Need to Know

Agency and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be made by airlines.
Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced over the public-address systems at airports and displayed on information boards. These notices must be followed.
Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and regional transfer expenses required for passengers who miss the flight to join the tour shall be borne by the passengers themselves.
Program and Meals: The excursions specified in the programs may, due to compelling reasons, be conducted on other days than those indicated. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours, organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary according to the content and number of participants.
Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or because of closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible when such tours cannot be operated because weather conditions make them impossible. In the event of closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route shall be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the relevant country or person shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
Hotels and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of foldaway beds or beds referred to as coach beds. Therefore, for reservations for a third person and/or children, any lack of space and bed type in the rooms shall be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. During participation in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications taken regularly.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During peak periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. If children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to provide their updated passport details through the channel from which they made the purchase in the following days if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.

ISTANBUL - MADRID

We meet at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport three hours before the flight. After completing the baggage, ticket and passport procedures, we fly to Madrid on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival, we board our private bus waiting for us at the airport and begin our city tour. First, we see the Royal Palace from the outside. Then, we continue discovering Madrid with our panoramic tour along its streets, reflecting the city’s historical texture and modern life. After the free time following the tour, we meet at the time determined by our guide and proceed to our hotel. After check-in, free time to relax and overnight stay at our hotel in Madrid.

Madrid

MADRID (All-Day Madrid City Tour)

After breakfast, we begin our panoramic city tour of Madrid. Our first stop will be Plaza Mayor, famous for its impressive architecture and historic character. We will then spend time at Puerta del Sol, one of the liveliest spots in the city, and discover Madrid’s social and cultural heart. Here, we will have the opportunity to observe how the city’s history and modern life intertwine. We continue our tour along Gran Vía Avenue, considered the city’s fashion and entertainment center, famous for its shops, restaurants, and theaters. After our city tour, we have free time for personal activities. We will meet at the place and time designated by our guide and proceed to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Madrid.

Seville

MADRID - TOLEDO - CORDOBA - SEVILLE

After breakfast, we set off towards Seville. In Toledo, our first stop, we discover its architecture, carried from the Middle Ages to the present day, with its narrow streets and cathedral. After the photo stops we take in this fascinating city, we complete our panoramic tour. Afterwards, we depart for Cordoba, where we take a walk through the city, which offers us traces of Andalusian history with its old city streets and magnificent Roman Bridge, and visit the Mosque of Cordoba, one of the city’s most important landmarks. After having the opportunity to see the city’s historic texture up close, we continue our journey and arrive at our hotel in Seville. Following check-in at the hotel, free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Granada

SEVILLE - ALHAMBRA PALACE - GRANADA

After breakfast, we depart for the Alhambra Palace, which can be described as the most important structure in the Andalusia region. Located at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, offering breathtaking views of Granada, we begin our visit to this magnificent complex by viewing the Alcazaba from the outside. This historic fortress is the defensive section of the palace and draws attention with its immense walls and impressive towers. We begin our tour with the Generalife Gardens, located right next to the palace. These enchanting gardens are known for their elegant pools, flower-filled courtyards, and peaceful green spaces. As you stroll through the gardens, you can imagine how the sultans of Andalusia spent time in their areas for relaxation and entertainment.

(Note: Our Alhambra visit includes the Palace of Charles V, the Generalife Palace, and the Gardens, excluding the Harem and the Main Halls.)

Valencia

GRANADA - VALENCIA

After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and depart for Valencia. Upon arrival in Valencia, we set out to explore the city and see its important landmarks. Located on Spain's eastern coast, Valencia is a dynamic and historic region known for grand squares such as Plaza del Ayuntamiento, historic buildings, and lively shopping streets. La Lonja de la Seda is a building famous for its Gothic architecture and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Valencia Cathedral stands out for both its history and Gothic style, while its bell tower, El Miguelete, offers beautiful views of the city. Modern structures such as Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias reflect the city's architectural diversity. In addition, the city center is a vibrant area filled with various cafés, restaurants, and cultural activities. After the free time following our city tour, we meet at the time determined by our guide and head to our hotel. After checking in, free time to rest.

Barcelona

VALENCIA - BARCELONA

After breakfast, we depart for Barcelona. As we explore Barcelona, the largest city and also the capital of the autonomous region of Catalonia, we will have the opportunity to see many important architectural works. The Andalusian Arena, Montjuic Hill, the Port of Barcelona, the Christopher Columbus Monument (Colón Square, Spain and Catalunya Square), and Gaudí's houses (Casa Batlló and Casa Milà) are among the places to be seen during our panoramic tour. La Rambla, the city's most important avenue and the place where its heart beats, is also among the places to be seen during our panoramic tour. After the free time provided by our guide, we meet at the designated time and depart for our hotel. After check-in, free time to rest.

Barcelona

BARCELONA (All-Day Barcelona City Tour)

After breakfast, we depart from the hotel for our city tour. Our first stop will be the Gothic Quarter, where you can experience the atmosphere of the Middle Ages with its narrow streets, cathedrals, and hidden squares. Here, we will discover the area's unique lively atmosphere as well as its historic texture. Then, we enjoy a pleasant walk along La Rambla, the street where the heart of the city beats, with its shops, cafés, and street performers. Our tour continues in the Old Barcelona area, which stands out with its historic squares and local life. In this area, we will see both architectural details and traces of the city's daily life. Later, we will have a panoramic view from the outside of the Sagrada Familia Basilica, Gaudí's masterpiece and the symbol of the city. In the afternoon, after free time until the evening for shopping, the opportunity to discover local flavors, and personal activities, we return to our hotel at the place and time to be determined by our guide.

Istanbul

BARCELONA - ISTANBUL

After breakfast, check-out and transfer to Barcelona Airport at the time advised by your guide. Flight to Istanbul on a scheduled Pegasus Airlines service. Upon our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services come to an end.
