  • Intermediation and Liability: Ferfergez.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Ferfergez.com cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
  • Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced over the airport public-address systems and displayed on information boards. These announcements and displays must be monitored.
  • Participation in the Tour: Ferfergez.com is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Ferfergez.com, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. Passengers who miss their flight are responsible for the cost of new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the region required to join the tour.
  • Program and Meals: Excursions specified in the programs may be held on days other than those indicated due to compelling circumstances. Included lunches and dinners may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours and organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary according to the content and number of participants.
  • Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Ferfergez.com is not responsible for these tours not taking place when weather conditions make it impossible to operate them. In locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
  • Optional Tours: Excursions indicated as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route shall be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
  • Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any costs incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
  • Hotel and Accommodation: Ferfergez.com reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or a child, any limited space and bed type in the rooms shall be deemed accepted. The child prices indicated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
  • Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. During participation in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications taken regularly.
  • Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours organized by other agencies. In this case, Ferfergez.com guests are under the responsibility of Ferfergez.com. During peak periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the departure date of the tour. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they are required to carry consent forms with them during the trip.
  • Passport Validity Date: For all passengers traveling abroad, the original issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests renewing their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase in the following days.

Tour Program
Alsace

Istanbul – Basel – Freiburg

We will meet at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport three hours before the flight to complete our ticketing and baggage procedures. Upon arriving in Basel, which can be described as the crossroads of three countries, we will begin our city tour. This beautiful city, where we will witness the synthesis of France, Germany, and Switzerland, is undoubtedly adorned by the Rhine River, which gives it its most beautiful feature. Basel, where trade was intense throughout its history, gradually became a center of culture and industry. Following the collapse of the Roman Empire, Germanic tribes began establishing dominance in Basel and the surrounding regions, and from the 5th century onward, they had fully influenced the area around the Rhine River. Today, in addition to being Switzerland’s third-largest city, it is also home to many museums and exhibitions. During our walking tour of the city, we will see the Town Hall, with its striking red color, and Basel Minster, which was built as a Catholic church in 1091 and rebuilt after the great earthquake of 1356. Today serving as a Protestant church, it is included on Switzerland’s National Heritage list. Afterwards, we will visit Marktplatz, the old city square and marketplace. This square, which also hosts many festivals, is one of the liveliest places in the city. After getting to know Basel, we will take a short break to rest and have lunch. We will continue our tour by setting off for Freiburg. A German city, Freiburg is located next to the Black Forest. Undoubtedly, the first thing that comes to mind when Freiburg is mentioned is that the city center is lined with miniature waterways called “Bachle.” These channels, built in the 13th century, were designed to prevent fires in the city. Today, they can be considered the historical remnants that attract the most attention from Freiburg’s visitors and children. The Gothic Freiburg Minster Cathedral rising in the middle of the city is another one of its noteworthy structures. After our tour of Freiburg, we will be transferred to our hotel in the Alsace Region. 

Alsace

Haut Koenigsbourg Castle – Obernai – Strasbourg

After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart from our hotel in the morning for our full-day excursion, which will be packed with activities. We will visit Haut Koenigsbourg Castle, which can be described as the most magnificent structure in the Alsace region and the region’s biggest tourist attraction. The construction of the castle, one of the region’s cultural heritages and a symbol of the area, dates back to the 12th century. Initially begun by the Hohenstaufen Dynasty, the castle changed hands several times over the years between various families and lords due to its strategic location. It still serves today as a museum that showcases medieval life and culture and fascinates visitors with its architectural structure. After our visit to the castle, we will visit the nearby village of Obernai. Located very close to Strasbourg and surrounded by vineyards, Obernai lies along the Alsace Wine Route.  It is a town where famous Alsace wines such as Riesling and Gewürztraminer are produced. After Obernai, we will set off toward Strasbourg. Throughout its history, the city, which could not be exclusively claimed by Germany or France and changed hands many times, was returned to France once again following World War I through the Treaty of Versailles. Known as a place representing peace in Europe, Strasbourg is home to many international institutions, such as the European Parliament, the Council of Europe, and the European Court of Human Rights. In addition to its historical and cultural richness, Strasbourg is surrounded by many canals and waterways. Founded on the Ill River, a tributary of the Rhine, the city is also home to Notre Dame Cathedral, once considered one of the largest structures in the world. Le Petite France (Little France), a picturesque medieval quarter that forms the city’s historic center and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is among the most memorable places in Strasbourg. Following our excursion, we will be transferred to our hotel in the Alsace region, where we will stay. Free time to relax.


Alsace

Kaysersberg - Riquewihr - Eguisheim - Colmar

After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave our hotel in the early morning and set off toward the north of the region, heading to Kaysersberg. Kaysersberg Castle, built in the 13th century, and the Ste Croix Church, notable for its picturesque architecture, are among the town’s prominent historical structures. The town, whose name means “Emperor’s Mountain,” is also the birthplace of Nobel Peace Prize winner Dr. Albert Schweitzer. Following our visit to Kaysersberg, we will head to Riquewihr, considered one of the most beautiful villages in the Alsace region. With its colorful half-timbered houses, narrow cobblestone streets, and unique atmosphere surrounded by vineyards, Riquewihr is one of the most popular stops on the Alsace Wine Route. After exploring this charming town, whose architecture has been largely preserved from the Middle Ages to the present day, giving visitors the feeling of traveling back in time, we will continue to Eguisheim. A member of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France” association since 2003, Eguisheim was voted France’s favorite village in 2013 and is also one of the most visited villages on the Alsace Wine Route. Famous for its labyrinthine streets, distinctive wooden houses, and wines, Eguisheim gives visitors the feeling of being in a medieval film. After Eguisheim, we will continue our tour by visiting Colmar, the jewel of the Alsace region. As you explore Colmar, which most vividly reflects the region’s historic character, you will find yourself in an atmosphere where time seems to have stopped. Le Petit Venice (Little Venice), with its colorful half-timbered houses, flower-adorned balconies, and network of canals, is one of Colmar’s most enchanting areas. After free time in Colmar, we will be transferred to our hotel in the Alsace region. Free time to rest.

Alsace

Basel - Istanbul

After having breakfast at the hotel, on the last day of our Alsace trip, we will complete our check-out procedures and leave the hotel. Free time until the meeting time specified by our guide.  Afterwards, we will set off for Basel Airport. Once we have completed our ticketing and baggage procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on a scheduled Pegasus Airlines flight.
