI – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA OUTLET – TOKYO

After breakfast, we set off on Honshu Island to visit Mount Fuji, located southwest of Tokyo and one of the city's landmarks, as well as Japan's highest mountain. First, we travel to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, which is famous for its views of Mount Fuji and its natural beauty. Here, together with our guests, we will take a boat tour on Lake Ashi to enjoy this magnificent scenery. After a photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, an area where melting snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. The waters are naturally filtered as they pass through volcanic rocks, creating crystal-clear pools. These pools, each varying in size and depth, offer the opportunity to capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in their waters. After our tour accompanied by our guide, we set off for Gotemba Premium Outlet, one of Japan's largest outlet shopping centers. Following the allotted free time, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.


Istanbul

TOKYO – ASAKUSA SENSO-JI TEMPLE – NAKAMISE - GINZA  – ISTANBUL

Following breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. We begin our city tour, where we will discover Tokyo's past and modern life together. Our first stop will be Senso-ji Temple, one of the city's landmarks, located in the Asakusa district. This historic structure, regarded as Tokyo's oldest Buddhist temple, was reportedly built in honor of the Goddess of Mercy, Kannon, after two fisherman brothers found her statue. Completed in AD 645, the temple welcomes visitors with the magnificent Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate). After passing through the gate, we enjoy a pleasant walk along Nakamise Shopping Street, which stretches approximately 200 meters toward the temple. On this historic street, which carries the traditional Japanese atmosphere into the present day, you can browse handmade souvenirs, kimonos, folding fans, and a variety of local products, while guests who wish may sample Asakusa's famous street foods and traditional Japanese flavors. We visit Senso-ji Temple by passing through the Hozomon Gate at the end of the street. Continuing our city tour, we proceed to Ginza, one of Tokyo's most popular and prestigious districts. Known for its wide boulevards, modern architecture, luxury stores, art galleries, and elegant cafés, this area offers the opportunity to discover Tokyo's refined side. Following our tour accompanied by our guide's explanations, we have free time to shop, explore the area at your leisure, and take a meal break. At the time designated by our guide, we transfer to the airport and, after completing our baggage and ticket procedures, take our flight to Doha with Qatar Airways. Following our connection in Doha, our flight to Istanbul begins, and we spend the night on the plane.
