Need to Know
  • Provided that passports and the required documents are submitted in full, AGENCY will assist with obtaining visas. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
  • AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to submit the required visa documents on time and in full.
  • Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be granted. Passport police have the authority to refuse a person entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
  • Since extra beds are used in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not provide a third bed. For packages involving such hotels, AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale.
  • Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0–2 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 2 on the tour return date; for the 3–12 age child policy, the child must not have reached the age of 12 on the tour return date.
  • AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external circumstances.
  • If participation in the tour is insufficient, AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
  • AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that the flight details may change.
  • There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
  • AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
  • Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. They may not be organized if participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
  • For extra tours to be taken along the route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
  • Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason during the tour will not be conducted. AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
  • In case of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” shall apply.
  • Two of the dinners you will have during the cruise are formal dinners, and every male passenger wishing to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while female passengers are advised to bring at least one evening dress.
  • During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on board, everyone will sit in the places determined in advance.
  • During check-in on the ship, every passenger without exception (only one person for couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are accepted on the ship. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your cabins.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
  • At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in designated colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
  • Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is caused by the volume and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to put the essentials you will need in a small handbag and carry it with you.
  • The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
  • At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the previous night, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the group’s luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
  • ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT OUT THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN COUNTRY / SHIP ENTRY.

Day 1 ISTANBUL – MARSEILLE
Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal. Meeting in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at 10:30. Departure to Marseille on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1125 at 12:55. Upon arrival at 15:15 local time, we board our waiting bus and head to our hotel in Marseille. After check-in procedures, we settle into our rooms and have free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 MARSEILLE
After breakfast, guests who wish may join an optional extra tour organized by our guide: "Marseille Panoramic City Tour & Aix-en-Provence". In today's tour, after meeting our guide, we will first go to Aix-en-Provence, located 40 minutes from Marseille. We will start with the famous St. Saviour's Cathedral, dating back to the 12th century, known for its Romanesque front facade and covered arched walkway. Later, during a pleasant walk in the old part of the city, you will see the ancient caravanserais here and the Mazarin district, designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarino. After a short break, we will return to Marseille, an important maritime city. Some of the places to be visited include Longchamps Fountain, Saint Charles train station, the Old Town, Hotel de Ville, and the marina area. At the end of the tour, we transfer to our ship. After check-in procedures, we settle into our cabins. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

Day 3 BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at Barcelona port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join an optional extra tour organized by our guide: "Barcelona City Tour". With our special vehicle from the port, we begin our panoramic city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises. During our city tour, Sagrada Familia is among the first places to be seen from the outside. Then La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia street where Gaudi's houses have been turned into a street museum, and his masterpiece Sagrada Familia are among the places we will see. Afterward, after free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00 in the evening.

Day 4 IBIZA
Our ship will dock at Ibiza port at 12:30 in the morning. Guests who wish may join an optional extra tour organized by our guide: "Ibiza City Tour". Starting from the Dalt Vila district, our tour includes the Catedral de Santa Maria, dedicated to the Holy Virgin. Then we will visit the Paseo Vara de Rey area, which has many shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, and after free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 20:00 in the evening.

Day 5 AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities like fitness and sauna, or shopping in duty-free stores. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music, or try your luck in the casino.

Day 6 PALERMO
Our ship will dock at Palermo port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join an optional extra tour organized by our guide: "Palermo & Cefalu City Tour". After spending time in the charming fishing town of Cefalu, located on the shores of the Tyrrhenian Sea, visiting the 12th-century historic cathedral, the fishermen's gate, and the unique streets of the city, we continue to Palermo. Upon arrival in Palermo, we begin our city tour. Among the places to be visited in our tour are Cappella Palatina, San Giovanni Cathedral, Politeama Square, Normanni Palace, Quattro Canti Square, Via Roma, and Via Liberta streets. Our ship will depart from the port at 16:30 in the evening.

Day 7 CIVITAVECCHIA
Our ship will dock at Civitavecchia port at 08:30 in the morning. After having breakfast on board, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional extra tour organized by our guide: "Rome City Tour". Among the places to be visited in our city tour are St. Peter's Square and Basilica, considered the center of Christianity; Castel Sant'Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned; Piazza Venezia, where Mussolini addressed the public; the monument to II. Vittorio Emanuele; the Colosseum, which hosted gladiator fights; the Trevi Fountain, famous with the film "La Dolce Vita"; the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps; and the Spanish Steps featuring a sunken ship fountain. Free time after the tour. Then return to the ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:00 in the evening.

Day 8 SAVONA
Our ship will dock at Savona port at 08:30. Guests who wish may join an optional extra tour organized by our guide: "Genoa City Tour & Portofino Tour". Exploring this port city, one of Italy's historical and cultural cities, will be a separate pleasure. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:30.

Day 9 MARSEILLE – ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at Marseille port at 08:30 in the morning. After disembarkation procedures, we will move to the airport with our special vehicle. After baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1126 at 17:00. Arrival in Istanbul at 21:05 local time.
