Tour Program
Amsterdam

Istanbul –  Amsterdam

We will meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport three hours before the flight to complete our ticketing and baggage procedures. Our flight to Amsterdam with Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled service will take approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes. Following our arrival in Amsterdam, we will set out to explore the city. Known for its history, cultural riches, canals, museums and vibrant atmosphere, Amsterdam is one of Europe’s most cosmopolitan cities and also stands out among other European capitals for its liberal lifestyle. In this youthful city, many events, festivals and concerts are held throughout the year, while it is also filled with galleries, museums and exhibitions displaying classical and modern works of art. During our Amsterdam tour, the Damrak, the city’s most popular square, the Royal Palace, one of the official residences of the Dutch royal family, and the Oude Kerk (Old Church), the oldest church in Amsterdam, will be among the places we visit. After free time for shopping and dining, we will depart for our hotel in the evening, followed by free time to relax.

Amsterdam

Amsterdam - Marken & Volendam - Zaanse Schans

After breakfast, we begin our Marken & Volendam -  Zaanse Schans tour. As we explore Marken and Volendam, where we can best observe the traditional Dutch way of life, you will be deeply impressed by their natural beauty and colorful houses lined up one after another. The residents of the village of Marken, who once made their living from fishing, changed their way of life after the island became a tourist destination and was connected to the mainland by a bridge, with handicrafts and the production of traditional clothing becoming widespread. The houses built on stilts to prevent flooding are still preserved today. We will reach Volendam, which is much larger than Marken, via a short journey across the bridge. In the region, which is home to various cheese producers and cheese-tasting workshops, we will visit a cheese producer and learn about cheese production. After some free time for shopping, we will depart for Volendam. In this beautiful town, where famous artists such as Picasso and Renoir stayed for short periods in the 20th century, you can see many locals walking around in traditional clothing. While exploring the town, where fishing still continues to some extent, you will be able to see historic fishermen’s houses, museums, and workshops and shops where handicrafts are made. You will have time for lunch in Volendam, which stands out for its traditional cuisine. After visiting these two beautiful villages, we continue our tour toward Zaanse Schans Theme Park, where we will spend half a day. This open-air museum, located in the town of Zaandam, was created to reflect the region’s rural life and industrial activities in the 18th and 19th centuries. Famous for its working windmills, the area reflects the Netherlands’ past to its visitors with its wooden houses, workshops, and warehouses in the traditional architectural style. After some free time in the town, which also fascinates visitors with its natural beauty, we will return to Amsterdam. Following free time for dinner in the city, we will meet at the time determined by our guide and depart for our hotel for accommodation, with free time to rest.

Brussels

Amsterdam – Bruges - Brussels

After breakfast, we will complete our check-out procedures at our hotel and depart for Brussels. Following our journey, we will arrive in Bruges, known as the Venice of the North. With its historical texture, well-preserved medieval architecture, narrow streets, historic buildings with colorful façades, canals, and significant landmarks, this city, protected by UNESCO, offers its visitors the opportunity to travel through history. Bruges, steeped in history with its lush parks and natural beauty, will also captivate you with its romantic atmosphere. During our walking city tour, the places we will see include Grote Markt, the Town Hall, which draws attention with its Gothic architecture, the Belfry Tower, the Basilica of the Holy Blood, and Minnewater (Lake of Love), which offers the most beautiful view of the city. During the free time provided to explore the city, you can spend time in its charming cafés and have lunch at local restaurants. Following our journey, we will arrive in Brussels. As Brussels is also the capital of the European Union, we can describe it as one of the centers of international diplomacy. During our city tour in Brussels, which has successfully preserved its medieval heritage while also developing as a modern metropolis, the places we will see include the Royal Palace, Grand Place (the city square), St. Michael’s Cathedral, and the Stock Exchange building. Luxembourg - Trier

