  • Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
  • Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for the inability of persons who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft, to take their flight. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and local transfer expenses required for persons who miss their flight to participate in the tour shall be borne by those persons.
  • Program and Food and Beverage: The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on other days than those specified due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
  • Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours when weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
  • Extra Tours: The excursions indicated as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in extra tours along the route shall be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
  • Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags and luggage of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
  • Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds referred to as fold-away beds and coach beds. Therefore, for third-person and/or child reservations, any crowding that may occur in the rooms and the bed type shall be deemed accepted. The child prices specified in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
  • Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the journey. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy and medications in continuous use must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
  • Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. If children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required parental consent forms with them during the journey.
  • Passport Validity Date: For all passengers traveling abroad, the initial issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they purchased the trip in the following days if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.

Milan

ANKARA – MILAN – LAKE COMO

We meet at the international departures terminal of Ankara Esenboğa Airport three hours before the flight. After completing the baggage, ticket and boarding procedures, we board our private buses waiting for us following our Bergamo flight operated as a scheduled Corendon Airlines service, and depart for Milan  Milan is a dynamic city located in northern Italy and is the center of fashion, design and business. Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano) is one of Milan’s most iconic structures and is a perfect example of Gothic architecture. This cathedral is the fifth-largest church in the world and one of the largest Gothic cathedrals in Europe. The exterior of the cathedral is made of white marble and decorated with detailed carvings. The front façade of the cathedral features countless statues and carvings. The most striking statue is the golden Madonnina statue at the very top of the cathedral. This statue is regarded as the city’s patron saint. Right next to the Duomo is the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. This magnificent shopping arcade is famous for its glass ceiling and mosaic floors. Here, you can find luxury brand stores, elegant cafés and restaurants. The gallery has four main entrances, but the most famous one is the entrance from Piazza del Duomo. When you enter from here, its eye-catching architecture immediately attracts attention; it is a perfect combination of modern engineering and traditional art. During our tour, the Milan Duomo, Italy’s second-largest church, whose completion took approximately 500 years, Sforza Castle and the Vittorio Emmanuele Gallery, home to the world’s most famous fashion stores, are among the places to be seen. We will then see the world-famous Lake Como, situated at the foot of the Alps. Como is a city located in Italy’s Lombardy region and bordering Switzerland. The lake bearing the same name is also located between Switzerland and Italy. Situated at the foot of the Alps on the Swiss side, the lake is known as a summer destination for celebrities and high society. The lake’s breathtaking scenery will enchant you. At the end of the tour, transfer to your hotel in Milan and free time to relax.





Venice

MILAN – LAKE GARDA  LAKE – VENICE

After breakfast, depart for Lake Garda. We visit Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake, to relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery. The waters of Lake Garda feature the most beautiful shades of emerald green and blue. Even taking a walk around the lake or simply admiring the view is relaxing. After our Lake Garda excursion, depart for Venice. Upon arrival at Venice Tronchetto Square, take a short boat ride to St. Mark’s Square and enjoy a panoramic city tour. At the end of St. Mark’s Square stands the magnificent St. Mark’s Basilica. This basilica is famous for its golden mosaics and Byzantine-style architecture. The famous Bridge of Sighs (Ponte dei Sospiri) is also located here; it is where prisoners took one last look at the city view on their way to their cells. During our city tour, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge located on it, the Doge’s Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower, and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore are among the sights to be seen. VENICE – FLORENCE 

After breakfast, we depart for Florence. Upon arrival, we begin our Florence city tour. Florence holds a unique place in the world’s cultural heritage as the birthplace and cradle of the Renaissance. The city witnessed great developments in the fields of art, science, and philosophy. Under the patronage of the Medici family, great artists and scientists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli, and Brunelleschi worked here. In Florence, virtually an open-air art gallery, the Arno River, which divides Florence in two, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio, and Piazza Della 

Signoria Square, the Florence Cathedral (Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo), which has Italy’s third-highest dome, and the Baptistery, famous for its door, are among the places to be seen. Arrival at our hotel in the evening and free time to rest.


Florence

    FLORENCE – SIENA – SAN GIMIGNANO - PISA –– FLORENCE

After breakfast, we begin our Tuscany (Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa) tour.  Our first stop is Pisa, the romantic Italian city steeped in history. Of course, the first thing that comes to everyone’s mind is the Leaning Tower of Pisa. This world-famous tower, renowned for its tilted position, is located in Piazza dei Miracoli, meaning the Square of Miracles. This square dazzles not only with its tower but also with the magnificent Duomo Cathedral and Baptistery, built of white marble. Each of them showcases the artistic and architectural wealth of Medieval Italy. After seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Miracoli Square right next to it, we begin our Tuscany (Siena, San Gimignano) tour after breakfast. We set off for San Gimignano, the romantic Italian town steeped in history, which is the first stop of our tour. When you step into the medieval town of San Gimignano, the first thing that will catch your attention is its towers. There were once 72 towers, but only 14 remain today. These towers were built to display the power and wealth of the old aristocratic families. Piazza del Duomo is the center of the town’s social and religious life. The San Gimignano Cathedral, built in the 12th century, is located here. Inside, you can see magnificent frescoes reflecting the spirit of Medieval Italy. Right next to the cathedral is the Town Hall (Palazzo del Popolo). Our next stop is Piazza della Cisterna. This fascinating square takes its name from the old water cistern located in its center. With its stone buildings and historic structures, the square makes you feel as if you are walking through a time tunnel. Here, you can visit small shops selling local products and handmade souvenirs and taste one of the most delicious ice creams in the world at the famous ice cream shop on the corner of the square (Gelateria Dondoli). After our tour, we depart for Siena. When we arrive in Siena, where neighborhood culture continues to thrive, the first place we will see is Piazza del Campo, the heart of the city. This spacious and sloping square is considered one of the most beautiful squares in the world. In the center of the square is a marble fountain called Fonte Gaia. The square hosts the famous horse race Palio di Siena, held twice a year. This race is an exciting event in which horses from 17 different contrade (neighborhoods) compete. Siena Cathedral (Duomo di Siena) is also among the places to see. This magnificent Gothic structure is covered with white and green marble. As you walk through Siena’s narrow and winding streets, history awaits you at every corner. While walking around the city, you may occasionally see a wall fresco or an old stone building. Then, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.






