Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air tours are their personal responsibility and must be completed at the airport counters or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced via audio at airports and displayed on information boards. These updates must be monitored.
Tour Participation: Ferfergez.com is not responsible if passengers fail to board the flight because they were not present at the specified airport at the time announced by Ferfergez.com, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or did not board the aircraft. Any round-trip new flight tickets and local transfer costs required for passengers who miss the flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
Program and Meals: Sightseeing listed in the program may be conducted on different days than specified due to compelling reasons. Lunch and dinner meals included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency if deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days, provided the content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices, content, and participant numbers may vary.
Tour Cancellation: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. In cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct a tour, Ferfergez.com is not responsible for the inability to perform these tours. Tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited.
Extra Tours: Tours listed as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not join the extra tours along the route are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
Personal Belongings: Personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants joining the tour are their own responsibility. If items are forgotten, lost, or stolen, any costs incurred to locate them or deliver them to the country or individual are borne by the owner of the item.
Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. Additional bed arrangements may apply in triple rooms, which may consist of rollaway beds or beds referred to as coach beds. Therefore, crowding and bed types in rooms for third persons and/or children are considered accepted. Child prices listed in the price list are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfasts offered at hotels consist of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance during the trip. During tour participation, reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications used continuously must be carried with you.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Ferfergez.com guests remain under Ferfergez.com's responsibility. During peak periods (exhibitions, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified. In such situations, information will be provided 15 days prior to the tour departure date. For children under 18 years old who do not join the tour with one or both parents, consent letters must be carried with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: All travelers traveling abroad must have passports that were first issued no more than 10 years ago. Additionally, passports must have a validity period of at least 6 months from the end of the trip. We meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport’s international departure terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Casablanca begins with Pegasus Airlines scheduled service. Upon arrival at Casablanca airport, transfer to our hotel with our private bus waiting for us at the airport and overnight stay at our hotel.

CASABLANCA – RABAT – FES

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. We set off for the capital, Rabat. The city of Rabat is located on the banks of the Rabat Bou Regreg River, surrounded by eucalyptus and Portuguese cork oak forests. In Rabat, which has served as the country's capital since the exiled king announced his return from this city, after visiting Kasbah Oudaya, the Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, we depart for Fes. We begin exploring Fes Medina. In Fes, after walking through Bab-el Makhzen, the monumental gate of the royal palace, and the surrounding Jewish quarter, Mellah, we continue our tour through the maze-like streets of the historic Medina. The Attarine Madrasa, the Karaouine University, Nejarine Square, the bazaar where jewelry and copper goods unique to Morocco are sold, and the tannery, established near the Fes River and still continuing traditional leather processing today, are among the places we will see. We watch the magnificent sunset at our facility overlooking the sand dunes. After dinner, we enjoy unforgettable moments under the stars illuminating the sky. Then our journey to Marrakech begins. Upon our arrival, we visit the Koutoubia minaret and Jmaa el Fna, the largest square in Africa, lively with street performances, snake charmers, and open-air restaurants, bringing together all the colors of Africa. We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we head out for the Majorelle Gardens tour. We visit the Majorelle Gardens, one of the most beautiful places in Marrakech. The Majorelle Gardens, founded by French furniture designer and painter Jaques Majorelle and brought to its present form by the famous fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent, continue as we depart for Casablanca at the time determined by our guide. Upon arrival, among the places we will see are Rick’s Cafe, inspired by the setting of the film Casablanca, the Hassan II Mosque, and the lively Corniche promenade.