After breakfast, we will set off for Luxembourg in the morning. On our way, we will visit Trier, located in southwestern Germany on the banks of the Rhine River and one of the oldest cities in the country. Known as Augusta Treverorum during the Roman Empire, Trier is a fascinating city with its rich history and architecture. Trier's history dates back to the Roman period, and the city was built by the Romans in the 16th century BC. Therefore, many ruins and structures dating back to ancient Rome can still be visited today. These include the Porta Nigra (Black Gate), listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Kaiserthermen (Imperial Thermal Baths), and the Roman Bridge (Römerbrücke). Following our tour here, we will depart for Luxembourg. Located in the heart of Europe due to its strategic position, Luxembourg is one of the economically most developed countries in the world. Founded in 963, the city lies at the intersection of Roman and Germanic cultures and has been influenced by both civilizations. The country, which acquired its current borders after the Treaty of London and whose official name is the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, shares the same name with its capital. Among the places we will see in Luxembourg, which wins the admiration of its visitors with its historical character as well as its natural beauty, are the old city of Casemates du Bock, featuring historic fortifications and underground tunnels listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site; Place Guillaume, one of the city's main squares; and Chemin de la Corniche, described as the most beautiful balcony in Europe. During our free time in the old city, you will have time for dinner. In the evening, we will leave the city and set off for our hotel. After settling into our rooms, free time to rest.

Paris

Luxembourg – Metz - Paris

After breakfast, we will complete our check-out from the rooms in the early hours, leave our hotel to set off for Paris, and tour the city of Metz. One of the oldest cities in France, Metz has changed hands continually throughout history due to the wars between France and Germany. In addition to its history-filled atmosphere, where you can see reflections of both cultures, its magnificent nature will also impress you greatly. One of the greenest cities in France, Metz has fascinating natural beauty with the Moselle and Seille Rivers and lakes. The “German Gate,” dating back to the Middle Ages and built by German workers on the Moselle River; the dazzling Saint-Etienne Cathedral, included on the UNESCO World Heritage List and one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture; Place d’Armes Square; the famous Metz Covered Market; and the opera and theater building, one of the oldest structures in France, are all located within Metz. After our tour here, we set off for Paris. Following our arrival, we begin touring Paris, one of the world’s most important metropolises, where you can see traces of its history in every corner. Undoubtedly, what gives Paris, one of the first symbols that comes to mind when romance is mentioned, this characteristic is the way its neoclassical architecture shapes the entire city. Adorned with Haussmann buildings stretching from its wide avenues to its side streets, Paris welcomes visitors as if they were in an open-air museum and offers them a wide range of experiences, from art to culture and from fashion to gastronomy, every time. The first stop on our Paris city tour is the Champs Elysees avenue, the first place that comes to mind when shopping is mentioned. After free time for dining and shopping, we will meet at the time determined by our guide and head to our hotel for accommodation, followed by free time to rest.

Traveling by vehicle, we will first see the Pigalle district, which is also home to the world-famous Moulin Rouge cabaret show, known for its lively nightlife and colorful atmosphere. At Artists’ Hill, which we will ascend by funicular, the Sacré-Cœur Basilica will be waiting to welcome us. Once the center of religious life, the Sacré-Cœur Basilica on Artists’ Hill was begun in 1875 to symbolize France’s spiritual renewal, but it could only be opened for worship after World War I. Following its spiritual transformation, the Montmartre district became an artistic center and hosted many famous artists, including Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí and Émile Zola. You will have free time to explore Artists’ Hill and enjoy lunch, and you will take great pleasure in wandering through its bohemian streets filled with art galleries. This fascinating park is located right beside the French Senate and is famous for its elegant gardens dating back to the 17th century. In this park, where the romance of the old world meets modern Parisian life, you can enjoy a pleasant walk among ponds, flowerbeds and sculptures. We proceed to the Louvre district. The Louvre is one of the largest art museums in the world and houses internationally renowned works such as the Mona Lisa.