Rome

FLORENCE -  ORVIETO  - OUTLET – CASTEL GANDOLFO  – NEMI - ROME 

After breakfast, we begin our Outlet and Lakes Region (Outlet – Castel Gandolfo – Nemi) tour. Orvieto, which we will see along the route, is located above the Tiber River valley, on top of tuff cliffs. This location provides it with a strategic defensive advantage while also offering fascinating panoramic views. After seeing Orvieto Cathedral (Duomo di Orvieto), considered one of Italy’s most beautiful Gothic cathedrals and famous for its façade design and Luca Signorelli’s frescoes, as well as the city center, you will be captivated by the magic of this peaceful town, where history and nature embrace one another at every step, as if it had emerged from a fairy tale land whose stone streets whisper of the past, shaped around an elegant castle reaching toward the sky. The lake, resembling the bluest mirror beneath the sky, is almost like a gateway to a fairy-tale world with its tranquility and beauty. The Papal Palace, located in the heart of the town, is a symbol of enchanting beauty and historical splendor. For centuries, popes have found peace and rest in this magical place. With its gardens and paths filled with colorful flowers, you will feel as though you are inside a dream. Nemi is famous for its strawberry fields, which shine like red jewels. The annual Strawberry Festival is celebrated with colorful festivities. After visiting Nemi, free time at Italy’s most famous outlet district. These outlet centers offer attractive shopping opportunities for both locals and tourists. After discovering Rome’s historical and cultural riches, you can enjoy a pleasant break at these modern shopping centers and find souvenirs for your loved ones and special items for yourself. Arrival at our hotel in the evening and free time to rest.



Rome

ROME 

After breakfast, we depart for the center of Rome. Once a magical city that shone with endless grandeur and was shaped by the winds of history, Rome has been home to the splendor of its emperors, the courage of gladiators, and the highest forms of art. During this tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned. Castel Sant'Angelo was originally built as a mausoleum by the Roman Emperor Hadrian and was later converted into a fortress. During the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, it was used as a kind of prison and papal fortress. Another place we will see in Rome is the Colosseum, carrying the spirit of antiquity in the heart of the city. In this enormous arena, brave gladiators and wild animals once engaged in epic battles accompanied by the cheers of the people. After our visit to the Colosseum, as we approach the Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi), made famous by the film La Dolce Vita, the melody of the water echoes among the dazzling sculptures. 

They say that when you make a wish and throw a coin into the fountain, the magic of Rome will never leave you again. Because, as they say, anyone who comes here once will surely return one day. The Temple of Hadrian, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps, consisting of 135 steps and featuring the Fountain of the Sunken Ship, are among the places to see. We depart for the famous St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican. Upon arrival, free time to visit the square. The obelisk in the center of the square and the columns surrounding it will impress you. While walking around the square, you can see the Apostolic Palace and the famous window from which the Pope prays on Sundays. In the evening, we return to our hotel in Rome and have free time to rest.






Naples

ROME - NAPLES – POMPEII - SORRENTO 

Following breakfast, we depart for the ancient city of Pompeii, located at the foot of Mount Vesuvius and buried under ash when Vesuvius erupted in AD 79. Pompeii was an important center of commerce and culture during the Roman Empire. The city was a prosperous settlement where agriculture, trade and art flourished. However, as a result of the devastating eruption of Mount Vesuvius, the city was suddenly buried under a layer of lava and ash. This disaster froze Pompeii’s daily life at that time and transformed it into an open-air museum preserved to the present day. Following our visit to Pompeii, we depart for Sorrento, the magnificent coastal town south of the Bay of Naples. Sorrento is surrounded by spectacular views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The city is situated on cliffs overlooking the sea and is famous for its picturesque beaches, lemon groves and olive orchards. Piazza Tasso, the famous square at the heart of Sorrento, is surrounded by cafés, restaurants and shops. After seeing the Duomo di Sorrento (Sorrento Cathedral) and enjoying the picturesque bay, we continue to Naples. Upon our arrival in Naples, we take a city tour. Naples was founded by the Greeks in the 7th century BC and is the capital of the Campania region in southern Italy. The city became an important center during the Roman Empire and has hosted many cultures and civilizations from the Middle Ages to the present day.   The City Center (Centro Storico)  is famous for its narrow streets, historic churches, ancient ruins and magnificent squares. The Duomo di Napoli (Naples Cathedral), Castel Nuovo (New Castle), this fortress built in the 13th century, Palazzo Reale (Royal Palace)  , San Carlo Theatre, Galleria Umberto I and Via Toledo are the city’s most important landmarks. Following our city tour, we have free time, and after meeting at the time determined by our guide, we return to our hotel and have free time to rest.



Naples

NAPLES - ANKARA

After breakfast, check out of the rooms and transfer to Naples Airport at the time indicated by your guide. Scheduled Corendon Airlines flight to Ankara. Upon our arrival at Esenboğa Airport, our tour and services come to an end.
