Intermediary Services and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The costs of new round-trip flight tickets and local transfer expenses required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
Program and Dining: The excursions specified in the programs may, due to compelling reasons, take place on days other than those specified. Included lunches and dinners may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours and organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or because of closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible when these tours cannot be operated because weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
Extra Tours: Excursions specified as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in extra tours along the route shall be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of participants in the tour are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may be folding beds or beds known as coach beds. Therefore, in reservations for a third person and/or child, any lack of space and bed type that may occur in the rooms shall be deemed accepted. The child prices specified in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications in continuous use must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. If children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the original issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase in the following days.

We will meet our valued guests at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal approximately 3 hours before the flight time. After completing our baggage drop-off and passport procedures, our journey to Bangkok will continue throughout the night, and we will spend the night on the plane.

After our arrival in Bangkok, we complete passport and baggage procedures and meet our private vehicle waiting for us. We begin our panoramic city tour to discover Bangkok, the capital of Thailand and one of the most vibrant cities in Southeast Asia. During our panoramic city tour, the Golden Buddha Temple, Parliament Building, Democracy Monument, and Royal Avenue are among the places we will see. Then we visit Wat Pho Temple, one of Bangkok’s most important religious and cultural sites, famous for its enormous Reclining Buddha statue. Wat Pho is among the most visited structures in the country with its impressive architecture and the magnificent 46-meter-long Reclining Buddha statue.
